Spiritual Awakenings: A Season Of Gratitude And Healing!!!
As we begin to enter The Holiday Season it is important to make gratitude and healing part of each day and to carry forward the concept of spreading joy. You have an opportunity daily to be supportive of others and to be a lifter all you have to do is focus on making positivism rule your day. The vibrations that you give off will be returned to you. In the trying times that we face today we need to take a step back and breathe and be grateful for what we have and celebrate that we have the ability to be action takers and make a positive impact on the lives that we come in contact with through out the day. Every interaction we have is a chance to spread peace, love, joy, and prosperity to others. One of the things I like to do to get me in a positive spiritual frame of mind is to listen to different spiritual related songs so that I stay centered, focused, and grounded on the mission to make this a season of gratitude and healing. In adopting certain anthems and following the ascended masters it allows us the opportunity to make a joyful noise unto the lord providing us to attract more gratitude and healing into our lives.
In making a joyful noise to the lord in praise and worship you open channels to enhance your personal, professional, and spiritual life. In making this a season of hope and healing you will find that you vibrate on a high level that attracts the tools necessary to manifest the life you desire into your daily routine. In letting go and letting GOD by showing gratitude you will find many issues resolved so that you can move forward in a positive direction of your dreams.
In making it a season of gratitude and healing you must be grateful for the struggles as the struggles lead to triumphs. It is when we realize that if GOD brought us to it GOD will brig us through it. Today my chronic parotitis flared up and I was in a lot of pain as the left side of my face was swollen like a grapefruit. I was grateful I was at a Starbucks when it happened as I was able to get some tea and sit down to write this blog entry while the swelling subsided. I knew that complaining about it would only make it worse however in moving forward with an attitude of gratitude it eventually subsided. In showing gratitude while in prayer I was able to weather the storm of pain and continue with my mission of being of service and value to others. I share this with you to encourage to make this a season of gratitude and healing.
When you assume an attitude of gratitude you begin to attract the healing energies that will allow you to reach heights that you once thought were unreachable. With making it a season of gratitude and healing you will begin to see improvement in all aspects of your personal and professional life.
In making this a season of gratitude and healing I recommend that you get a journal and daily list at least things that you are grateful for and then see how this sets up your day. take time each day to stop and show gratitude. If you begin to make the words Thank You as part of your daily vocabulary you will see that the day flows smoothly and that any issues you may be experiencing are resolved. IT is through gratitude that good things happen.
Spiritual Awakening: A Season Of Gratitude And Healing: A Case Study!!!
If you have been reading this blog for a while you know of my involvement with The American Cancer Society Relay For Life. This past week was POINTS FOR THE CURE FOOTBALL EDITION WEEK and we had a successful party raising $193 to help fund research, education, advocacy, and services. At first I was a bit disappointed because the turn out wasn’t that big and had put a lot of work into promoting the event then I changed my attitude and started to show appreciation for the people who attended the party and those who donated items for the chance drawing. In changing my attitude I experienced a sense of healing as the negative thoughts I had that were creating blockages went away and more positivism was being experienced. As I dropped of the $193 today to The American Cancer Society I was reminded that it is imperative to make this a season of gratitude and healing. Namaste!!!
