Spiritual Awakening: How Are Your Vibes?
As I was collecting for The American Cancer Society today(6/17/18) at The Tamarac Cafe Diner I began to think how are my vibes? What vibrational frequency am I giving off? I felt very positive and let my positive energy radiate through out me and onto others. It was amazing what started to occur people began to give and those that did not give were very polite in saying no. I began to observe the actions of many of the people and began to realize that many of the ailments that they suffer go hand in hand with the vibrational pattern that they are giving off. The experience led me to write this entry How Are Your Vibes?
Spiritual Awakening: Measuring Your Vibes
The neurons and electrons in our brain will trigger good vibes and bad vibes and our receptors in our conscience mind will react according and our subconscience mind will store theses vibes until we give them an electronic charge and act according to what our belief system is. WE can measure these through catscans and other neurological tests or we can simply go on feelings and emotions. For example the way you handle stubbing your toe can create a vibrational pattern that can measure your vibes If you get angry and start to lash out your vibrations will be negative and you will incur more negative events. If you say darn that hurt and slow down and repeat I will be okay, things will get better then you begin to put out positive vibrations and then incur more positive events. Sometines what we perceive to be negative can actually be a posoitive. For example ,Negative ions in the air can actually boost your alertness and mood, according to WebMD. Negative ions occur naturally in high altitudes and near large sources of water, like waterfalls or the open ocean. These odorless molecules enter the bloodstream with the oxygen you breathe, helping your body produce serotonin, a “feel good” chemical in your brain. If you want to see how many negative ions exist in your home , test the air with a negative ion tester. This way, you can make an informed decision about purchasing a negative ion generator.
Spiritual Awakening: Creating Positive Vibes
Many times we can create our own positive vibes by reading books such as Trust Your Vibes By Sonia Choquette, Using Oracle Cards, Using stones, wearing crystals, or having a salt lamp. Many times it is as simple as having positive affirmations and internalizing them and truly believing them. Sometines it is visiting someone like Sarah Spiritual at the Expedito Center or Rev. Reckel Ferguson at Modern Zen and having them do a reading. Sometimes it is as simple as going for a therapeutic massage. It can be as easy as blocking out 15 minutes of your day to still in stillness and remininding yourself that you are special.
It is when you come from a position of gratitude and that you are truly heart cenetered that you will give off positive vibrations and you will see a major difference in how you look at things, how you look at yourself and how you are looked at.
