Spiritual Awakening: Going Your Own Way!!!

As you awaken spiritually and tap into your inner divinity you will begin to see how important it is to go your own way on your path as you are being led by GOD, Jesus, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels. In going your own way you will grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. As you go your own way you will encounter doubters, naysayeers, and haters. When you encounter these people simply take a deep breathe and move on about your tasks knowing that you are being of service and value to others by going your own way. It is time for you to step into your power and go your own way as you continue to live a purpose driven life. It is your time to shine by putting your passion into action so that you will find success. As you go your own way remember that you are a divine child of GOD and that you were born for this.

As you go your own way it is important to know when to speak up and when to stay quiet. In the spiritual awakening process you will discover your purpose and as you follow that purpose you will fins that you attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. As you work on living your life on purpose and going your own way remember that you are a divine child of GOD and GOD wants you to prosper so that you can prosper others. One thing that will help you to go your own way is to embrace The Serenity Prayer.

In going your own way realize that the only real changes you can make are changes to yourself. One tool that can assist you in making changes so that you can go your own way is to look at the past and things you did and the outcomes and then begin to eliminate the negative behaviors that created blockages and that may be stopping you from creating bliss and abundance in your life. You may feel you are out here on your own when you go your own way but remember that you are being guided by GOD, Jesus, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels. It is important to know that GOD will not give you anything that you can not handle and if GOD brought you to it then GOD will bring you through it.

As you grow personally, professionally, and spiritually you may find that you feel that you are out here on your own. When you get that feeling take solace in the fact that GOD, Jesus, Source, and Spirit are here with you to aid you in your quest to become the best version of yourself.  As you go your own way you will encounter many trials and tribulations however it is when you face everything and rise that you become stronger.

It is when you go your own way and take action that you begin to manifest all the resources needed to create the life that you desire. In many cases as you continue on your spiritual journey you will find that you need to remove that which no longer serves you so that you can make room for that which will enhance your life and the lives of others. At the end of the day when you can look at what you did and say I did it my way and as a result I am a better person because of it your life will have meaning and purpose.

 

When you go your own way and do it your way you will be able to find the illumination that you are seeking as you live you life in joy and bring joy to others.  It is going your own way that you expand your spirituality and that you make a positive impact on the lives of those you come in contact with through out your journey. It is through going your own way that you will find your calling and beable to become the change you want to see in this world. It is your season to excel by going your own way. Spiritual Awakening: Leaving A Memorable Legacy!!!

     As we awake spiritually we must commit to leaving a worthy legacy. What we do for ourselves will die with us but what we do for others will live on long after we are gone so ask yourself how will you leave a memorable legacy. What will people remember you for? How will you lay a foundation that shows the communities where you lived, worked, and played that you were there and that you were of service of value to others? Now is your time to take action to leave a memorable legacy that will enhance future generations so that they will experience bliss and abundance. The time has come to reflect on the differences that you have made in the lives of others by asking yourself did I live my life in joy and did my life bring joy to others. If you can say yes to these questions you can say you had a decent life. In today’s world where it seems that we are being bombarded by negativity and divisiveness we need to find ways to be positive and lift others so that our legacy will be memorable. Your opportunity to change the way things are going is now and all it takes is to make kindness and compassion a priority. When you commit to leaving a memorable legacy you will find yourself attracting more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. You have the power to heal the world.

      You may think but I am only one person but what can I do. You can do so much once you decide to become an action taker and to put your passion into action as passion + action = success. When you awaken spiritually and come alive by answering your calling to positively impact your community you will experience a change that propels to continue on a path that will leave a memorable legacy. The fact remains that you are a divine child of GOD and GOD wants you to prosper so you can prosper others. Many people miss out on  the opportunity to leave a memorable legacy as they come from a position of lack rather than of abundance. I know for many that are reading this entry it may seem as though things are tough and you may be afraid of what is next. I am here to tell you that if you face everything and rise you will see miracles as you believe that you have the ability to leave a memorable legacy.

