 Eliminating The Darkness!!!

It was a dark and rainy night and I couldn’t see clearly and as a result I hit a curb going 30 miles per hour denting the rim of my tire and blowing 3 holes in the tire. I was upset because I knew that I wasn’t in a financial position to really get it fixed and this put me in a dark place. As I cleaned out the trunk to get to the spare I started to come out of the darkness as I realized that this was just one way that GOD was teaching me a spiritual lesson and everything would be okay. Today (2/22/20) I brought the car into the mechanic and at first they didn’t think they could fix it however after they banged out the dent it wasn’t pretty but it was functional. It set me back a bit however I will recover and move forward in a positive direction toward my goals. As I was eating breakfast at McDonald’s I realized that it was time to remove the dark cloud that seemed to be over my head as i have been disconnected spiritually and it was time to get back on the spiritual path and be grateful for what I did have instead of wanting what I didn’t have. It was time to forgive myself and begin to get back in touch with my inner divinity and head the messages that GOD was sending me. It is time to eliminate the darkness.

Spiritual Awakening: Up Up And Away!!!

   I had attended an wrap up party for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Plantation and they had a hot air balloon basket set up and as I was taking a photo I began to sing this song. Not many people knew the song by The Fifth Dimension. As I drove home from that event I had a spiritual awakening as I realized that not everyone will be ready to go on a journey and that it was my responsibility to go up up and away and when people were ready they would join me on this magical ride towards spiritual enlightenment and self-actualization. In being authentic and putting yourself out there you will encounter those who will not get your references however it is imperative that you continue to be your authentic self as those who are meant to join you on your journey and go up up and away with you will be guided to you. In understanding that it is when you vibrate on a higher energy plane than most you attract those who will strengthen your vibration thus allowing everyone to go up up and away.

As you become more and more spiritually aware and awake you will see that you control how high your balloon will soar and the only one that can ground your balloon is you. When you commit to going up up and away you will begin to find resources appearing to help you reach the heights that you desire. In deciding to take action to go up up and away and answer your calling you will experience change as you come alive while being of service and value to your community. In deciding to take that life changing balloon ride you will find yourself manifesting more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life.

Spiritual Awakening:Getting Higher!

As I left an interview with a staffing agency today (3/22/2019) I began to think how important it is to radiate and vibrate at a higher level of consciousness so as to tap into our inner divinity and create our best life. As I went out collecting donations for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life I was reminded to vibrate at the highest level possible and detach from the outcome. As a result of being centered, balanced, and focused I was able to resonate with my message and had people donate and be kind. It may have helped that I was dressed in a suit and I looked like an executive which reinforced my belief that when you look good and feel good you can do good.  It may have been that I felt a special connection with GOD today and GOD was allowing me to get higher. In staying connected to GOD and taking action you begin to function at a higher level of consciousness thus allowing you to attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. It is said the better your attitude the higher your altitude. It is now time for you to soar higher than you have soared before by getting higher in your mind, body, soul connection.  As you get higher it is important to feast on the fruits of spirit.

Spiritual Awakening: Keep Believing!!!

       In our quest to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually it is easy to get off our path and to stop believing as we get inundated with negativity at times and we wonder how we are going to turn things around. We have a tendency to get caught up in CNN (Constantly Negative News) which can feed a downward spiral and it is up to us to stop the negativity before we spiral out of control. The holiday season can be very tough for people to keep their faith as they struggle with all types of emotions that can feed the monster known as negativity. In order to stop the negativity you must buy into the concept that things will get better. After you internalize the idea that things will get better you should take action to make them them better. It is when you believe in yourself and tap into your inner divinity that you can move forward in a positive direction toward your dreams. It is when you don’t stop believing that you can turn what seems to be the darkest moment in your life into something bright. I have often written in this blog that if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring you through it. In believing and not giving up you will see that everything works out as you put your faith in GOD, Spirit, Source, The Angels,  and The Ascended Masters. When you allow yourself to believe and to be guided by the higher powers you will begin to manifest the life that you desire.  In many cases you have to have the eye of tiger and simply walk in your truth.

    In having the eye of the tiger you will see that believing in yourself is easier and the more you continue to work on becoming your best authentic self you will see that you can rise up and conquer everything. This week I will conquer the loneliness that I am experiencing due tot he fact that this is my first Thanksgiving without my DAD who was called home to GOD on June 7, 2018. We used to go out together for Thanksgiving  after watching some football. Yes, I will miss that but I also know that I will have the opportunity to reflect and be grateful for the time that I did have with my DAD. I will be able to keep believing that he is now one of my many angels watching over me. On Thursday I will get up and watch The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and will be reminded of all the good times I had with my DAD. I may be alone in my human existence at that moment but I will be surrounded by the angels who watch over me and who will help me to keep believing that I am on this earth to create a legacy of hope and healing. Through adversity comes triumph as long as you keep believing.

