The Parable of the Talents<\/span><\/h3>\n

^{14\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cFor\u00a0the kingdom of heaven is<\/i>\u00a0like a man traveling to a far country,\u00a0who<\/i>\u00a0called his own servants and delivered his goods to them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>15\u00a0<\/sup>And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>16\u00a0<\/sup>Then he who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>17\u00a0<\/sup>And likewise he who\u00a0had received<\/i>\u00a0two gained two more also.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>18\u00a0<\/sup>But he who had received one went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord\u2019s money.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>19\u00a0<\/sup>After a long time the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n}

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0One of my favorite passages from The Bible is The Parable Of Talents for it teaches us the importance of using our talents for the betterment of ourselves and others. I am also reminded that to who much is given much is expected. We are all given talents to use for good and when we discover our talents it is imperative that we use them to be of service and value to others. \u00a0In the spiritual awakening process as you explore your inner divinity you may discover several talents that you can use to enhance your personal and professional life and the lives of others. Many refer to the discovery of their talents as their calling, their purpose, \u00a0and their reason for living. \u00a0As you discover and hone your talents and commit to using your talents for good you will see changes in your life that improve your personal and professional life. In using your talents for good your will come alive and find ways to assist your community thus allowing you to come alive and live a life of fulfillment. \u00a0In using your talents for good you will move in a positive direction of your dreams.<\/p>\n

\u00a0I discovered my talent for writing and made it a goal to be a published author. 2 years ago that vision became a reality when I was a featured author in Sources Of Wisdom Book 2, which you can purchase by clicking the link on this page. In using my talents I was invited to write a chapter for Sources of Wisdom Book 3 which I did and recently that book was published through Balboa Press, A Division Of Hay House. In sharing my story I have been able to inspire others and help them to use their talents for good.<\/p>\n

\u00a0In using my talents for good I have been able to positively impact the lives of those I come in contact with. I have been able to spread a positive message through my radio show, my TV show, this blog, emceeing events, speaking at conferences and workshops, doing one on ones, and most importantly shining my light for others to see. \u00a0I tell everyone if I can use my talent for good so can you all you have to do is believe.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Today you have a chance to delve into your divinity discover your talents and use your talents for good. It may mean taking some quiet time and asking the question, GOD what do you want me to do with this talent you have given me. The answer will come to you and you will be able to move forward in a positive direction toward your goals and dreams.<\/p>\n
