Spiritual Awakening: Heal Your Heart!!!

When you have a heart that is healthy and filled with love and gratitude you can enhance the spiritual awakening process as you can tap into your inner divinity and gain clarity of your purpose. Many times GOD will send you harsh messages to give you a wake up call so that you can make the mind, body, soul connection. My wake up call came in the form of a 6 day hospital stay and some medical challenges. I am pleased to say that I headed GOD’S message and have begun to take better care of myself. As a result I find myself having more peace, love, joy, and prosperity in my personal, professional, and spiritual life. I share my journey with you so as to hopefully inspire you to continue on your spiritual journey and to heed the messages that are coming your way. In today’s world whch seems to be crazy and mixed up at times it is important to make sure that you are doing things that come straight from the heart as guided by GOD, Jesus, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels.

It has been said what the mind can conceive and the heart can believe you can achieve. This is so true when you have a heart filled with love and gratitude and you are heart centered in all that you do in your personal, professional, and spiritual life. In today’s world that can seem to be out of whack at times it is imperative to stay centered, focused, and grounded so as to be guided by your heart and follow the spiritual path that you have been put on so as to enhance your life and the lives of others. It is when you turn on your heart light that you can begin to illuminate the world.

When you turn on your heart light and tap in to your inner divinity you will find that the thing that used to set you off and create blockages are removed as you have experienced the healing of your heart. The biggest thing to remember is that GOD has a purpose for you and wants you to have a heart that is fully functioning so that you can make a positive impact on the lives of those you come in contact with throiugh out your daily activities. There are going to be times where you will be tested. It is at those times that you dig deep inside and let love fill your heart so that any challenges you face can be overcome. Sometimes we need to simply turn the heartlight on and reset the brightness so that the world can see that we are living a purpose driven life that will empower and inspire other to heal their heart and turn on their heart light. It is time to set your healed heart on fire and to create an inferno that will bring peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life and into the lives of others.

Once you heal your heart and eliminate the negative feelings you can set your soul on fire and create an inferno that will be filled with hope and healing. It is important to heal your heart and find your why so that you can be the spark of imspiration for others to see. One great way to heal your heart is to take a walk in nature and to look at the great creations around you so that you can attract bliss and abundance into your life and into the lives of others. Other ways to heal your heart is to forgive yourself and others for actions that have held you back from stepping into your power and achieving the greatness that is your birthright. I have found another way to heal your heart is to recite The Lord’s Prayer Daily.

It is when we are aligned with GOD that we are able to heal our heart and fill the world with love. Now is the time to seek ways to be of service and value to others for GOD loves a cheerful giver and when you give from a healed heart your ability to make the mind, body, soul connection increases.  It is through GOD that all things are possible.  When seeking to heal your heart use the bible (Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth) to guide you to move you forward in a positive direction of your dreams.

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

Spiritual Awakening: Follow Your Heart!!!

      As we continue to grow spiritually one constant remains and that is the concept of following your heart. When you become a heart centered action taker removing the idea of fear from mind you begin to awaken more and more thus allowing yourself to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.  I have found when I follow my heart the mind follows and I figure out a way to bring more bliss and abundance into my life. Over the course of my spiritual journey I have come to realize that it is when you follow your heart and turn on your heart light that you tap into an inner divinity that makes you unstoppable. It is when you are connected to GOD and allowing GOD to direct you that you can follow your heart and step into your power and achieve the greatness that is your birthright. Sometimes people you work with or socialize with will try to squelch your spirit as do what they can to stop you from following your heart. In those situations hold a special place for these people and find ways to cope with dealing with them that will not create strife but will continue to bring peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. Over the last few weeks I have found that I was vibrating at a low frequency and thus creating darkness in my life. As a result I wasn’t doing things that bring me joy so I sat in reflection and decided it was time to reconnect with GOD and to follow my heart and release any fears I have about speaking my mind. In following my heart I have found myself detaching from outcomes and simply making changes needed to create more bliss and abundance in my life.