  When I feel like my belief is wandering  I turn to music like this and am reminded that I am a divine child of GOD and GOD wants me to step into my power and to be of service and value to others. When the world we are being exposed to gets to be too much I turn off the TV and all the negativity and take a walk in nature reconnecting to GOD, Jesus, Source, and Spirit and find that I get back on track to believing. In trusting that the plans that GOD has for me are far greater than my own I have been able to conquer dark moments fraught with negativity and make them positive. We all have the ability to come out of the dark and to become beacons of light that will illuminate the world one person at a time. As a result of shining your light you will inspire and empower others to do the same and before you know it what was once a dark place becomes a place of enlightenment.

    When you come out of the dark by believing that you are here for a purpose you will find yourself attracting more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. You will find the negativity that creates blockages in your life being unblocked as you have the light of the lord working in you so that you can show the world that service to humanity is the best work of life. 

  As you continue to believe reflect back on your life in 2018 and all the good that has happened and use that as fuel to propel you to have a better 2019. Take a moment to reflect on the challenges and use them as lessons to continue to believe  and to grow personally, spiritually, and professionally.  May you continue to believe and accomplish all that you were meant to accomplish. Spiritual Awakening: Getting High!!!

As you embrace the spiritual awakening process it is important to set a goal to reach higher than you thought you could. It starts with a commitment to become an action taker. When I was a coach for The Special Olympics I remember hearing their oath which stated let me win but if I can not win let me be brave in the attempt. As I went to many practices I saw a desire in the Special Olympians that exhibited a spirit to soar to heights that some only imagined. I watched these Special Olympians in awe and each day I was filled with a new found passion and a dedication to take action. As a result I found success knowing that my effort to show the world that service to humanity was the best work of life was paying off as people were seeing me shine my light and illuminating the world so they began to shine their light. As we continued to shine our respective lights our pieces of the world was bathed in an magnificence of light that provided a spark of hope and healing for all.  As you continue to be a beacon of hope for those you meet along your spiritual journey remember to reach higher and to push yourself past the limits. When the challenges you face in enhancing your personal, professional, and spiritual life and the lives of others remember to keep pushing and don’t quit.

Image result for Don't Quit PoemIt is when you adopt a don’t quit attitude that you can come out of the dark and step into the light by embracing the fact that you a re a divine child of GOD and GOD has great plans for you. There will be some set backs along the way so do not get discouraged simply take the set backs as an opportunity to rest and to reset so that you can move forward in a positive direction of your dreams. As you find your purpose and following your calling you will find yourself making changes that will propel you to great achievements allowing you to come alive thus empowering and inspiring others to do the same.

Spiritual Awakening: Put It All On The Line!!!

The day you awaken spiritually and commit fully to taking action to improve your personal, professional, and spiritual life by putting it all on the line is the day that you see that you can reach heights that you never thought imaginable. When you decide to reach down deep inside and tap into your inner divinity you will find that things in your life work out. As you reach into your heart you will find the power in your dream.
In laying it all on the line and believing in the power of the dream you will begin to find yourself attracting more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. It is said that what the mind can conceive and the heart can believe you can achieve. I have experienced this first hand on many occasions as I have reached out to sports teams to be there Public Address Announcer believing that I was good enough to be in the broadcast booth. As a result I have secured many announcing gigs. If you can dream it you can be it.
If you truly want to lay it on the line you must be motivated, inspired, and empowered willing to let go and let GOD. In life we will face many challenges but when we lay it on the line by understanding that if GOD brought us to it GOD will bring us through it we will achieve the greatness that is our birthright. What stops many people from laying it on the line is the thought created by fear that asks what if it doesn’t work. How about you change that to what happens if it does work. Many times we don’t lay it on the line because of past experiences that have occurred and the blockages that have been created as a result. One thing that is necessary to lay it on the line and become an action taker is to clear the blockages that have created emotional baggage that is weighing us down. When you begin to remove the thoughts and things that are stopping you from laying it on the line you can begin to move forward in a positive direction of your dreams.

Spiritual Awakening: The Good Times And The Bad Times!!!

Along our spiritual path as we journey toward enlightenment we will have our share of good times and bad times. The good times give us the strength we need to face the challenges of the bad times. When we face what seems like bad times we must remember for every hardship we face and conquer there is a joyous moment for us to experience. Sometimes the challenges that are put in our way seem bad when they are actually good as they save us from further trials and tribulations. In taking action and understanding that we have experienced a spiritual awakening we can better answer our calling by living a life of purpose becoming the change we ant to see in the world. In working through the bad times and serving our community we come alive and create good times. It is when we detach from the outcomes and stop projecting what could be or what might have been that we grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. It is when we begin to take action to moving in a positive direction of our dreams that we create more good times than bad times. It is when we stop using the lack words and negative emotional trigger words that we go from bad times to good times.
When we take on the attitude to let the good times roll we create an environment filled with much peace, love, joy, and prosperity. When we step back and reflect on the the challenges that we refer to as bad times we see that the darkness that was happening in our life was there to propel us toward the light so that our life would be enhanced while we made a mind, body, soul connection. In many of our situations when we face what we perceive to be bad times we must sit in reflection and meditation to see that there is a bright light that we were meant to shine and illuminate the world. Sometimes it is necessary to sit in silence and simply wait for the answers to be revealed to us when we are ready to see the light and let the good times roll.

