Spiritual Awakening: Are Your Actions Speaking Louder Than Words?
This blog entry was inspired by the BEEGEES Song Words. I listened to the lyrics and realized that many times it is not our words that do the speaking but our actions. This led me to ask the question are your actions speaking louder than your words? When you become an action taker and act upon your words that is when you begin to experience and create the life that you want. How many times in the last month have you said I am going to do something and you put it off amd began to make excuses for not taking action? When you say you are going to do something it is important to take action steps to make it happen and to stay committed. There will be up and downs, however when the project is complete you will experience a joy knowing that your actions spoke louder than your words.
Goethe a German Poet is often creddited with the following quote. It is when you take action that good things begin to unfold. It is when you come alive and awake that you heed your calling and find that your actions speak louder than your words.

Spiritual Awakening: Signs Your Actions Are Speaking Louder Than Your Words

2: When you speak on the value of community service and actually get involved with the community
3: When you make a decision to do random acts of kindness and you do without expectation of any returns
4: When you say you are raising funds for a charity and you actively promote your activities

6: When you say you are writing a book and actually have chapters to show people
7: When people gravitate to you as the perceive you to be authentic
8: When other sing your praises for delivering on what you promised
9: When people start to ask you how they can do what you do
10: When you look back and can say I am making a positive impact in my life and the lives of others
When you say you are living a spiritual life do you take actions to strengthen your spirituality and to help others see how spirituality is playing a role in your life? When you have successes are you crediting yourself or recognizing Source, Jesus, or God and those that helped you achieve this success. I often speak about being a lifter and as a lifter I take action to encourage and help other people excel. There is something very special in taking action and allowing the actions to speak for themselves. I recently attended a function and many there knew of my great voice and they all asked are you emceeing and I said if they give me the microphone. Well they gave me the microphone and I did what I do and by taking action I showed everyone there how committed I was and no words were needed. I didn’t have to say oh I can emcee or hey give me the mic by allowing my previous actions to speak for me I was given the chance to be the emcee. As you go through the day ask yourself are my actions speaking louder than words?If they are please share under comments your story.
I chose to close with this as Rocky said he was going to go the distance and his actions spoke very loud and he went the distance. It is my hope that this inspires you to take action to go the distance and make a positive impact on your life and the lives of others by being a person of action and letting your actions speak louder than your words.
