Spiritual Awakening: Get Bent!!!
Not what you thought, huh? Many times we think of telling someone to get bent is a bad thing in this case it is a good thing as we are telling them to make a mind, body, soul connection so as to manifest the life that they desire. In taking action to get bent we expand our horizons as we stretch to go beyond what we once thought were our own limitations. In becoming an action taker and helping others to get bent we bend ourselves as we experience new concepts that help us to awaken spiritually thus giving us the correct perspective to answer our calling and to become the change we want to see in this world. In getting bent we are able to put ourselves in a favorable position to be of service and value to others. In being of service and value to others we open up the channels to receive therefore creating a life that we desire as planned by GOD. In getting bent we can become more in tune with the concept that we are divine children of GOD and GOD’s plan for us is far greater that the plan we have for ourselves.
When I was in The Philippines serving as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer teaching English, Math, and Livelihood Skills at The Regional Rehabilitation Center For Youth I was able to get bent by practicing some of the traditional Filipino Dances and after a session of dancing I would find myself invigorated and reenergized knowing that I was being of service and value to others. In my 7mnths of service I found myself becoming more and more spiritually aware and awake and getting bent became a daily practice be it dancing, meditating, walking, or simply stretching I found myself becoming more and more connected to GOD, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels. In getting bent and staying connected to GOD I was able to create a great experience which I draw on today to remind me that I am on this earth as a human having a spiritual existence that will manifest into the life that I desire. In getting bent I have been able to shift from darkness to light. In many case I simply get bent by playing some soothing music and stretching thus getting me back to being centered, focused, and grounded.
