Spiritual Awakening: Alright, Alright, Alright!!!!
By now everyone has seen Matthew McConaughey ‘s Oscar acceptance speech. I was very moved when he paid tribute to his father and then honored GOD with the words Alright, Alright, Alright. I was reminded that for the spiritual awakening process to truly progress one must let go and let GOD and understand that everything is in divine order the way it is supposed to be. McConaughey shows us that all things are possible through GOD. My favorite McConaughey role is from We Are Marshall. I haven’t seen Dallas Buyers Club, however it is on my list of movies to go see. McCougauhey engages his audiences and shows us that we are capable of doing great things when we use our GOD given talents and pursue our dreams. Through The Spiritual Awakening Process I have learned that all the glory goes to GOD and I too exclaim Alright, Alright, Alright!!!!
Once we acknowledge that our talent is GOD given and that GOD wants us to prosper we begin to transform our life and enrich our life while also enriching the lives of others. When we glorify GOD our spiritual path widens and the endless possibilities manifest for us and what we desire is delivered. When we take action and make glorifying GOD an anthem we begin to see results that we never imagined before. In thanking GOD we acknowledge our oneness with GOD and create oneness consciousness that allows us to embrace and unleash our own divinity. I remember be awarded The 2008 HOPE Award from The South Palm Beach Unit of The American Cancer Society and the first line of my acceptance speech was that ALL THE GLORY GOES TO GOD WHO MAKES ALL THINGS POSSIBLE. The audience applauded and it took me several Thank You’s to settle them back down. Little did I know how much strength GOD would give me as my MOM was diagnosed with Non-Operable Metastatic Lung Cancer in March of 2009. GOD presented an even greater challenge when he called my MOM home on July 5, 2012. Still I give him all the glory for he provided a challenge that has strengthened me and he has given me a talent to help other people affected by cancer. Being that today is International Women’s Day I thank GOD for The time he gave me with my MOM and the glory he continues to bestow on me as I celebrate the memory of my mother who is now my angel in heaven.