      I was reflecting back to when I was 12 years old and I got run over by a golf cart. The paramedics said I was very lucky as if the tires had been a couple inches to either side of my chest I would not have survived. I think this is when the spiritual awakening process began for me and when I decided to be of service and value to others. Since that time I have been dedicated to helping many charitable causes. Through out high school and through college and now today I do my part to help other people to excel. The year was 1989 and I was at a 4th of July Celebration and their was a group of people circulating a petition to ban the burning of the American Flag. I began to speak with them and found that they were members of The Jaycees (Junior Chamber Of Commerce) an their mission was to provide leadership training through community service to people 18-40. I was invited to attend a meeting and at the meeting was asked to join. I said yes and from 1989-2002 and then again from 2003 until 2008 was part of The Jaycees where I learned valuable skills that serve me today. From July of 2002 until February I served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in The Philippines where I taught English, Math, and Livelihood Skills to at at-risk boys at A Regional Rehabilitation Center For Youth in Bauang La Union. I share this with you in hopes that you will be inspired to find ways to enhance your personal, professional, and spiritual life by showing the world that service to humanity is the best work of life. The greatest gift we can give once we awaken spiritually is the gift of service. You don’t have to have wealth all you have to do is have a desire to serve and help others. It all starts with tapping into your inner divinity and following the guidance of GOD so that you leave a memorable legacy. It is stated that if you touch one life in a positive way you change the world.

Spiritual Awakening: Starting Over!!!

In life when you experience a spiritual awakening you are given an opportunity to let go of the past and to start over. Sometimes it just takes a chance to begin a routine again to find your rhythm and create the positive energy to vibrate at a higher level so as to improve your personal, professional, and personal life. In many cases it is simply observing a situation and looking at the energy level and seeing if that vibration is positive or negative. Today (2/20/2019) I went to The Dunkin Donuts on Sunset Strip and Nob Hill Road in Sunrise, FL and from the time I sat down all I observed was the employees complaining and one employee nearly getting into a fight. I sat with my earbuds on focusing on writing this entry and creating my own sacred space so that I could give the reader a positive entry. I had started to write a different article but then I decided to start over and take the article in a different direction as spirit was guiding me to write about the importance of starting over.

It is when we realize that we can begin again from right where we are that we start to attract more peace, love, joy, and abundance into our lives. It is when we let go and let GOD that we can start over and remove that which no longer serves us so that we can be of better service and value to others. In starting over we come to understand that it is only the beginning of a spiritual journey that will take us to places that we never imagined.

I sat in reflection this morning (2/20/2019) and realized that I was dwelling so much on the past and worrying so much about the future that I wasn’t living in the moment. As I came to the realization that it was time to remember that today is the day the lord hath made and to be glad and rejoice in it I decided to simply start over and allow things to flow as GOD has intended. As I followed GOD directions and acted upon GOD’S Messages I found myself vibrating at a higher level and blocking out the negativity. I came to learn that I can control my actions and not the actions of others and that sometimes it is just necessary to step back take a deep breath and start over. In starting out each day with a clear set of intentions and removing that which no longer serves me I have been able to move forward and start over.

In starting over it is imperative to let go and Let GOD. In following GOD’S message you can start over and become stronger than what you were before. In taking things moment by moment you can make a divine connection that will allow you to start over at any time in any place where you may be. It is time to tap into your inner guidance system and let GOD guide you in your quest to start over. Namaste!!!

Spiritual Awakening:Standing On Your Own!!!

As I sat down to write this entry today(2/13/2019) I started to think how many times I have felt that I am out here on my own and how it is up to me to embrace the spiritual awakening process and to stand on my own. As I reflected on this I realized that I was not really on my own as I had many guides with me helping me to walk in my truth thus creating personal, professional, and spiritual growth. It was as I sat in reflection that I was reassured that if GOD brought you to it GOD was going to bring you though it. The message that I received today was to walk in your truth and when needed stand on your own knowing that GOD has your back. It was in that moment that I understood that sometime you will simply have to stand alone and stand in your truth. In standing alone and being guided by The Ascended Masters, GOD, Jesus, and The Angels you will see that though you feel alone you really are supported. Sometimes it is just a matter of realizing that you were born for the this and sometimes you have to go where you are not invited.

