Spiritual Awakening: Building Your Spiritual Bank Account!!!
When we experience a spiritual awakening we begin to create a spiritual bank account where we can deposit our positive actions to be stored. We can build up these deposits and withdraw them any time we seek to utilize them. The more positivity we deposit the more positivity we can withdraw. The idea is to only deposit that which serves us in a positive way and to release that which no longer serves us.
The spiritual bank account is based on vibrational waves ranging from 0, which is spiritual bankruptcy to 10,000, which is Christ Consciousness. The balance point in the spiritual bank account is 200 when we have 200 or about in the account we tend to be healthy and when the account is below 200 we compromise our immune system and thus become sick. The way to stay above the 200 threshold is to be of gratitude, be forgiving, show joy and love, and express your divinity in a positive way. When you become conscious of what you are saying, how you are acting, and how you handle situations you become more awake and aware and thus are able to build your spiritual account.
Spiritual Awakening: Out Of The Comfort Zone And Into The Positive Zone!!!
When we step out of our comfort zone and we challenge ourselves we find ourselves expanding personally and professionally. It is when we find our power and strength that we are able to move courageously forward in the positive direction of our dreams. Today I was set to help with The Most Valuable Protégés Basketball Clinic, www.mvpinc.org. I showed up to the gym early and the AYFL Cheerleading Competition was taking place so I stepped out of my comfort zone and parked away form the gym and walked to the gym. Something told me to grab my collection canister for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life. I then walked tot he gym and I sought out the announcer so I could make an announcement about collecting donations for Relay For Life. They allowed me to make the announcement and most of the audience was receptive and made donations. I then noticed that a lacrosse tournament was going on so I decided to walk to fields and ask people watching the games for donations. Most were receptive and donated. I then made my way over the basketball clinic as it was moved to the outdoor courts. It was by stepping out of my comfort zone and listening to the message of source that I was able to have success.
I have found by giving a new positive energy to something and coming from a position of gratitude that I achieve success. Look at the way you are doing things and the results you are getting and if the results are not to your liking make a shift on how you are doing things and the energy you are bringing to them. The key to getting into the positive zone is to understand the spiritual awakening that you are having and to follow the messages tat you are being given and get into a positive flow.
How many times do you say you are doing the best you can instead of stepping out of that comfort zone and pushing yourself to the positive zone. I recently felt really tired and drained when collecting donations for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life. I was a bit discouraged that people weren’t visiting http://main.acsevents.org/goto/jdogg1. I switched the discouragement to gratitude and began to push myself to come from a position of gratitude. It was at that point that I began to have more success with my fundraising. Now when I feel like giving in and stopping I remember why I am collecting for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life. As I enter the positive zone GOD provides me with opportunities to fundraise such as today with The AYFL Cheerleading Competition and The Lacrosse Tournament. The messages to allow us to succeed are all around us. It is important to become an action taker and follow the messages. It is when you follow the messages and step out of the comfort zone that you move into the positive zone.
As I searched deep inside myself today to find the words to share with you that would empower your and inspire to take action the message I received was to live in the moment. In the spirit of living in the moment and being spirituality awake I searched for a song that would fit this entry. I found Beckah Shae’s Here In This Moment. As I listened I began to think how many times do we miss out on happy moments because we are projecting and thinking how things should be. I have learned over time the way things are and the way we think things should be are very different. In having a spiritual awakening you begin to experience life as it is meant to unfold and that there are things you can control and things you can not.
In choosing to live in the moment you detach yourself from past experiences and you also reduce the stress associated with worrying about future events. In detaching from the past and the future and living in the moment you will find that things tend to flow and you achieve what you set out to do in a peaceful and joyful manner. If you release the could haves, the should haves, and the would haves and live in the moment you begin to find an inner solace in knowing everything is in divine order the way it was meant to be right now. In deciding to live in the moment and go about each moment with a sense of gratitude you will find that you create the life you desire. In healing and releasing the past you open up the passages necessary to move forward in the positive direction of your dreams. In taking the future out of the equation and living for the now you will see how things flow and you will begin to enjoy the abundance that the universe has to offer. I look at those who I believe to be successful and they all share something in common. They all live in the moment and come from a position of gratitude.
As I was given the news that an announcing gig I had was cancelled I was a bit upset, however after realizing that the cancellation is part of my spiritual awakening and that it is all part of GOD’S Master Plan I understood that something better is coming my way. I spent most of my morning today (7/20/13) praising good and cleansing my condo of all negative energies and infusing the condo with positive energy. I kept thanking GOD for I understand he will make a way and that his plan’s for me are far greater than my plans for me. As I finished with my praise and my daily rituals to get centered and grounded I realized that everything happens for a reason and that perhaps GOD was protecting me from something concerning the announcing gig. As I sat in meditation, the message was clear JDOGG stop undervaluing your services you are worth everything you charge and abundance is your birthright. As I came out of the meditation I was directed to make a phone call to the franchise owner of another team that I work with. It was then that I called the owner of one of the other sports teams I work with and she gave me some solid guidance and reaffirmed that there was something else GOD wanted me to do and that was help one of her players get to The All Star Game. It was then that I decided to promote www.miamifuryfootball.com and ask people to donate to help the player get to The All Star Game. I also realized that it is not always about the money that in many cases it is about being of service and value and understanding the money will follow. It is when we understand that it is GOD’S Master Plan that directs us that we begin to have success. It is through our gratitude to GOD that we are given the riches that are our birthright. It is when we seek GOD that the answers come. We are all divine children of GOD with spiritual gifts and when we embrace the divinity and utilize our spiritual gifts for good that we are awakened spiritually and thus able to help others have a spiritual awakening.
All through out our spiritual teachings we have learned that the best thing we can do is let go and let GOD for GOD knows the plans he has for us. It is not for us to make things happen it is for us to allow GOD to direct us what to make happen. Today loom fro the messages that GOD is giving you and take action upon those messages. Today adopt an anthem that will help you to better understand that GOD has a master plan for you. As part of your spiritual awakening do things to glorify and honor GOD.
Spiritual Awakening: Overcoming The 7 Deadly Sins!!!
As I was reading through my facebook feed and swa the comments about Hostess going out of business a few things popped out and they were gluttony, Greed, and Envy 3 of the 7 deadly sins which prompted me to think how are we as a nation going to overcome these and the other 4 and get in touch with our Spirituality.
1: Lust – The definitions that I found is.
sexual desire: the strong physical desire to have sex with somebody, usually without associated feelings of love or affection
eagerness: great eagerness or enthusiasm for something
desire sexually: to feel a strong desire to have sex with somebody
Type in lust in the google search and you would be amazed at what you find. The question is how do we overcome these urges. The first thing is to respect yourself and not treat others like a piece of meet. There is temptation everywhere and the key is to avoid the temptation by having pure thoughts. many times turning to prayer and listening to the guidance you receive will help you overcome lust.
I have often said it is when we look at the world with love and put our love glasses on that great things happen. What are you doing to put your love glasses on? I have this ritual in the morning where I look in the mirror and I say I love me and today I will show love to others. Sometimes it is difficult as people come into my life through the day that can be challenging, it is at those times when I take a deep breath and do my best to be loving.

Spiritual Awakening: Spreading Love
I listen to Janet Lee Kraft’s Love is The Highest Way and I am reminded that we should be loving and caring in all that we do. As you shift to love many great things begin to unwind and you begin to see things in a different light. The light of love begins to open more doors and create a better life. There are many ways to spread love.
