Spiritual Awakening: Better Days Are Coming!!!

      As you turn on the news lately you will see many negative stories that seem like they are dividing us however I am sure that better days are coming. To make better days come we must get back to making peace, love, and understanding a priority in our daily lives. It is time to look for the good in people we come in contact with and do what we can to be lifters so as to create better days. Now is the time to look deep inside ourselves and tap into our inner divinity and unleash our talents for the betterment of the communities where we live, work, and play. We must get back to respecting people and treating either with dignity and respect. It is time to turn to GOD, Jesus, The Ascended Masters, The Angels, Spirit, and Source and take action upon the messages that are being sent to us to help other people excel by being of service and value to one another. It is time to seek ways to improve your life and the lives of others.  The time is now for your to awaken spiritually so as to enhance your personal and professional life. When things seem the darkest that is when a breakthrough is about to happen so remember if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring your through it. Instead of watching the news and seeing the negative look for ways to be positive and spread positivism. Each day is a new day that GOD has made so be glad and rejoice in it by committing to make the day a better.

      If we are to create better days we need to live a purpose driven and forgive ourselves and others who may have created blockages in our life. I have come to realize that yesterday is gone and tomorrow may not come and that is why they call today the present. We can not erase the past but we can learn from it and move forward in a positive direction of our dream and create better days. We may not be able to predict the future but we can plan for it so that we insure for better days. The main ingredient to creating better days is to focus on the present and do the best we can with the tools we have now and to hone our skills so that we can be a force for good. In the last 13 months I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have had many a moment to reflect and each time I sat in meditation there was a constant message that better days will come if you take action.

     When we vibrate at a high level seeking better days we begin to attract the resources needed to attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into our lives. When we get back to being connected to GOD we are guided toward better days. When we become heart centered and driven by purpose we create better days.  The other day I went out collecting donation for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life as I am committed to creating better days for those touched by cancer. As I was collecting donations I ran into those who were supportive and those who questioned what I was doing. In the past I would have been upset by those who questioned my integrity but now I simply thanked them for their time and moved on because I know there will be better days. I have come to understand that my message and my choice of charity may not resonate with everyone but those meant to hear the message and support the charity will be brought forward to help create better days. I have come to learn that some will, some, won’t, some waiting. so what, next is a great philosophy to have when creating better days for it is imperative that you surround yourself with those who support your efforts and lift you up in your quest to evolve spiritually.

     Now is your turn to be better than yesterday. Today is your day to put the doubters, the haters, and the naysayers aside and create better days because you have greatness inside you that was meant to be shared with others. Now is your time to meet your challenges and to face everything and rise for you were meant to create a legacy that leads to better days. Remember it is not about how many times you get knocked down it is about how many times you get back up. You deserve better days. Namaste!!!

Spiritual Awakening: Go Big Or Go Home!!!

Through the spiritual awakening process I have adopted the idea of going big or going home. In becoming an action taker I have been able to incorporate Don Miguel Ruiz’s 4th agreement of Always Do Your Best into my daily activities. In adopting the idea of going big or going home I have been able to have much success along my spiritual path as I grow personally, professionally, and spiritually as I have come to understand that what the mind can conceive and the heart can believe you can achieve. In becoming more and more aware and awake I have been able to accomplish great things by simply picking a lane and going full speed ahead only slowing down when needed. In finding opportunities to go big I have been able to tap into my inner divinity and use the divine guidance system to exceed goals from securing paid announcing and emcee gigs to raising funds for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Sunrise. I have come to learn the importance of letting go and letting GOD as GOD will provide opportunities for you to go big. In listening to the messages from GOD, The Ascended Masters, The Angels, and Jesus and taking action I have been able to attract peace, love, joy, and prosperity into my life.  I have  been asked my secret and my answer is that i simply chose to answer my calling and came alive by making positive changes in my life by focusing on being of service and value to the community and detaching from outcomes. I have also come to understand that there are things I can control and things I can not control. As a result of becoming spiritually awake I have been able to control certain feelings and emotions while also coming to grips with certain facts of life. In understanding that we can change our life simply by deciding to go big or go home we can create a good life.
In creating a good life we have to be committed to following our passion and taking action and thus we find success by being in balance mentally, physically, and spiritually. In adopting the idea of going big or going home you will be forced to be laser focused on what you want to achieve. As I continue to travel on this spiritual journey I know that there will be the doubters, haters, and naysayers and that it is important to put them aside and remove them as they do not serve the greater good. In desiring to create the good life and going big or going home you have to become the thunder.