On Friday 2/8/2019 I went to The Tunes and Trucks Event in The City Of Sunrise, FL to collect donations for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life. I went uninvited and was standing alone as someone dedicated to helping those touched by cancer. I began to collect and then went to the stage to ask if I could make an announcement about what I was doing. The stage manager told me he would have to check. He did and a few moment later I was introduced and I made my announcement and The Mayor and the City Commissioners put money in the collection bucket. I then walked the crowd. Most people were receptive and $432 was collected to help create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. I turned in that money today and I know sit at $2476 raised to fund research, education, advocacy, and services. In my 21 years as a volunteer with The American Cancer Society I have come to understand that sometimes you simply have to stand alone walking in your truth so that those meant to join you in your quest will appear. I have come to realize that when you are being of service and value to others you will encounter doubters, haters, and naysayers. I have come to learn that when you encounter these people to simply walk away and stand alone knowing that you are doing what GOD has intended for you to do as you grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. Now is the time to be true to yourself and stand alone.

When you sit or stand in your sacred space remind yourself to be true to yourself. In being true to yourself you will experience a gamut of emotions and remind yourself it is okay to cry and to laugh as this will help to clear the blockages that may be stopping you from walking in your truth. Sometimes you simply have to put what others think out of the equation and to simply stand in your truth and find your purpose. Namaste!!!

Spiritual Awakening:Out Here On My Own!!!

Sometimes as you take action upon having a spiritual awakening you will find that you feel like you are out here on your own. Then one day you realize that you are not alone that you have ascended masters, GOD, Jesus, and Angels that are guiding you and bringing people into your life that will help you to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.  Some of these people will be people that you never expected to cross paths with. Such was the case when I met Irene Cara at the 25th Anniversary Celebration of The Movie, Fame, while I was working for The Happy Herald, a monthly newspaper that only promotes good and positive news. I had the pleasure of interviewing Irene Cara who I had long admired. After I sent her the article she sent me a photo and I realized that we both had lifted each other that day. When I feel I am alone I look for some of Irene’s Songs and I get re-energized realizing that there are many people doing good deeds and that we are all famous in GOD’S eyes.

Sometimes we will be viewed as being out there and a bit off but it is important to understand that has always been the ones perceived to be crazy that have met with success. So many ties we are so set in our effort to fit in that we forget that we were not put here on this earth to fit in but we were put here to stand out. People may look at you and perceive you to be a maniac because you decided to take action and wear a sneaker that makes a statement like my Purple Beat Cancer Chuck Taylor All Stars. You may feel you are all alone when in reality there are many that want to get involved but they haven’t found a way to do so. Through the spiritual awakening process you will find that you will become more clear in your purpose and those that perceive you to be a maniac haven’t learned to get to know you. Remember it is not your job to bring them kicking and screaming onto the path that leads to enlightenment but to simply shine your light and illuminate the world understand that when they are ready they will get on the path.

Spiritual Awakening: Born To Be Alive!!!

What a feeling it is to know that you were born to be alive and to be an action taker who inspires others to step into their power and shine their light to illuminate the world. As you awaken spiritually you will experience feelings that help to attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life.  As you take action to pursue your purpose you will face challenges and by overcoming those challenges you will become stronger personally, professionally, and spiritually. As you begin to follow your passion and take action you will find success. As you come more and more alive by tapping into your inner divinity you will find that bliss and abundance begin to come naturally to you. When you begin to tune into the messages that are being transmitted to you through various frequencies you will see that your days begin to unfold just as you desired them to. Today I was guided by GOD to wear my Count Your Blessings Not Your Problems Shirt and I bumped into a friend at the polling place who kind of scoffed at the shirt while a total stranger took pictures and share them on social media. In knowing that I had just touched someone’s life I had a joyful feeling as I knew that I was doing the right thing. In awakening and answering a calling we can all affect change by coming alive and committing to be of service and value to the community. We can release all of the negativity in our life by realizing that we were born to be alive and to serve as a catalyst of positivism.

Spiritual Awakening:Feel The Rhythm!

 It is when you can feel the rhythm and vibrate on a high level that you achieve a spiritual awakening and awareness that makes you unstoppable. It is when we feel the rhythm that we can take action and move in a positive direction toward our dreams. It is when you begin to clear blockages and find clarity in your purpose that you will be in rhythm with GOD and thus create the life that you desire. As you continue to find you stride you will make beautiful music with your message through which ever medium you decide to share your gifts. As you begin to embrace your spiritual calling and adopt anthems and mantras you will find that there may be some obstacles along the way. These obstacles or speed bumps as I call them are put in our path to show us important lessons such as the fact that not everyone is going to resonate with us or agree with the way we do things. As these obstacles come into our path we must stay in the rhythmic relationship with GOD and follow his message understanding the plan GOD has for us is far greater than the plan we have for ourselves.  As we stay connected to GOD and vibrate with the rhythm that he has given us we are able to come alive and further change our personal, professional, and spiritual lives.

