Spiritual Awakening: Getting To Know You!!!
In today’s age of social media and the desire for instant gratification ask yourself when was the last time you actually took time to get to know someone. As I have become spiritually awakened I have made it a point to get to know people on a cellular level so that I can be of service and value to them. In taking action to do this I have found that the more you learn about someone the more able you become to help them in achieving their goals and objectives. I have also come to know that if you help people get what they want you will get what you want. In making a conscientious effort to know people you will find that you grow personally, professionally, and spiritually as you begin to make things more about others than yourself and as a result you find that you attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. In getting to know people you are better able to work together for you begin to find out that you are more alike than different thus finding common ground enabling you to work together to make your part of the world a better place.
In getting to know people you are able to band together to affect changes by seizing the day so that at the end of the day everyone is enriched in a personal, professional, and a spiritual way. When you stand up to injustice by getting to know people and embracing the concept that the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations you will be able to answer your calling and seize the day. It is when you get to know people and make them feel that they are important that you create a paradigm shift that leads to positive changes that improve life as we know it. In taking a stand and seizing the day you will find yourself manifesting the life that you desire. In getting out from behind the computer and getting to know people you will find that not only your life is enhanced but their life is enhanced as well. Sometimes all it takes is to engage in dialogue to find common ground to affect change in the part of the world that you occupy.
In the effort to raise your vibrations so that you have the ability to manifest the life you desire it is important to have a tool that will allow you embrace the fact that you possess a great power in you to make changes that will create positivism in your life. 
As Hurricane Irma circled over my condo I had many close calls and as the power went off I thought wow now is a good time to simply pray and meditate. As I prayed and asked GOD to protect me and everyone in the path of this disastrous storm I realized that in my life there have been many close calls and some how each time I experienced a close call I came out of it spiritually stronger as the divinity inside of me became more and more awakened. As the storm subsided and life took on a sense of normalcy I realized there are many who will have to rebuild as this storm took many of the materialistic items that people had accumulated over time. My mom, who was called home to GOD on July 5, 2012 after suffering a massive heart attack while battling non-operable metastatic lung cancer used to say if money can fix it everything will be all right. She was correct to a certain extent as you can not replace memories or the warmth of a home you grew up in or the items that had sentimental value. As the storm passed I remembered the teaching that if GOD brought me to it God will bring me through it. I thanked GOD for keeping the damage to my community minimal and then I prayed that he would make everyone whole and complete. This close call made me realize just how lucky I was to make it through the storm and how fortunate I am to have talents to use to be of service and value to others.
Today(9/5/2017) I decided as part of my spiritual awakening I would do a social experiment to see peoples reactions to me enforcing the no parking in the fire lane as I was at Citibank. It was pretty amazing to see the reactions as I simply told people that they were in a fire lane and that it would be appreciated if they moved their vehicle. Oh the reaction that I got most began to argue as ask who the f was I others said mind your own f’ing business. One lady was very nice and apologetic. I was amazed that of the 10 people I encountered that 9 were quick to anger and resorted to name calling instead of holding themselves accountable. As I sat in reflection I came to the understand that there will always be people who think they are above the law or that they don’t have to obey laws. These are the same people who have not evolved spiritually and will continue to be ignorant to the spiritual laws that govern us and they will wonder why they struggle in their personal, professional, and spiritual life. The people that don’t know to stay out of the fire lane are the same people who will eventually get burnt and then want to blame others for their mistake. It is funny one of the guys kept arguing and yelling even after he moved his car as he kept calling me names and trying to put me down. I simply though you are the one who parked in the fire lane but I am the bad one for calling you out on it. That is the problem with our society today as people do not want to be accountable and thus try to put the blame on others. Life would be so much easier for people if they stayed out of The Fire Lane. Think of the fire lanes that you are parking in as you begin to enhance your personal, professional, and spiritual life. The key is to stay out of the fire lane and leave that open for emergency vehicles. In our spiritual awakening those emergency vehicles are GOD, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels. In allowing room for the emergency vehicles you allow yourself to be open to the messages being delivered so that you can take action and keep on moving. 
In the sports memorabilia business it is important to have a certificate of authenticity when selling autographed items. In making sure you have a certificate of authenticity you assure the buyer that they are getting the real autograph. Imagine if people came with a certificate of Authenticity to show that they were spiritually aware and awake. As I was out taking action to help promote The American Cancer Society Relay For Life I kept telling the person I was helping to just be yourself. When we finished I thought about how we show up in situations and the importance of being authentic and true to your higher self by not trying to be something that you are not. As I sat in reflection I began to understand more and more the importance of being who I am and taking action on what I was destined to achieve. I looked back and realized that the concept of fake it until you make it does not work as people will see right through you and when you try to fake it you create blockages for you are not showing up as your real authentic self. In the spiritual awakening process it is imperative to tap into your inner divinity and unleash the real you that best serves your higher self. Take an inventory on how you are showing up and the vibration that it is creating and how it is affecting your day. If you find yourself having to be something that you are not take a deep breath and get back to center reminding yourself that you are a divine child of GOD destined to have peace, love, joy, and prosperity in your life. Then remember that at the end of the day you do not have to prove yourself to anyone for you are already great in GOD’S eyes and that is all that matters.