In following my heart and releasing any fears about walking in my truth and speaking my truth I have been able to get back on track and to achieve some amazing things. It is following your heart that you will find your purpose and calling in life. As I continue to follow my heart and comprehend that GOD’S Plan for me is far bigger than any plan I had for myself. I have begun to act on the reoccurring messages that are being sent from GOD and as a result I am finding that I am more peaceful and content with what I have instead of wanting what I don’t have. I have realized that it is when you come straight from the heart that you will become more awake and aware.

     It is said what the mind can conceive and the heart can believe you can achieve. It has been 21 months since my DAD Passed, nearly 8 years since my MOM passed, and just over 2 months since my step-dad passed, and the other day another person that believed in me passed leaving me with a heavy heart that was lightened when I looked deep inside and received the message to lift my burden give it to GOD and follow my heart in a positive direction toward my dreams. As I meditated on this message I realized it was time to get back to what brings me joy and to simply look at my job as a means to an end and not a definition of who I am as I am much deeper that what my current job is and that I need to use the job as a way to provide the income needed so I can follow my heart and thus continue to be of service and value to others. It is now the time for all of us to follow our hearts and see how we can make a positive difference in our world. At the end of the day when following your heart if you can say yes to these two questions Did I live my life ion joy today and did my life bring joy to others then you have had a good day. In following your heart and detaching from outcomes you will find you create more inner peace and as a result you can face all situations in a good way creating the life that you desire.

     Now is your time to have a heart on fire and to continue to allow that fire to burn until you are so hot that you spark a fire in others and empower and inspire them to achieve the greatness that they have inside. It is your time to follow your heart as scary as that may seem and step up to the plate and knock it out of the park. Namaste!!!

Spiritual Awakening: Answered Prayers!!!

Each morning when I awake I thank GOD for another day to be of service and value. I ask GOD to make me an action taker and to give me the strength, courage, and enthusiasm to be a difference maker. As I go about my gratitude rituals such as writing in my gratitude journal I thank GOD for the prayers he has answered. Today I thank GOD for putting people in my life who are supporting my efforts to use my talents for good. I asked GOD to help me and guide me with my efforts to plant the seeds of hope and healing for cancer patients, their families, and their friends through my involvement with Relay For Life. GOD answered and gave me the tools to ask people to visit http://main.acsevents.org/goto/jdogg18 and make donations. In following his directions I have now raised $774 toward a goal of $2500 and I continue to let things go and let GOD. As a result my prayers are being answered.

In is when we put our trust in GOD that our prayers are answered. It is when we take action with the intention of glorifying GOD that we are rewarded with amazing results. GOD answers your prayers when he sees that you are using your talents for good. It is when you lift others up to GOD that you are lifted. may times GOD answers prayers in a very unique way. Such was the case when I wrote a message to Sam Bat, a company that makes customized baseball bats, asking them to support Relay For Life. After I wrote the message I prayed to GOD to bring this donation to fruition. On Saturday January 21 there was a knock on the door and a package was delivered for Relay For Life. It was a custom made maple bat from Sam Bat with the words Strike Out Cancer and May 5, 2017( The date of The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Sunrise).  This will be used in the fundraising efforts as a tool to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.  This is one of the many prayers that have been answered simply by letting go and letting GOD.

Spiritual Awakening: Striking A Nerve!!!

When you walk in truth and righteousness sometimes you will strike a nerve with others that may not be as spiritually awakened or as aware as you are. In the ever changing spiritual awakening and growth process you will encounter people who simply do not resonate with your message. It is times when you are taking action that you are bound to strike a nerve. When you strike a nerve the best thing you can do is back off and simply ask GOD to bless the person whose nerve you struck in hopes that they won’t react similarly when the situation arise again. Most of the people I encounter are nice and understanding however there are those who I seem to strike a nerve with as I am passionate about what I do to be a lifter and help others. The truth is that not everyone is ready to be lifted however those that are ready will be presented to you and will be open to receive your message as they become awakened and decide to be on a path to improve their personal, professional, and spiritual life.