There will be many times that we are challenged and taken out of our rhythm. When this happen it is important to remember that you have the music inside of yourself and it is important for you to let it out for the whole world to hear. When someone tries to suppress your music simple detach from that person and move beyond anything that they do to negatively affect you.  The key is to know that you are a divine child of GOD and GOD wants you to be successful. To stay in rhythm put the negative emotions like anger and hate aside and instead be loving and forgiving.

When I have a tough time letting go and finding myself out of rhythm I turn to songs like this one to remind me that sometimes we must forgive people for they do not know what they do. Sometimes we must forgive ourselves for actions that have taken us out of rhythm and get back in tune understanding that  along our spiritual path there will be distractions and challenges  rearing their ugly heads in an attempt to get us out of rhythm. When this occurs take a deep breathe and ask yourself how are you going to stay on your path and create an excellent personal, professional, and spiritual life.

Spiritual Awakening: When A Loss Is Actually A Win!!!

For those of you who follow me on Facebook or have liked my fan page or joined one of my groups you know that I was nominated for a John C. Maxwell Leadership Award. I was honored to be nominated for this prestigious honor in the community service category. When I was notified that I made the top 100 I was elated as my message of service to humanity being the best work of life was being heard. I did not make it to the top 30 which had me thinking is this a loss  or a win  and I concluded it was a bit of both as i didn’t make the top 30 which can be viewed as a loss but I did gain tremendous insight into areas of my life that need to be improved so this was a win. As I reflected and meditated on the entire experience I realized that in the spiritual awakening process what we may perceive as a set back can actually be a spring board for personal and spiritual development. I have come to learn that there are times in our life when what we perceive as losing is actually winning because setback allow us to have step ups.  Sometimes it is as simple as looking at what did I learn from the process? In the case of The John Maxwell Leadership Awards I learned that making a positive impact is important and putting yourself out there in an authentic manner by walking in your truth can be a very cathartic experience. I learned that as long as you are shining your light others will see that and recognize that so you do not have to brag because there are many people who will recognize your greatness. I also learned that when you are following your calling and tapping into your divine guidance system that everything will work out and you win in the end.

Through out the spiritual awakening process you will face many challenges. Many of these challenges will seem like losses when in reality they are lessons to move you forward along your path that will lead you to prosperity and greatness. I remember when I was competing with The Jaycees in The John H. Armbruster Competition which is a resume writing and interview skills competition based on the community service work done with The Jaycees and I didn’t make the call backs the first time out but I went home and practiced and started to do more and more work with my Jaycees Chapter and the next time out I made the finals (callbacks) and I finished #2 and at the end of the year I finished #2 again and missed out on a trip to The U.S. Jaycees  National Competition. I could have quit and said okay #2 is good enough but I didn’t as I had a goal to represent The Florida Jaycees on a National Level.  I worked very hard and began to tap into my divine guidance system and in 1995 I made it to The U.S. Jaycees National Armbruster Competition. Not only did I make it to the competition I was named one of The Top 5 Jaycees in America. This is another example of when a loss can actually be a win. I learned to persevere and continue to go after a goal so as to grow professionally, personally, and spiritually. Many times on our journey there will be times when we perceive to have lost but in reality we won because we never gave up and we moved forward in a positive direction of our dreams. Many times a loss gives us the motivation to continue to chase our dreams and thus we create a win.

Spiritual Awakening: Being Victorious!!!

American Pharoah Wins Triple Crown: All the Memes You Need to See ...As I watched history being made by American Pharoah as he became the first horse in 37 years to win The Triple Crown I began to think about being victorious in our spiritual journey.  Victor Espinoza, American Pharoah’s jockey visited  the grave site of a very well respected Rabbi seeking divine guidance prior to the race. Bob Baffort, American Pharoah’s trainer spoke of the presence of his parents who had passed. American Pharoah’s owner is an Orthodox Jew. As I researched all the spiritual connections to this horse I  thought wow if one is spiritual and righteous in their life they can become victorious in all they do. The journey for American Pharoah began with taking action followed by a lot of training. The end result was the breaking of a 37 year drought and a thirst for a Triple Crown Winner. The next step is some rest and then a few more races and then The Breeder’s Cup Race then American Pharoah will retire to stud.