Spiritual Awakening: Living The Good Life!!!

 What defines the good life? As I have been awakening more and more spiritually I have come to realize that everyone has their own definition of the good life. My definition is to be in a position to be of service and value to others while living a life on purpose. I have learned that there are two great days in your life the day you are born and the day you find out why. Once you discover your why you will begin to live the good life as you will have the ability to put your passion into action and thus you will find your definition of success. I have found that being grateful for what I have and  not wanting for what I do not have leads to living the good life. Each morning I awake knowing that GOD has given me the opportunity to use my talents for good. With this knowledge I am able to become an action taker and positively impact my life and the lives of others. As I sat in reflection the other day I began to understand that I have had a good life so far and there is much living left to do. I look back on what I have been able to do over the years and realize that many people can say they have been able to do what I have done. As I look at the photographs and recall the memories I can say that despite some trials and tribulations I have had a good life so far.

As you look through your photographs what will you be able to say about your life. It is my hope that you can say that you have had a good life filled with much peace, love, joy, and prosperity. I have come to learn that it is not about the materialistic things you accumulate but it is about the lives that you enrich. For me it is not about the fancy car, the big house, or the designer clothes it is being able to say at the end of each day that I made a difference in someone’s life. I think the good life is defined by the following poem.

Spiritual Awakening: Getting Up Or Going Down?

 In our spiritual awakening we often face the question of are we getting up or are we going down. As we continue to evolve and delve further and further into our divinity discovering our purpose we will run into those who see us getting up and they will want to bring us down. What do you you do when you encounter the naysayers or  the promulgators of negativity? I generally tell them thank you to bad, so sad, don’t let the door hit you where GOD split you. In taking action and deciding to move forward in a positive direction toward our goals and dreams we begin to find it easier and easier to detach from people, places, and things that no longer serve us. The anthem of staying positive allows me to continue to move up and at times when I feel like I am going down I say GOD if I get knocked down please allow me to land on my back for if I can look up I can get up. I have learned through out the spiritual awakening process that life will knock you down at times however I have been able to get up by remembering that of GOD brought me to it GOD will bring me through it. As GOD brings you through things and leads you with the plans he has made for you one understands that the hall of fame is waiting for us.

In the spiritual awakening process one will begin to see that they are getting up and in getting up will become inducted into their own hall of fame. In my home I have my personal wall of fame where I am the first picture and then I have photos of those people who I draw inspiration from like Irene Cara, who I had the privilege of meeting and interviewing.

IRENE CARAThis photo is the one that hangs on my wall of fame reminding me that if you are getting up you are moving forward in the positive direction of your dreams. I have come to understand that one must answer the question are you getting up or going down?  In the spiritual journey I have encountered many people who are award winners and who have come alive thus inspiring others to shine their light and illuminate the world. We all have the opportunity to achieve FAME in our own right. This fame may come in the form of accolades for being of service and value to the community, recognition from our peers fro outstanding work, awards from organizations and leaders who we have contributed to the betterment of their personal and professional lives. It may come from the opportunity of simply being out in the community and sharing your message with others.

 As one awakens and gets in tune with their divinity and finding their purpose they do things that are positive and memorable that add value to those they come in contact with. The gifts you have to share are inside of you and need to be let out. In deciding to get up instead of going down you put in motion the mechanics necessary to make a mind, body, soul connection and to excel in your personal and professional life.
