Spiritual Awakening: Coming Full Circle!!!

As I went to get an affidavit notarized I realized that the place I was walking into, FOX TAX SERVICES, had donated to The American Cancer Society Relay For Life a few years ago when I was out collecting. It was am spiritual message as they had donated $10 and today the fee for the notarization was $10. As I left the office I started to think how things in our lives come full circle as GOD has a way of putting us in the right places at the right times to make us whole. As many of you are aware my DAD passed away in June of 2018. The other day In was reflecting back on the times that I had with him and began to realize that when I was younger he took care of me and as he got older I took care of him. As I sat in meditation over where I am and where I want to be the concept of being whole and things coming full circle permeated my thoughts. As I continue to take the action necessary to move forward in a positive direction towards my dreams I realize that everything we do will come full circle so it is important to be fully aware of the energy that we are giving out and how we are vibrating with others. It is important to see what we are tuning into and focusing on as what we focus on expands and thus allows us to connect with the Ascended Masters, GOD, Jesus,  and The Angels which allows us to expand on our awakening. As we come full circle it is important to detach from outcomes so that we can come alive and answer our calling so we can be come the change we want to see in the world and thus be of service and value to our community.

Get Fresh with your spirituality

     You may be wondering what gum may have to do with the spiritual awakening process well today is all about being fresh in mind, body, and soul. As gum freshens up your mouth and gives you a cleansing feeling you gain a sense of confidence so that you can speak your truth and continue to evolve in your personal, professional, and spiritual life. As gum cleanses your mouth and freshens your mouth meditation will cleanse and freshen your mind. In cleansing out the negativity and focusing on the positive you are able to clean and clear blockages that may have been stopping you from reaching your full potential. In many cases it is just a matter of making a commitment to GET FRESH!!!. I know that when I feel clean in my mind and body that I vibrate at a higher frequency and thus achieve more than I expected. In cleansing my personal spaces with a bit of sage and essential oils I find myself attracting more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into my life. I also find that when I take the extra time to take care of myself that I am able to function at a higher level and thus act on the messages that GOD is sending thus creating bliss and abundance in my life. Yes there have been times of sadness and anger along my journey however when these occurrences happen I simply look to GOD, Jesus, The Ascended Masters, and  The Angels for guidance to help me get fresh and cleans away any negative thoughts that may hinder me and stifle me from becoming a evolved spiritual being.

Turn to the lord and you will be rewarded

     I have found that one of the great tools to getting fresh is to strengthen your relationship with Jesus as everything is possible through Christ who strengthens us. In times of trial and tribulation and in joy and happiness it is important to stay connected to Christ and understand that if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring you through it. In all that you do stay connected to your source and step into your power as guided by GOD to achieve your greatness which is your birthright. 

Remember that the fruits of spirit will guide you along your spiritual path

     Bible verses will serve you as they will help to answer your questions and guide you along your path so that you can continue to move forward in a positive direction of your dream. I have found that understanding the fruits of spirit that I have the necessary tools to follow my spiritual journey as guided by GOD and to alleviate all obstacles that come my way. In realizing that if GOD is for me who can be against me I have been able to detach from outcomes and simply allow things to unfold as GOD wants them to in the course of the day. In accepting the fact that GOD’S plan for me is far greater than the plan I have for myself I have been able to get fresh and look at things from a fresh perspective. I have found that when I take a deep breath and look at things in a different way my whole attitude toward the situation changes and thus I am able to get fresh and continue to walk in my truth by being of service and value to others.

      I have found that soft music is a fantastic tool that allows you to get fresh as it assists in the spiritual awakening process by keeping you focused, centered, and grounded. Music with the proper frequency will allow you to tune into your inner divinity and thus create the life you desire despite any challenges that may come your way. In using music as a tool you will find that you clear blockages that have held you back and thus you are able to become more aware and awake.

Spiritual Awakening: Getting Fresh: A Case Study!!!

Be The Change you want to see in this world.

      The other day I was a bit upset about the situation I was left in as my DAD passed on June 7, 2018. I was feeling all types of pressure as I haven’t had a full time job in over two years and I have been simply scrapping by and now I am faced with paying off a mortgage and a home equity loan totaling just over $40,000. I then took a deep breath and went outside to sit on the bench by the lake and think what am I going to do. I was given the message take everything one day at a time and it will all work out. Thus I turned the page and gained a fresh perspective. When I went to pay the mortgage I showed gratitude and was thankful that I was able to pay the initial payment and interest and have some left over to apply just to the principal. I then realized that GOD will provide and as long as I take action and give praise and glory to GOD that each day I can get fresh.  I have come to learn that when you let go and let GOD that good things will happen and that you can always get fresh. May you get fresh and attract much peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. Namaste!!!

