MAKING THE MIND BODY SOUL CONNECTION
I am often asked, JDOGG, How do you make the mind body soul connection. I usually answer with the Norman Vincent Peale quote “What the mind can conceive, the heart can believe, and you can achieve it.” In May of 2011 I conceived an idea to host The Spiritual Entrepreneurs Visionary Awards and I beleived in my heart that this event was meant to take place and on March 24.2012 the event was held. It was an incredible day of learning how to make The Mind Body Soul Connection. Dr. Mia Merritt spoke about helping others and following your mission. Sarah Spiritual gave an inspiring presentation about connecting with source, Ernest Chu spoke about using spiritual capital, Angelika Christie spoke about overcoming fear, Ken Esrig spoke about starting from where you are. All the speakers sent a message that resonated with those in attendance. The Honorees, which are listed under the tab Meet The SEVA Honorees are amazing. When it was all done a donation of $218 was made to The Reaching Out To Cancer Kids Program.
The next week I attended Vision Quest 2012 and it was amazing how many people were their again learning to make the mind body and soul connection. One of the highlights for me was doing a breakthrough, which was captured on this video.
After The Spiritual Entrepreneurs Visionary Awards and Vision Quest 2012 I turned my attention to The American Cancer Society Relay for Life of West Boca Raton so as to continue a mission of creating a world with less cancer and more birthdays. As of 12 PM today (4/14/12) I have raised $1260.00 towards a personal goal of $1500. This also goes back to the idea of conceivinbg something, believing in it an achieving it. My mind said continue your work with Relay for Life, my Heart said do it for your mom and all those affected by cancer, and here I am today achieving by being a Team Captain and the Emcee for the event. During a special presentation,Luminaria, where candles are light to honor and remember those affected by cancer I find myself making a big Mind Body Soul Connection as I finish my part as the emcee I walk over to find a quiet spot and I Kneel down and speak to my angels in heaven who lost their battle with cancer and listen to their messages and then I go back to my emcee duties knowing that I am doing this from the heart and my mind and soul are following.
It is when we come from a heart centered place that great things happen. One way to make the mind body soul connection is to come from a position of gratitude and ask yourself what am I grateful for right now. Coach Shantel Springer has also taught me the importance of a smile and it has helpoed me in my quest to make the mind body and soul connection.

On 4/13/12 I had the pleasure of going on sales call for Life Publications to The Loving Lotus Center and Spa located at 9395 West Sample Road in Coral Springs where I met with Jane. It was an amazing experience as I sat down to talk to Jane and learn more about her business.
