Spiritual Awakening: The Curved Path!!!

 It does not matter if your spiritual path is curved or if it is straight what matters is that you allow for the spiritual awakening process to take place and embrace the changes that will make you a better person as you make a mind, body, soul connection. As you become am action taker and put the excuse maker aside you will walk a path that at times will be straight and connect you from point a to point b and at times there will be a curve that may detour you. It is at times when you hit that detour that you stop and breathe and ask what direction will best serve me. Many times we walk our curved path and we come to a choice to take the path everyone else is on or to forge our own path. It is when we come to this crossroad that we must have faith in ourselves that we will make the correct choice and follow the path as GOD has intended. Through our awakening we learn that we can walk the path but the creator of our path is a higher source who will give us direction to follow through on his master plan for us. When we stop attaching outcomes to things and realize that everything on our path is in divine order just the way it is meant to be at this moment we begin to grow personally and professionally. As a result of this personal and professional growth we begin to be comfortable in shining our life and we stop worrying about what people say or think about us.

Many times our path will lead us to a labyrinth, which is a place for use to walk quietly and think about the path we are on as we seek enlightenment. In walking the labyrinth you have an opportunity to release blockages by totally surrendering to GOD and letting go. By walking the labyrinth you can create the oneness consciousness with GOD that will lead you in the direction that GOD intended for you. The labyrinth walk is a great way to reflect and release while receiving messages that will allow you to further your personal and spiritual development.  In the labyrinth you will experience a spiritual awakening that will open up your mind to receive and thus open the channels of creativity.

 In her 100 Days Of Gratitude Program, Coach Shantel Smith, has the entire class walk the labyrinth and afterwards take a moment to write about the experience. The group then shares creating a sense of community. In sharing their experiences the participants are able to build understanding and thus find ways to lift each other up.  In walking the labyrinth or any path that allows you to get centered and grounded you will see a shift in your energy and the vibration that you are emanating. As a result of this shift you will see a change in the type of people you are attracting.

 The path to your spiritual awakening may include the use of  essential oils to clear blockages and thus keep you focused and grounded as you allow the feelings and emotions to flow thus becoming an open channel for positive energy to flow to you and from you.  It may become tough at times as things perceived to be negative come into our path and we may be detoured for a moment while we deal with those things. Remember that everything we encounter on our path is put on the path for a reason. It is up to us to allow the flow to happen and thus go with the occurrences and let them play out.

It is when we commit to taking the path be it straight or crooked that we begin to tap into our divinity and find our purpose thus allowing us to make a positive impact in our life and the lives of others. In recognizing that everyone is on a path and we may all be at different junctures on the path however our destination is the same and that is spiritual enlightenment.

On this path we will encounter doubters. When we encounter the doubters it is important to understand that it is not your job to convince them of anything it is your job to keep shining your light and understand when they are ready they will start their journey. Arguing with doubters is like wrestling a pig in the mud you both get dirty but the pig enjoys it.

Take a moment to take a break and process the messages you received while walking your path.
