6: The Complaint Call- This is a call where you keep your cool and calmly explain what your complaint is and ask what the person on the end can do for you. I have done this call to express my diassappointment with product and service and a s a result have gotten some free stuff from ht ecompanies I have called.
The are many reasons to place a call and each call has a purpose. In today’s world where facebook, email, and other social media seem to dominate it is very important to place a call.
