Spiritual Awakening: What Will Your Legacy Be!!!

     One question that is an integral part of the spiritual awakening process is what legacy will I leave when I am called home to GOD? Will you be known as the person who was of service and value and touched many lives and left people and communities better than when you found them. I started thinking about the question of what your legacy will be as I have experienced the loss of several loved ones and friends over the last few years and each person left an impression not only on me but on those they came in contact with while they were here on earth. Will you be the one that is remembered for living a purpose driven life and being someone of service and value? Will you be the person who amassed some wealth but will be remembered for sharing it and lifting those you could? As a Public Address Announcer I get to visit many different venues many that are named for people who had a positive impact on the community. I believe the greatest gift we can give to anyone in leaving a legacy is the gift of caring.

      Will you be the person who is so passionate about helping others that you would give up everything so that those who come after you will have hope, peace, love, joy, and prosperity in their lives. Will you be the one who stands up for the less fortunate and underserved leaving a legacy for others to follow? Will you be the one who detaches from outcomes and follows your heart understanding that what the mind can conceive and the heart can believe you can achieve? Will you be the one who lives you life to the fullest and comes alive by making positive changes in the community?

       How will people remember you? Will you be the one that leaves an indelible mark on the places where you live, work, and play. Now is your time to become the person in the arena and to give it all you have and to leave a legacy that will inspire future generations.

Now it is your turn to tap into your inner divinity and to use your talents for good as you become the person in the arena. Instead of complaining it is time to take action and to become a problem solver so that when your judgement day comes your legacy will be one that spreads positivism throughout the community. In your walk of life as you journey along your spiritual path it is important to ask yourself am I living a life of joy and is my life bringing joy to others? If you can say yes to those two questions your legacy will be one that inspires and empowers others to move on in a positive direction of their goals and objectives.  You can leave a great legacy simply by being a giver and paying it forward and sharing a few dances along the way.

People will come into our lives to help us to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually as we dance on GOD’S great dance floor looking to leave a legacy that brings bliss and abundance to others. Some times it will take a bit of pain to get to the dance. When the pain subsides and you are able to channel it into positive energy you are able to leave a legacy for others to follow and continue your work to positively impact the lives of others. Now is your opportunity to leave a legacy that will shift the paradigm of our society to positivism and hope. Now is your time time to shine your light and illuminate the world so that when you are gone your legacy will be one of kindness and love. You have an opportunity to simply make the world a better place by being kind to others. Think about how you want to be remembered and then when you take actions ask yourself if this action will serve the ultimate goal as to how you want to be remembered.

       As you work on leaving a legacy of positivism remember that passion + action = success. It in now time to allow yourself to follow your passion and become an action taker and to choose to leave a legacy that will lead to others doing things that will enhance their life and the lives of others. In all you do be live your life on purpose so that when GOD calls you home people will speak highly of you while also doing things in your honor. May you create a great legacy!!!!

Spiritual Awakening: Unleash Your Inner Superhero!!!

As I picked out the superhero to represent for The 2017 American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Sunrise/Tamarac due to the theme being Superheroes For The Cure I began to think that each of us has a superhero inside of us to unleash. The inner superhero is usually the one that allows you to tap into your divinity thus allowing you to become an action taker and improve your life and the lives of others. It is when you realize that you have this great power inside of you that you begin to take the steps necessary to enhance your personal, professional, and spiritual life. In improving your personal, professional, and spiritual life you shine a bright light which allows others to find their inner superhero and as a result you begin to change not only your life but the lives of others. So many times people will tell us that it can’t be done or that we are not good enough. When you encounter these people it is important to simply walk away and then tap into your inner superhero and follow your heart as after all what the mind can conceive and the heart can believe you can achieve.

When I was growing up there was a very popular TV Show, The Greatest American Hero. In the Show Ralph would put on his special suit and be able to help make the world a better place. The good thing about being awakened spirituality is that you do not need a special suit to make a positive impact in the world all you have to do is tap into your inner divinity and do small things with great love thus creating a ripple effect where kindness will beget kindness. The superhero you have inside of you is calling to be let out for the world to see that you are committed to being of service and value to others by taking action to make a positive impact in the world. When you unleash your inner superhero ad spread peace, love, joy, and prosperity these things will come back you. It is when you find your purpose and answer the calling that you become a superhero.  In unleashing your inner superhero you will encounter doubters and naysayers. When you do simple choose to simply ignore the negative and move on in a forward direction of your dreams. As y0u unleash your inner superhero you will find that you are attracting more lifters and supporters and that the universe is conspiring to help you manifest the life you desire.

