Spiritual Awakening: Finding The Way!!!
Sometimes while we are traveling on our spiritual journey we may lose our way and forget our purpose and thus we become disconnected with GOD and we get knocked down. Life is going to hit us hard at times and it is in these times that we must dust ourselves off and get back up again by realizing that if GOD brought us to it GOD will bring us through it. It is when we fall that we must take action to get back up and use the challenge as a learning opportunity. In getting knocked down we should land on our back because if we can look up we can get up. In getting up and becoming reconnected we will see things differently and do things differently to provide for a better outcome.
When we feel like we have been defeated that is when we must reach down deep inside and connect with our inner divinity and stand in our power knowing that GOD wants us to be great and prosperous. In the face of adversity we have a chance to change and to come alive and become stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. We have the power to change and the opportunities to reach heights in our personal, professional, and spiritual lives that at one time we could only imagine. When we leave our expectations at the door and detach from outs we begin to face everything and rise. By standing up and stepping into our power we begin to move forward in the positive direction of our dreams. It is when we eliminate the false evidence appearing real that we are able to rise to a level of accomplishment that only a few will ever achieve. Over the years I have learned that it is not how many times you get knocked down but how many times you get back up.
It is when you are committed to rising up above the trials and tribulations in life that you will see how much your personal, professional, and spiritual life is enhanced. It is when you can come together and rise up above that which may be trying to bring you down that you become stronger in mind, body, and spirit. Who will you rise up for?
When we get back up and rise we find that we are mightier than any problem that may come our way. It is when we realize that we have a great power to change our life and as a result we change the lives of others. I have come to understand that their will always be doubters, complainers, and those who just aren’t evolved as much as we might be and we must do our best to shine our light and become a beacon of hope and healing while we illuminate the world.
When we begin to use our voice for the power of good we can get up after being knocked down and walk a path that leads to peace, love, joy, and prosperity. It is when we do what we feel we are guided to do by GOD with love in our heart that we can overcome any challenge that is put in front of us. If we remember that if GOD is for us no one can be against us we will begin to receive the fruits of spirit and thus create the life we desire.
There was a time in my life that I believed the answers lied in a bottle and there were many times that I would drink the night away and the 23 years ago I took my last drink of alcohol and realized that the answers were not in the bottle but were inside of me and it was at that moment that I cam to learn that I am a divine child of GOD and GOD has some tremendous plans for me and who am i to derail those plans. I traded in The Jack Daniels for Jesus and it has made the world of difference. Though I may get knocked down from time to time I realize that the only one that can hold me down is myself and my limiting beliefs. It is when we become fearless and become limitless that we are able to achieve great things.

I have come to understand that a daily meditation filled with gratitude is a fantastic tool to rise up and get back up.
In my spiritual journey I have experienced a rekindled spark by listening to music and internalizing the meaning of the lyrics and removing the blockages that have held me back.
Affirmations are excellent tools to have to get back up after you have been knocked down.
When in doubt and feeling like you can’t go on turn to the scriptures and find the inner strength to move forward in a positive direction of your dreams.