When you strike a nerve and someone gets their ire up all you can do is say I am sorry I have seemed to have offended you and simply walk a way because being confrontational is like wrestling a pig in the mud you both get dirty but the pig enjoys it. You may want to help but if the person you are helping is not ready to accept your help then all efforts are futile and it is time to move on.  Remember as I have  written many times before it is not your job to bring people kicking and screaming onto the path it is your job to shine your light bright and to illuminate the world so that when people are ready to get on the path you can be their guide.

Spiritual Awakening: Ease On Down The Road!!!

Today’s entry is inspired by the idea that sometimes you have to simply unburden yourself of worry and simply ease on down the road to truly experience a spiritual awakening. In the last few weeks I have been fundraising for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Sunrise, FL I was doing what the messages from GOD were telling me to do and acting with love in my heart. Doing this created some challenges as some people will find something to complain about and not understand that complaining only brings negativity into their life.  GOD likes a cheerful giver and rewards those who work to be of service and value to others.  I have learned over time that it is necessary to simply take a deep breath, process the information, and ease on down the road. I have come to understand that not everyone is going to resonate and positively react to your message. Since my spiritual awakening I have come in contact with many people that simply do not understand the greater good and are quick to point fingers and blame others. They are so into complaining that they loose the opportunities to enhance their personal, professional, and spiritual life.  It is important to understand that while you journey along your spiritual path and continue to evolve into a better person that there will be those who try to stop you. When you encounter these people it is vital that you ease on down the road.

 

As you ease on down the road  you will find that the road is long and winding and there will be some speed bumps along the way and some curves to straighten out that are messages from GOD.  These messages will come in all forms as you ease on down the road so be alert and prepared to act on the messages. Remember when you hit a speed bump to slow down and take a breath and see what the next step is that GOD has planned for you. In the trials and tribulations that we face are lessons and from these lessons we grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. When we slow down and realize that if GOD brought us to it GOD will bring us through it. When we ease on down the road and we let go and let GOD we find that we attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into our lives. When we are of service and value and come straight from the heart we are going to encounter  those that will not understand us. It is in these situations that we must understand that when it is all said and doe and we stand for judgement the only thing that will matter is that you honored and praised GOD through your actions to leave the world a little better than you found it. It is when you can face things with out anger and understand the perspective from where others are coming from that you can better solve the challenge and ease on down the road. In life there will be times when you must release the people, places, and things that no longer serve you and simply ease on down the road.

Spiritual Awakening: The Universal Conspiracy!!!

So may people talk about The Law Of Attraction and Manifestation but do not realize that it takes action to bring forth the desires you want in your personal and professional life. You may want to raise $2500 for a charity, like The American Cancer Society Relay For Life but until you take committed action to do this the thought is but  a figment of our sub conscious. I have found that by writing down I will raise $2500 for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life and then sharing my donation page at http://main.acsevents.org/goto/jdogg4  to be very effective in attracting donors. The universal conspiracy is that GOD and The Angels want you to succeed and will put all you need to succeed in front of you however you must be willing to take action and use all the tools you are being provided with so as to manifest your desired outcome. The paradox however is that you must also be willing to detach from the desired outcome and just allow things to flow as GOD and the universal powers intends for you.  The fact remains that you can talk about doing but until you write it down and start to take action it remains talk. I have learned that if it is in sight it is in sight and will be accomplished but if it is out of sight it is out of mind and will not be achieved.  I have often asked the question GOD what is the next step and he has delivered a message that I follow and thus move closer to exceeding the goal that I set.

