Spiritual Awakening: Fine Tuning Your Authentic Self!!!
This is a tuning fork used to help musicians find the perfect pitch. As I was updating my YouTube Channel, www.youtube.com/jdogglederman, I thought how we all could use a tuning fork to fine tune our authentic self. I began to ask and explore the question at how many times are we attempting to be something we are not because we are worried about what others might think? I began to reflect and realized that when I was fearful of what others might think I held myself back and didn’t move forward. As a result I may have stymied my personal and professional growth. Then one day I realized that I had to be true to myself and GOD and along my path and throughout the spiritual awakening process I would have to become an action taker and use that tuning fork to find my perfect pitch.
As we use the tuning fork to find that perfect pitch and to become more in tune with our divinity we must clean out the baggage that we are now tuned into so to make room for the better things GOD has planned for us. It is imperative to de-clutter ourselves and remover that which no longer serves us. Wouldn’t it be great if we a check soul light that would mimic the check engine light in our car and thus we would be able to take action and do a spiritual tune up so as to fine tune our authentic self. What would our spiritual tuning fork and spiritual check soul light tell us? Maybe it would say:

Schedule a Stone Massage
Get your Chakras checked and balanced.
Meditate
Time to burn incense and candles
Take a walk in nature
Go For A Swim
Exercise
Sing and Dance. Time to celebrate life

A mirror allows us to see our reflection and to look deeply inside yourself enabling you to explore your authentic self and the purpose GOD has for you. Sometimes one must get naked with themselves and look at the mirror and understand that any flaws you see you can change as you awaken to who you truly are. The hardest task is to not think how others see us but how we see ourselves. If we see our flaws and they seem to be holding us back we can correct them. In looking at the reflection in the mirror we can also remind ourselves how great we are and how we are divinely created and connected.

It is when we get out of our routine and we stop believing the negative self talk that we are able to face everything and rise thus finding ourselves becoming more and more authentic. As we fine tune our authentic self we begin to understand the reason why we were on this earth. It is through our own self discovery that we become more and more awake and understand that we are all searching to be found.
How many times have you not done something because it was out of the normal realm of what you perceived? About 3 years I stepped out of my comfort zone and told myself what is the worst thing they can say, no. I called The Legends Football League and did a PA Announcer Audition on the phone. Guess what by being my authentic self I landed the announcing gig and did 2 season and was hired to do the playoff and championship Games. Stay Positive.
