Spiritual Awakening: Hold Your Head Up!!!
In the last month I have had to find ways to hold my head up due to the passing of my dad on June 7, 2018. Today was one of those days when I had to rely on my spiritual teachings to hold my head up as I went to the bank where DAD had one of his accounts and because I was not a signer on the account I could not close out the account. My DAD died without a will so everything has to go through the courts and there is no guarantee that the little money that was in the account will be coming to me. I have learned over the years to simply hold your head up and let go and let GOD. As I take action to get things in order after the passing of my DAD I am finding myself relying on my spiritual teachings to deal with all the situations as they arise. I share this with you today (7/3/2018) so as to encourage you if your parents are still living that you have a talk and get everything in writing as to their wishes on any monetary situations so that you will have peace of mind when the time comes to take action when they are called home to GOD.
July 5, 2018 will mark 6 years that my MOM is gone from this earth and I have been searching for ways to find hope and healing. I am always amazed that when I hold my head up the universe delivers the message needed to move forward on my spiritual journey. Today (7/3/2018) I found this rendition of Things Will Get Easier and I believe that things will get easier as my angels in heaven will watch over me and guide me so that I can enhance my personal, professional, and spiritual life.
As I scrolled through Facebook the last few days I learned of the passing of many people that had impacted my life. It seems that death has become a theme in my life over the last few years and sometimes things get really dark when I think about all those that I have lost but I remember that it is important to hold my head up and simply remember the joy that they brought to my life and the lessons that they taught me along the way.
In life there is a balance of joy and sorrow and as you experience both it is important that you remember to hold your head up and stay true to yourself. As you experience loss you will also experience gain as everyone will have their fair share of blessings and challenges. It is how we face all the situations that come into our life that will determine just how high we soar as we continue to evolve personally, professionally, and spiritually. Sometimes it is through facing the challenges that we grow and expand as we embrace the spiritual awakening that leads to enlightenment. It is understanding that GOD gives us our fair share of opportunities and set backs to help us manifest the life that we desire that allows us to be of service and value to others. In showing the world that regardless of what is put on our plate that we will hold our head up will show others our light and thus we will illuminate the world.
As you hold your head up in the face of adversity and you decide to face everything and rise instead of forgetting everything and running you will find yourself stronger in mind, body, and soul. In holding your head up and taking things day by day moment by moment you will find that you grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. In seeking to becoming stronger it is important to remind yourself that you are a divine child of GOD and if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring you through it.

One of the greatest tools in my spiritual tool box is the serenity prayer as it allows me to flow freely in every situation not trying to force the outcome but to allow it to turn out the way GOD Intended.

Back in May of 2012 I hosted The Spiritual Entrepreneurs Visionary Awards although many viewed this as a success they didn’t know all the trial and tribulations that I faced. Through each obstacle I simply remembered the reason I was doing this event and held my head up. It was a great learning experience and I have heard that people are still referring to this event as something that allowed them to hold their head up.