Another universal conspiracy that is very important to understand is that what the mind can conceive and the heart can believe you can achieve.  If your desires are genuine and heart centered with the idea of being of service and value you will find success. It is important to follow your heart and allow everything else to follow. On Tuesday (10/27/2015) I saw a post on Facebook about a company that paid out over $3 million in commissions so I posted a comment that is great now you can visit http;//main.acsevents.org/goto/jdogg3, which is my fundraising page for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Sunrise,FL. A gentleman posted a reply it is always good to give back. I wrote back yes it is I am not looking for much as I am asking everyone to donate $25 he replied done. I received notification of a donation and it was $100 from this gentleman.  I immediately though Thank you GOD and The Angels for guiding me and allowing me to come straight from the heart. When you are doing things from a heart centered place the universe will conspire to deliver positive results.

Spiritual Awakening: Being Victorious!!!

American Pharoah Wins Triple Crown: All the Memes You Need to See ...As I watched history being made by American Pharoah as he became the first horse in 37 years to win The Triple Crown I began to think about being victorious in our spiritual journey.  Victor Espinoza, American Pharoah’s jockey visited  the grave site of a very well respected Rabbi seeking divine guidance prior to the race. Bob Baffort, American Pharoah’s trainer spoke of the presence of his parents who had passed. American Pharoah’s owner is an Orthodox Jew. As I researched all the spiritual connections to this horse I  thought wow if one is spiritual and righteous in their life they can become victorious in all they do. The journey for American Pharoah began with taking action followed by a lot of training. The end result was the breaking of a 37 year drought and a thirst for a Triple Crown Winner. The next step is some rest and then a few more races and then The Breeder’s Cup Race then American Pharoah will retire to stud.

Belmont Stakes: American Pharoah Becomes 1st Horse to Win Triple Crown ...As one looks at the cycle of American Pharoah’s Journey one can see how it relates to our everyday spiritual journey.  It all starts with a spiritual awakening then taking action on the messages that come your way. For example the owner of American Pharoah was going to sell the horse and then decided to buy the horse back as stick with the horse and now the owner has a triple crown winner. This shows you that you must sometimes follow what your heart wants and listen to your inner divine guidance system. It may not be your plan to own, train, or ride a race horse but it may be your plan to positively impact the world by maximizing your message. You can become an award winner simply by shining your light for others to see and doing what you are directed by GOD to do.  The other day I was notified that I had made it to the top 100 in The John Maxwell Leadership Awards and was a candidate for the top 30. I went to the website and filled out the essay questions and now will wait for the results. I  have detached from the outcome and realized that simply being nominated was a victory because someone noticed what I was doing to be of service to my community. In watching American Pharoah I  realized that each day we have an opportunity to be victorious in our personal, professional, and spiritual life.

Spiritual Awakening: Tool To Help You Be Victorious!!!

The first key to being victorious is to take the first step. If you know what you want and go for it by taking a  first step you will find success.

Eliminate fear from the equation by simply not asking what of it doesn’t work out ask instead what happens when it works out.  Worry only holds you back. When you eliminate the fear and make the conscious decision to go for it you will see that you will have many success. I used to hold back and then I realized that by taking action and nt being afraid of what would happen and just doing that I was happier and more productive.

Spiritual ConnectionsGet connected spiritually by creating a oneness consciousness that allows you to create the life that you want. Many ways to do this is through prayer and meditation. I recently tapped into some spiritual gifts that are helping me in making a mind, body, soul connection. As a result I now interact with people and do my best to make them feel good so as to crate a positive shift in energy that will lead to success.

Life is often like a poker game. The best hand when playing poker is a royal flush while in our spiritual poker game  the best hand we can have is self actualization. The first rule in our spiritual poker game is to come  straight from the heart.The next rule of the spiritual poker game is that we do not use money but we use spiritually related items to place our bets like a complimentary card reading. The third rule in our spiritual poker game is that you can not fold. The fourth rule is that there will be 2 passes made, the cards dealt, first round of betting, exchange of cards then a second round of betting and then everyone shares their hand and the winner then gets the pot. In between hands players will be encouraged to write down their thoughts in a personal journal and to share their feelings about the hand so as to clear their thoughts to play the next hand.  The idea of host a spiritual poker game is to bring people together to fellowship while also expanding their spiritual growth. In spiritual growth it is not about winning it is about enlightenment. The key will be to shuffle up and deal and grow in spirituality. As you play spiritual poker you can seek guidance from your angels, your spiritual guides, any ascended masters, GOD, Jesus or other spiritual sources for assistance.