Spiritual Awakening:Commit To Having A Great Day!!!

When you are awakened spiritually you begin to see that every day can be beautiful. In committing to have a great day you begin to let go and let GOD and you find your day moving along in a positive manner where you begin to attract peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. Wen you become an action taker instead of an excuse maker you will find it easier to commit to having a great day. I have learned a long my spiritual journey that it is when you look at things in a positive way and take the challenges as an opportunity to learn that you will have a great day. The energy that you bring to the day will determine how your day goes. You have the power to control the outcomes of the day. I suggest that when you awake that you commit to making it a great day and simply allow things to unfold as GOD has planned them for you. It is when you are guided by GOD that you know you will have a great day. Yes things will happen through out the day that may throw you a curve ball. When the curve ball comes simply adjust and knock it out of the park by keeping a positive attitude.  I have come to adapt The Four Agreements to my everyday day life and when I am in tune and practicing these agreements I find that I have a great day.

In practicing these agreements I have found that I vibrate at a high level thus attracting the resource necessary to move in a positive direction of my dreams. In practicing these agreements I have been able to surround myself with people that resonate with my message and truly want to support the endeavors that I am involved with so as to be of service and value to others. In following these agreements I have been able to find success in my efforts with The American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Sunrise.

Spiritual Awakening: Get The Fatigue Out!!!

Spiritual Awakening: Get The Fatigue Out!!!

The last couple of weeks have found me more fatigued as my human existence was interfering with my spiritual existence. The worries of life seemed to be weighing heavily on my mind and my motivation was waning as I began to allow the negative self talk and worry to consume my thoughts so there were a few days that I didn’t even get out of bed. I then realized that if I am to move in a positive direction toward my goals and dream I have to get the fatigue out. It was when I sat in reflection last night that I realized that the only way to overcome any worry and fear that is holding me back is to get the fatigue out. In making a commitment to make everyday count I got up this morning and went to The American Cancer Society Office to turn in money for The Relay For Life. I am now at $1076 raised toward a goal of $2500. I realized that if I am to exceed this goal I must take more action and get the fatigue out. As a result I have been sharing the donation page http://main.acsevents.org/goto/jdogg18 and asking people for donations and have met with success because I got the fatigue out. I have come to use the following poem as an anthem to help me get the fatigue out.

As I took time to rest and reflect I found myself rejuvenated with a sense of purpose where I was helping myself to overcome my own humanistic worries while also help other people to enhance their personal, professional, and spiritual life. It was when I shifted from a sense of worry to a sense of hop and purpose that I was able to get the fatigue out and be energized. It was when I sat down ad wrote in my gratitude journal and read passages from Rev. Dr. Dee Addio Mosses Book, heal Your Life With Meditation And Prayer and then read passages from The Miracle Minute by Mary Morrisey that I was able to get back on track with my mission to help other people excel by being of service and value to all those I come in contact with.

Spiritual Awakening: Grooving On A Sunday Afternoon!!!

As I sat down at Starbucks to write this entry I took a quick look around and it was amazing to see all the people simply grooving on a Sunday Afternoon. There was a group playing Rummy O, a guy working on editing his photography, people reading, and others simply enjoying life.  As I absorbed all this great positive energy I began to think how important it is to be spiritually awake and in tube with your inner divinity so as to attract much peace, joy, love, and prosperity into your life. I began to realize that if you want to manifest happiness and abundance into your life you must exude happiness and come from a place of abundance. So many times we get caught up in the things we can not control that we forget to take charge of what we can control and thus we create blockages that get in the way of grooving not only on a Sunday afternoon but everyday. Now the question is how are we going to awaken spiritually and take control of our lives and let GOD be our guide. The answer is to first embrace the fact that you are a divine child of GOD destined for greatness. After that it is important to make a commitment to yourself to take care of yourself so that you can be of service and value to others. Then after you begin to be of service and value start to release that which no longer serves you. As you continue to follow your path guided by GOD  you will see that when you are connected to GOD you will see great things unfold so make it a priority to praise and honor GOD daily so that you can grove everyday and reach your higher calling.

Spiritual Awakening: Tools To Help You Groove Everyday!!!

I have found that The Serenity Prayer, Positive Affirmations, and The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz  to be excellent tools in assuming an attitude that will allow me to be open to grooving daily.

I have learned that music can be a great way to get into the groove and to vibrate on a higher level that attracts people  to you so that you can manifest the life that you desire.