Spiritual Awakening: The Best Day Of My Life!!!

As I sit at Starbucks today to write this entry I start to think how everyday can be the best day of my life. Through the spiritual awakening process I have come to understand that each day we awake we have the opportunity to create a day filled with peace, love, joy, and prosperity. If we wake up and the first thought we have is that today is the day the Lord hath made be glad and rejoice in it we will have a blessed day that will be the best day of my life. Each day is a new day to tap into our inner divinity and make that connection with GOD to create a oneness consciousness. If we are to achieve peace we must first become peaceful. Once we become peaceful we can make everyday the best day of our lives. It is great that we accumulate photographs and memories and can use them to move forward in a positive direction of our dreams, however if we continually bring up the memories we may be hindering our personal, professional, and spiritual growth.

 Looking back at the photographs and remembering the memories that they represent can motivate us to take steps to move forward along our spiritual journey. In being motivated to move forward we are able to shine our light bright for others to see and subconsciously we give others permission to shine their light and the whole world is then illuminated. In taking action t make each day the best day of your life you are able to put aside that which may be holding you back and release it so you can be motivated to move forward. I have  found that meditation on the past and learning from the messages that the past has delivered is a great way to still remember while at the same time moving forward.  Every now and again it is great to look at the highlights of your life and then make plans to take action to create new highlights.

Spiritual Awakening: Don’t Wait Another Minute!!!

 

How many times have we said along our spiritual path oh I will do that tomorrow and then realizing that there is no time like the present and that time is ticking away. Many times we wish we could turn back time, however it is when we come to understand that we can not go backwards we can only move forward that we awaken more and more to our spirituality. In becoming awake we can take the measures necessary to take action and not wait another minute.
 As I stated we may wish to turn back time but what is done is done so me must move forward by seeking forgiveness and forgiving ourselves. It is in the process of reflection that we can move along our spiritual path and leave our past behind us while living in the present and making a bright future. As we gleam from the past we will find shining moments taht we can draw from that will energize us and propel us to find peace, love, joy, and prosperity.

Each year I watch March Madness and on the final night when they play One Shining Moment I am reminded that all the credit goes to the person who is in the arena. It is when we take action and step into the arena detaching from the outcome that we grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. Through this growth we become better and thus we make the world around us better. There will be bumps and bruises along the way but it is how we face these obstacles that determine how high we will soar when we allow GOD to place us in the arena.

Spiritual Awakening: Keep Pressing On!!!!

Miami Fury In life you are very lucky if you get an opportunity to do something you love and also get paid for it. I have been fortunate during my spiritual awakening to connect with The Miami Fury Women’s Tackle Football Team and their owner Gayla Harrington. Gayla exemplifies the idea of pressing on and never giving up. She has overcome much adversity in the years that she has owned The Miami Fury. Her dedication radiates a spiritual energy to all those she comes in contact with as she is always positive despite any challenges that may be going on in her personal and professional life. As I announced The Miami Fury Game today and witnessed them win the game 42-8 one theme kept reoccurring and that was keep pressing on.

Miami Fury Football The game began and their opponent, The Jacksonville Dixie Blues, looked like they would drive down the field and score then they suffered an intentional grounding penalty, then they snapped the ball over the punter and The Fury recovered at The Dixie Blues 11 yard line and the QB Jessica Childers scored on an 11 yard run to give The Fury a 6-0 lead. The 2 point conversion would fail. The Fury continued to press on and took a 22-0 lead. The Dixie Blues would return the kickoff for a TD and convert on a 2 point try making the score 22-8. The Fury would press on and play hard to eventually win 42-8.  As I walked down from the press box I saw the players and coaches from both teams gathered at mid field in a prayer circle. As the game unfolded I would do shout outs for the cure and would learn  about the passing of Michael Childers, Jessica Childers’ Uncle. I would summon up some strength to have everyone do a moment of remembrance. The game elicited many angles that are part of the spiritual awakening process. It had many moments of joy tinged with some sadness illustrating the balance in our lives. In life we will have joy and bliss but we will also experience sadness and despair.  We will experience ups and downs. We will win and we will lose. The key is to understand that all that happens happens for us and contains a lesson to propel us along our spiritual journey so that we can have spiritual enlightenment.