     The Lights of The Highway led the way to a special place called Relay
     Some Came To Celebrate
     Some Came To Remember
     All Came To Fight Back
    The Track Was Lined With Luminaria Honoring and Remembering Those Touched by This Disease
    For a Moment Their pain Is At Ease
    The Lights Of The Highway Flicker and Dim Giving A Glimmer Of Hope
    That ThIs Is A Fight We Can Win
The Lights of The Highway Shut Down
     And Frowns are Turned Upside Down
     For The Next Mile is Filled With Smiles
     The Lights of The Highway Are Now In the Rearview
     As there is Now Hope For And You.

The spiritual heart is the center of love withinAs I finished writing the above I began to think about the spiritual awakening process and how important it is to let your heart lead you. I also realize that the divine purpose that you are called for is found inside of you. It was at the moment when the sun rose that I realized that this was the day the lord hath made and that I would be glad and rejoice in it. I decided to begin to start greeting people with the phrase hello you are awesome. As I did this I noticed a shift and how people became more energetic and more receptive.  As I continued to do this I saw an energy come to life that became contagious and people were recommitting themselves to help those touched by cancer. As the closing ceremonies came to an end all I could think about was the 12 year old boy Cole who was battling brain cancer and his mom and dad. As I settled in for the bus ride home all I could think about was how important it is to lead with your heart and follow the messages from GOD.

My heart was filled with a desire to share Relay For Life with everyone I came in contact at Starbucks and let GOD’S hand touch my heart and lead the way. In allowing for GOD to direct you and lead with your heart you might be able to change someone’s life. It is when we  allow ourselves to lead with the heart that we open up a realm of possibilities that we never knew existed. When our heart leads our mind will follow and we will divinely guided to make a difference in our lives and the lives of others.

Spiritual Awakening: Leading With Your Heart!!!!

 As I emceed Worldfest in Coral Springs, FL on 4/6/2014 I decided to be led by my heart and allow things to flow as they were designed to flow and the day went off without any issues. I adopted the theme that the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations and I used my platform as an emcee to remind people of being loving toward their neighbors. I was able to use words like peace, love, joy, and prosperity to spread a message to those in attendance to remind them all that they are divine children of GOD and have something great to offer the world. It was my hope that I could share a little spirituality with the audience so that they would also become more awake and aware and thus celebrate the diversity that makes our communities great. In the spiritual awakening process it is important to understand that though we may all come from different backgrounds we are all still connected by our own divinity.  In one of my announcements yesterday I explained Namaste and had everyone get up and hug the person they were seated next to. This was an awkward setting for some as they were not used to interacting with a stranger in this manner. Many were reluctant to participate in the HUG but those that did told me they felt a shift in themselves. As Worldfest was winding up I made my rounds to the food vendors and many of them thanked me for all the announcements and told me how great my voice was. I invited several to appear on my TV Show, The Anything Bucket, which airs on www.wrpbitv.com on Tuesday at 6:30 PM EDT. My Worldfest experience showed me what happens when you come straight from the heart.

 On of the biggest steps we can take in the spiritual awakening process is to open up our heart and make cellular level connections by being in tune with our divinity and the divinity in others. Though ET was different he and Elliot formed a bond of friendship based on being of service and value to each other.  In turning on your heart light you open the many channels that will lead to you experiencing peace, love, joy, and prosperity. You will begin to find more clarity when you lead straight from you heart and answer your calling. You will experience a change where now you are filled with bliss and love and you feel a sense of purpose where in the past maybe you felt fear and anguish because your heart chakra wasn’t open and illuminated.