 

Over the years I have discovered that books such as these and others available by following the Hay House Link on this page are excellent tools to help you get into the groove.

Kindness is a trait that when put into action serves as great tool to groove daily.

 Giving praise and glory to GOD is a fantastic tool to help keep you centered, focused, and grounded so that you can groove everyday and live life to the fullest.

 

 Essential oils and incense are excellent tools to use while clearing your mind so as to groove daily.

Meditation has served as an exceptional tool in releasing that which may be stopping you from grooving daily.

Take a moment to walk in nature and create a sacred space where you can go to communicate with GOD, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels so as to receive the guidance that will allow you to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually as you continue to make the mind, body, and soul connection.

Find spiritual places like The Rice Terraces in the Philippines and take a trip without all the accouterments that we have grown accustom to and simply take in the messages as you get connected to source. Sometimes the greatest tool we have is our ability to detach and disconnect from the human life that we have come to know and get in touch with our divinity.

 

When I find it difficult to get into a groove or I find myself stuck I use the tool of reflection to remind me just how good my life has been and I remember times that brought great joy and a sense of accomplishment into my life like the 6 months from July 2002 – February 2003 when I was a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Buang La Union, Philippines. I look at the photo of the church and the arch and I realize how many lives I touched and how the people in this community changed my life and it gets me into a positive frame of mind knowing that I am capable of great things and if I can not do great things to do small things with great love. It is said that photographs and memories are great tools to help you get into the groove.

Spiritual Awakening: After The Rain!!!

As I sit down to type this entry I am at my local Starbucks in Sunrise, Florida and there is a fierce rain storm brewing outside. As I observe this storm I begin to think of the storms that we may have in our own personal, professional, and spiritual lives and realize that after the rain there is a rainbow. How many times do we complain about the storms in our life instead of being appreciative of the rainbow? I have learned that complaining only makes the storm worse. I have come to realize that if GOD brought you to the storm he will bring you through it. In growing personal, professionally, and spiritually we must realize that there will be storms and how we deal with these storms will determine what we attract into our lives. I have come to adopt the anthem that a positive attitude during a storm will propel you to altitudes that you never imagined. Through the spiritual awakening process I have found music to be a great tool to bring me through the storm.
This song from The Byrds based on Ecclesiastes has helped me to take action despite being caught in a storm as I have come to realize that we each have a season and that there is a time for every purpose under heaven. It is when we realize that there is balance in our lives that we are able to come through the storms stronger than we were before. In moments of introspection I have learned that in order to weather a storm I must be willing to change the way I go about things during the storm. In many cases I have fund that I am the cause of the storm because I was disconnected from GOD and forgot that the plans he has for me are far greater than my own plans. In these cases I take actions to get reconnected.

 

I have found that doing daily reflections and meditations and then looking at my accomplishments such as being a featured author in Sources of Wisdom Book 2 and Sources of Wisdom Book 3 to be great tools to help weather any storms.  When I changed the focus from I can’t to I can and stopped making excuses and pointing fingers at others I found myself more aware and awake with an ability to face everything and rise instead of forgetting everything and running. It was when I decided to take action and detach from outcomes by reminding myself that all I can control is myself and my reactions to things that I began to attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into my life. I have found that by reciting the serenity prayer daily that I can weather any storm.

Spiritual Awakening: Calling All The Messengers!!!

As I was driving today (2/9/15) and listening to Reach FM this song by Lecrae came on titled Calling All The Messengers and I thought during the spiritual awakening process that is what we need to find, the messengers, so that we can become a messenger and spread a message of faith, peace, love, and prosperity. It is when you walk strong in faith that you can deliver a strong message that will be relevant, entertaining, and resonating and thus help you to move further along your path toward enlightenment. In taking action we are able to get more in tune with our divinity and as a result continue to live a life of purpose. When you wake up in the morning ask how you can be of service and value and when the answer is revealed do everything possible to implement practices that lead you to following the message so that you can walk in your truth and give your message.

