Spiritual Awakening: Shake It Up!!!!!
As I sat in The Starbuck’s at The Walk today ( 4/4/2014) I started to think how important it is to shake things up during the spiritual awakening process. Sometimes we have to just go with the flow and follow the message that GOD is giving us and understand that sometimes a set back is actually a step forward. In some cases it is GOD’s way of telling you that you deserve to be attracting a better class of clientele to use your services. In some cases it is GOD telling you not to worry about the financial gain or hardship but to understand that all things you need will be provided for you. As I went through a trying situation from 3/23/14 – 4/1/14 with a client over non-payment I struggled with what to do and then I followed the message from spirit and I feel very relieved. Another client who has dealings with the client who did not pay me tried to intervene and it was not their place to do so. I then prayed and GOD reassured me that he had bigger plans for me and wanted me to begin to work with people who were fully capitalized and who understood the responsibility that when you hire someone you pay them in a timely manner. GOD also told me that I needed to shake it up a bit and step into my power more and understand that my calling is to help others but to be compensated for my services.
In stepping into my power and shaking it up a bit I surprised many people who now get the message that by ignoring the problem it does not go away it continues and may be worsened by you not getting on top of it. As a result of not getting paid this last time I became stronger as I addressed the problem and took care of it. I may be out $150 dollars but the person who did not pay me is out a lot more. It is my hope that the person who did not pay learns from the situation and doesn’t hurt others as he hurt me. I will make up the $150 as I have begun to receive calls from people who want to use my services and when I told them they had to pay up front they had no problem. In shaking things up and growing in spirit I have established a policy that if I do not know you, if you are a new start up, or this is the first time I am working with you, you pay up front. In making this change I have been able to step into my power and thus protect myself from those who may not have the same beliefs that I have. I have become stronger. If someone begins to tell you their plan and they don’t mention they have money to implement it take it as a sign from spirit that they are not prepared to work with you and stop the process. By staying strong and protecting yourself you will find that you will grow personally and professionally.
Sometimes it just takes a moment over a shake like drink like a Venti Caramel Frappucino from Starbucks to put things in perspective and to help you get centered and grounded in your spirituality. I ordered mine today (4/4/2104) and I told the cashier my name, JDOGG. This went over well and the person who gave me the drink made a big deal of the name and I gave them a sample of my announcing voice and they liked it. In shaking it up and being authentic not only did I bring some joy to the lives of others I brought a sense of purpose to my stop at Starbuck’s today.
In shaking it up it is important to create a resonance that will lead to a positive vibration so that the universe will conspire to reward you in a positive manner. In committing to shake it up and come alive you are making a commitment to detach and turn the page when necessary. In shaking it up we learn to keep the emotions in check and to take steps necessary so that our spirituality is not out of balance. It is a fact of life that our spirituality will be tested and at those times we must turn in ward and ask our inner divinity for the answers and then act accordingly.
In shaking it up feed your spirit with positive thoughts and focus on the positive things in your life by letting negative experiences go. Shake it up and Stay Positive.