Spiritual Awakening: BOOM Goes The Dynamite!

Sometimes when we get in a rut along our spiritual path we have to blow up our limitless beliefs and start to find our rhythm so that we can continue to move in a positive direction of our dreams. Sometimes it takes a while to climb out of the dark ditch because we are so filled with feeling of anxiety however when we realize there is nothing to be anxious about that all we seek is being guided by GOD thus we have no worries. It is when we eliminate our limiting beliefs and  start to shift from a position of lack to a position of abundance that we will see improvements in our personal, professional, and spiritual life. When we begin to step into our power we begin to see that we are of value and service to others and deserve to be treated with respect and compensated fairly for what we bring to the table. Sometimes it is necessary to blow up that which no longer serves you so that you can move forward to exceed your goals and objectives. In taking action to understand that you are a divine child of GOD who has the right to be prospered so you can prosper others you will see how easy it it to release what no longer serves you. When you shift your focus and detach from outcomes you will be saying BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE. Many times the biggest boom we hear occur when we are coming out of the dark and relishing in the sounds of silence.
It is when we go deep inside and connect with our inner divinity that we can break through the sounds of silence by truly hearing the messages and thus taking action when we step back into the light. On many occasion we get so caught up in our human existence that we forget that all we are and all we need is spiritual in nature so it is important to find a quiet sacred space to release all that is blocking you from reaching your full potential spiritually, personally, and professionally. Many times we miss out on the opportunities to shine our light and illuminate the world because we are so caught up in what others are doing that we lose sight of our purpose and thus sink into darkness, however when we feel this darkness it is important to look for answers and step into the light by realizing that like dynamite we have the ability to tear something down and rebuild it including our mindset.

Spiritual Awakening: 2017 A Year Of Hope And Healing!!!

Through out our lives we have experienced joy and sorrow, pleasure and pain. As we reflect back on the joy we get a sense of happiness that allows us to move forward by taking action toward becoming truly spiritually enlightened beings. As we look back at the pain we ask how can I remove the pain and become an action taker so that the healing process will continue. In my 51 years on this earth I have seen so much and experienced so much some experiences have been very happy while others have been sad. In has been in the moments of sadness that I have had to rely on my anthem that if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring you through it. The end of 2016 was a difficult time for me as I was going through some personal issues that put me in a really dark place. It was at the moment when I was all alone on New Year’s Eve that I declared that 2017 would be a year of hope and healing. In making this declaration I realized that I had a purpose to be of service and value to others and through this blog I could touch some lives and hopefully help the readers work through their challenges. It was though I had yet another Spiritual Awakening and realized that at the end of the day all that matters is that I did my best to be of service and value and honor GOD. I had let the fact that I lost a job that I really liked interfere with my ability to move forward. It was then that I went back to the teachings of Don Miguel Ruiz’s Four Agreements and realized that when I discount from them I create sadness and that every time sadness comes into my life I must reconnect. I also turned to The Serenity Prayer and realized that in this crazy mixed up world we live in it is important to understand that the only thing I can change is me.

Spiritual Awakening: Weathering The Storm!!!

As I sit at Starbucks the chatter is all about The impending storm, Hurricane Matthew. The stores in the area have been ravaged of bread, water, and other staples. The gas stations are out of gas. I say wow so many people acting out of fear in an effort to weather a storm. I take a moment to reflect and realize that if GOD brought me to it GOD will bring me through it. I look at the worst case scenario, the best case scenario, and the most likely case scenario and then decide to release it all to GOD, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels.  As the storm approaches I began to think about how many figurative storms I have experienced and any storms that I am currently experiencing and how important it is to tap into my inner divinity and go with my divine guidance system.

On of my storms is that I am have a tendency to hold things in and then explode with anger. This was the case this week at work as I have been giving The Owner of the store where I work ideas about improving his business and was told by another employee that I wasn’t doing my job right as I sold a piece of memorabilia that was retailing for $749.99 for $600 as we were doing a sale and this was authorized by the owner who after I sold the piece raised the price and sold a similar piece for $900. Instead of saying good job and telling me in the future check with him he had an employee point this out and the employee didn’t even acknowledge my sale and instead started to criticize me and that is when my human side got in the way of my spiritual side and I exploded. This anger stayed with me until I went to pick up merchandise to bring to the store I work at from another location and when I finally went face to face with the employee it got really heated. I then realized that being angry and letting this consume me was like wrestling a pig in the mud as you both get dirty but the pig enjoys it. It was at this time that I decided that I can not fight the windmills and be like Don Quixote and to go back to the teachings of the spiritual leaders who have taught me these four agreements.