As I was writing this entry this is the message I received to share with you today and that is to seek GOD. I have learned that all the answers we need in our life are held by GOD who wants you to be successful. It is his plan not ours that we must follow. We can make a better life for ourselves and others by becoming a messenger. It is through Christ that all things are possible because he strengthens me.  In become a messenger and sharing how GOD has put us in his favor we are able to touch the lives of others while also having our life touched. As I sat taking with my DAD today I was compelled to open up Rev. Dr. Dee Adio-Moses’s book Heal Your Life With Daily prayer and affirmations. The entry for today was about tithing and how when you give you receive. So my DAD and I committed to be givers and t further spread the message about creating a world with less cancer and more birthdays by promoting http://main.acsevents.org/goto/jdogg2. My DAD mentioned the idea of not buying Girl Scout Cookies and making a donation instead I said tat is a great idea of you can buy the Girl Scout Cookies and designate them to be sent to someone in the military. The message is that you can still be a giver and help others. In the giving we open up the channels to receive and thus our life is enriched while we enriched the lives of others. DAD  and I then turned to Mary Morrissey’s book The Miracle Minute, which spoke of being of  love and sharing messages in a loving way. DAD left to go about his business and I prepared for my afternoon by playing my meditation music and lighting candles and incense and asking GOD what he had in store for me today. In hearing the message and acting upon the message I have had a productive day so far. It is when we press on with the message that we get great results and thus make the mind, body, soul connection that leads to a oneness consciousness.

Spiritual Awakening: Only The Beginning!!!

Lao Tzu said the journey of 1,000 miles starts with the first step.  As we set upon our journey of spiritual awakening we must understanding that the first step is only the beginning. Along our path we may find that special person that lifts us up and allows us to be our authentic self  thus making us stronger. Sometime the words of gratitude needed to say to this person escapes us so a warm embrace is all we need to show our appreciation. Our journey must start with the the idea of gratitude. As the day begin think of what you are grateful for and look to the heavens and thank GOD for what you do have and what for what he is doing in your life. As you begin to understand that each day is a new beginning you will find yourself letting go of the past and thus you will continue to take action steps to move further along on your path of spiritual awakening. It is only the beginning of greater things to come.

As you begin your journey remember that you are a divine child of GOD and he has greater plans for you. When you feel like taking a rest take that rest but do not quit as the plans GOD has for you are greater than you can imagine and there are great things for you to do it. While you may encounter doubters leave no doubt that if you are following your heart and beginning that you will be rewarded for your efforts. I often state if you think it is hard to keep friends on social media think what Jesus must have experienced. There will always be those who doubt and there will also be those who lift you and believe in your mission. It is up to you to believe enough in yourself to take action and begin.  As you begin to awaken more and more you will attract those that will support you and build you up while at the same time you will find it easier to let go of people and things that no longer serve you.  Ask yourself what changes do I seek to make to answer the calling and begin to embrace my purpose.  It is when you continue to work on furthering your purpose that you will begin to have clarity thus allowing you to make the mind, body, soul, connection that will create a oneness consciousness.

royal flush - photo/picture definition - royal flush word and phrase ...In poker the best hand you can achieve is The Royal Flush.   To achieve the royal flush in life one must be able to flush out all the negativity in their life and remove what no longer serves them. In seeking the royal flush in life one must become an action taker. How many times have you made excuses and fell short of the royal flush in life? Ask yourself why was it that you didn’t  pursue the royal flush? What excuses did you make and then justify?   We will either find a way or we will find an excuse.

In life if you want to achieve a royal flush you must go all in and live life full out.  In seeking the royal flush in life changes have to be made. If you are unhappy with the way things are in your life look at what is creating the unhappiness and what can be done to reverse that feeling. Spiritual Awakening: A Collect Call From GOD!!!

Imagine the phone rings and the operator say I have a collect call from GOD, would you accept the charges? If you said yes what would you discuss? Would you thank GOD for all he has done in your life? Would you ask him why he allows bad things to happen to good people? Would you ask why he took some people from you too soon?

 

 You don’t have to wait for that collect call as GOD is reaching out to you every moment. GOD will provide you with the answers that you are seeking all it takes is for you to open up your mind, body, and soul to his communication. In taking action to create a oneness conscious and communicate with GOD you will see that he is in control and will direct you accordingly. It is up to you to see and hear the messages from GOD and act upon them.

Spiritual Awakening: Answering GOD’S Call!!!

 On Tuesday July 8, 2014 I received an email about a charity basketball game being played in Boca Raton. I call the promoter asked if they had a PA Announcer and was told no so I asked if they would like me to be their PA Announcer. The gentleman putting on the game said yes and on Saturday July 12 I will be The PA Announcer for The 2nd Annual Celebrity Basketball Game to benefit PROPEL.  AS Part of The Spiritual Awakening Process I have learned to seek the call from GOD and answer them by taking action. I have learned that if GOD brought me to it GOD will bring me through it. I have learned that we can plan our day, our week, or our month but the true guide of our plans is GOD. If we seek what GOD wants from us and we follow his message we will be guided to success.
