As I was researching spirituality I came across this explanation. You are surrounded by spirituality everyday. The definition of spirituality is that which relates to or affects the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things. Spirituality touches that part of you that is not dependant on material things or physical comforts. This led me to the idea to encourage you to get on the path and discover your higher being.

Spirituality- Getting Started on The Path

Finding your path can be a challenge at times as many of those in your life may not fully grasp what you are doing or how this decision to

follow in spirituality is going to enhance your personal or professional life. On of my favorite authors is Dr. Wayne Dyer, who in his book

Erroneous Zones speaks of finding and eliminating negative thoughts. It is when you change the way you at things that the things you look at

change. Some of the ways to get started are:

.Find books that appeal to you and read them

 

.Consultant those in the field and have a reading or consultation

 

. Make your intentions known and follow through with the proper action steps

 

. Attend seminars and events that appeal to you and resonate with you
