Spiritual Awakening: FREE Hugs For Everyone!!!!<\/h1>\n

\u00a0This is me with Leslie of www.feelthehugs.com. As I reflect back on all that Leslie and her sister Karen have done to spread the idea of feeling the hugs I have a warm feeling in my heart. In the spiritual awakening process I have learned just how important feeling the hugs is and thus I have created FREE HUGS FRIDAY, where I go to a specific location on a Friday afternoon with my FRRE HUGS sign and hang it in hopes that people will come over and inquire about getting a free hug. A life change can start with just a compassionate hug between people so as to recognize that we are all special and that we can all relate to one another on a cellular level through a hug.\u00a0 A hug releases oxytocin \u00a0in the body which in turn send positive vibes through out the central nervous system and as a result you feel better.<\/p>\n

As I am writing this entry I am sitting in The Starbucks and a gentleman just came over and gave me a hug as a result of seeing my sign. It was a great feeling and I said thank you . He left with a smile and seemed to have a little pep in his step.\u00a0 In giving out FREE HUGS we begin to see a shift in the attitude of those around us.\u00a0 I watch the reaction of some as the see my sign and I think it shocks them as they don’t expect to see someone showing love and compassion to strangers as our society has become accustomed to seeing bad things and thus have become very desensitized to the negative and programed to accept it. With FREE HUGS we can shift the consciousness of our world one hug at a time. Imagine if everyone reading this entry decided that next Friday (5\/23\/14) they would make a\u00a0 FREE HUGS Sign and put it up in their office or at the table they were sitting at for lunch. My FREE HUGS Sign reads FREE HUGS www.the-spiritualawakening.com STAY POSITIVE FREE HUGS.\u00a0 In answering the calling to be of love and positivity and giving out FREE HUGS I have found that not only am I enhancing the personal and professional lives of others I am also improving my personal and professional life.<\/p>\n

\u00a0In putting your self out there with FREE HUGS you will find that you see a positive shift and thus you are able to come alive and share your spiritual journey with others and thus positively impacting\u00a0 the community. The gentleman that stopped over to give me a hug just paid it forward by buying a drink for another patron at Starbucks.\u00a0 It is amazing the impact one can make when you find a divine purpose in life and follow that purpose. I have found that my purpose is to help other people excel be it by giving away FREE HUGS, raising money for those affected by cancer through http:\/\/main.acsevents.org\/goto\/jdogg1, hosting my radio show, Get Motivated With Jonathan JDOGG Lederman at 6 PM EDT on Monday at www.blogtalkradio.com\/hrafnstongradio, hosting my TV Show, The Anything Bucket on www.wrpbitv.com on Tuesday at 6:30 PM, or simply helping people to obtain positive publicity for their business or organization and as a result each day I can go forward into the world and continue on the path of spiritual awakening which leads to enlightenment.<\/p>\n