Belmont Stakes: American Pharoah Becomes 1st Horse to Win Triple Crown ...As one looks at the cycle of American Pharoah’s Journey one can see how it relates to our everyday spiritual journey.  It all starts with a spiritual awakening then taking action on the messages that come your way. For example the owner of American Pharoah was going to sell the horse and then decided to buy the horse back as stick with the horse and now the owner has a triple crown winner. This shows you that you must sometimes follow what your heart wants and listen to your inner divine guidance system. It may not be your plan to own, train, or ride a race horse but it may be your plan to positively impact the world by maximizing your message. You can become an award winner simply by shining your light for others to see and doing what you are directed by GOD to do.  The other day I was notified that I had made it to the top 100 in The John Maxwell Leadership Awards and was a candidate for the top 30. I went to the website and filled out the essay questions and now will wait for the results. I  have detached from the outcome and realized that simply being nominated was a victory because someone noticed what I was doing to be of service to my community. In watching American Pharoah I  realized that each day we have an opportunity to be victorious in our personal, professional, and spiritual life.

Spiritual Awakening: Tool To Help You Be Victorious!!!

The first key to being victorious is to take the first step. If you know what you want and go for it by taking a  first step you will find success.

Eliminate fear from the equation by simply not asking what of it doesn’t work out ask instead what happens when it works out.  Worry only holds you back. When you eliminate the fear and make the conscious decision to go for it you will see that you will have many success. I used to hold back and then I realized that by taking action and nt being afraid of what would happen and just doing that I was happier and more productive.

Spiritual ConnectionsGet connected spiritually by creating a oneness consciousness that allows you to create the life that you want. Many ways to do this is through prayer and meditation. I recently tapped into some spiritual gifts that are helping me in making a mind, body, soul connection. As a result I now interact with people and do my best to make them feel good so as to crate a positive shift in energy that will lead to success.

Spiritual Awakening: Getting Up Or Going Down?

 In our spiritual awakening we often face the question of are we getting up or are we going down. As we continue to evolve and delve further and further into our divinity discovering our purpose we will run into those who see us getting up and they will want to bring us down. What do you you do when you encounter the naysayers or  the promulgators of negativity? I generally tell them thank you to bad, so sad, don’t let the door hit you where GOD split you. In taking action and deciding to move forward in a positive direction toward our goals and dreams we begin to find it easier and easier to detach from people, places, and things that no longer serve us. The anthem of staying positive allows me to continue to move up and at times when I feel like I am going down I say GOD if I get knocked down please allow me to land on my back for if I can look up I can get up. I have learned through out the spiritual awakening process that life will knock you down at times however I have been able to get up by remembering that of GOD brought me to it GOD will bring me through it. As GOD brings you through things and leads you with the plans he has made for you one understands that the hall of fame is waiting for us.

In the spiritual awakening process one will begin to see that they are getting up and in getting up will become inducted into their own hall of fame. In my home I have my personal wall of fame where I am the first picture and then I have photos of those people who I draw inspiration from like Irene Cara, who I had the privilege of meeting and interviewing.

IRENE CARAThis photo is the one that hangs on my wall of fame reminding me that if you are getting up you are moving forward in the positive direction of your dreams. I have come to understand that one must answer the question are you getting up or going down?  In the spiritual journey I have encountered many people who are award winners and who have come alive thus inspiring others to shine their light and illuminate the world. We all have the opportunity to achieve FAME in our own right. This fame may come in the form of accolades for being of service and value to the community, recognition from our peers fro outstanding work, awards from organizations and leaders who we have contributed to the betterment of their personal and professional lives. It may come from the opportunity of simply being out in the community and sharing your message with others.

 As one awakens and gets in tune with their divinity and finding their purpose they do things that are positive and memorable that add value to those they come in contact with. The gifts you have to share are inside of you and need to be let out. In deciding to get up instead of going down you put in motion the mechanics necessary to make a mind, body, soul connection and to excel in your personal and professional life.
