Spiritual Awakening: Day By Day!!!

 

As I awoke today this song came into my mind and for the entire day I couldn’t shake it out. As I have learned through the spiritual awakening process when a message is presented to you take a moment and meditate on it. As I started to think about the lyrics see you more clearly, love you more dearly, follow you more nearly I started to think how important the role GOD plays in our life and the direction he provides for us. Each day we have an opportunity to make a positive impact on our lives and in the lives of others simply by using our gifts for good and using our time as GOD directs us to. Many of my days are spent being of service and value to others and honoring GOD. I have found that taking each day as a single element in my life leads to productive days with outstanding results. All the daily accolades I receive are credited to GOD and The Universal Powers who are showing me the way as I become more and awake in my spirituality. When we awaken and ask ourselves daily how can I add value to someone’s life and then make every effort to do just that we will find that we grow personally and professionally.  When we decide to take it day by day and make a mind. body, soul connection we begin to thrive more physically, mentally, and spiritually. When we acknowledge the presence of GOD in our lives we are able to create a oneness consciousness and move forward in the positive direction of our dreams.   Many times it is when we are in tune with the message that GOD and The Universal Powers conspire to put us in the places that we need to be so that we can prosper.  Today was an excellent example of this as I normally would have gone to The Starbucks on University Drive North of Oakland Park Boulevard in Sunrise, FL but the message from GOD was to go to The Starbucks on Pine Island Road and Sunrise Boulevard in Plantation, FL so I listened to the message and as a result I was able to network with people and share my TV Show, The Anything Bucket, which airs on www.wrpbitv.com on Tuesday at 6:30 PM EDT. I also received the message to wear my Relay For Life gear and the Relay For Life Medallion so I did and this opened up some doors with patrons at Starbucks and allowed me to share my message.  each day we have the opportunity to do something to bring peace, love, joy, and prosperity into our lives if we simply make a commitment to follow GOD and The Universal Powers Message thus I share with you http://main.acsevents.org/goto/jdogg2 as my message from GOD and The Universal Powers was to continue on my quest to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays and share my mission with others.

68400-seconds.pngEveryday we are given 86,400 seconds to use and how we use them sets in motion the events that will determine how much we transcend our lives and the lives of others. I have  found that when I sit in mediation in the morning and plan out the day by following the messages that I receive I begin to feel more energized and more productive. I find that is deciding to focus on the moments of the day rather than what happened yesterday and what will happen tomorrow that I am more centered and balanced and that I accomplish more as I become more centered and balanced in spirituality. Some times the tings we do spontaneously in the moment detaching from the outcome reaps the best results.  As humans we are programmed to plan the work and work the plan but as spiritual beings we must be willing to diverge from our own plans and allow GOD to guide us so that we can achieve the greatness and prosperity that is our birthright.  One of my favorite songs is Seasons Of Love From Rent because it teaches us about using our time to the utmost benefit for ourselves and our community.

Spiritual Awakening: The Whole World In My Hand!!!

 

 As I look at the world in a new light as a result of a spiritual awakening I begin to realize that as GOD holds the whole world in his hands we also carry the world with us in our hands. If we are to make the changes we want to make in this world it will take us all joining hands for the common good. In today’s ever evolving world where we are interconnected through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin we have the power to have the whole world in our hands. We can more effectively spread our spiritual messages sharing our spirituality with others today than in the past. Today we can post about an event or with a positive quote and our reach is expanded. When we have the  whole world in our hand it is important to remember to whom much is given much is expected. We have  power deep inside of us that when unleashed and used for good we shine a bright light that illuminates the entire world.  It is amazing what happens inside of us when we realize that we carry the whole world in our hands and that we are all interconnected in some way. It is with this interconnection that we are able to bring goodness into our life and into the lives others.It is written that when 2 or three are gathered together in my name I am there in the midst of them.

For where two or three are gathered together in My nameThrough this scripture we know that when we gather to honor GOD he is with us allowing us to carry the whole world in our hands.  Many may say that the responsibility of having the whole world in your hands is a big burden. Think of it not as a burden but as an opportunity to spread your love to others and bring peace, joy, and prosperity to those you come in contact with as you are out in the world. See yourself as a world unto itself and then join with others who are worlds unto themselves and forge meaningful relationships forged in spirituality  that will allow you to carry the whole world in your hands.  When I think of being of service and value and carrying the whole world in my hands I think of the following song which is just as relevant today as it was when it was first performed.

Spiritual Awakening: Tell Me Something Good!!!

 As I watched the news, which I very rarely do as I  do not want to be influenced by the negativity that most new outlets perpetrate so as to increase ratings. Through out the spiritual awakening process I have learned that what we focus on expands thus I would rather focus on the great things GOD is doing in my life and share them with others so as to show them that when you tap into your inner divinity and allow the power inside to be unleashed in a positive way that many good things will occur. My message today is to tell me something good as goodness begets more goodness. I sign my emails and letters with the words Stay Positive. People ask me all the time JDOGG, how can you stay so positive with all the negative things occurring in the world? My answer is if I do not give them credence and I focus on the good that is happening I become more awake spiritually and I can help others to experience a spiritual awakening. There are many issues to tackle in our lifetime however if we go about attacking them we only make them worse.  We have had a war on drugs in America and the drug problem has gotten worse. We have had a war on poverty in America and more people are impoverished than ever before? We have been fighting perceived enemies and we have created more turmoil. What is the answer to change how we word things such as instead of being anti-drug become pro health and educate people about the fact that GOD wants them to prosper and treat their body well and the answer doesn’t lie in a bottle or a needle or a pill the answer lies within us when we realize we are all divine children of GOD destined to be great and prosper. Instead of being against poverty become a proponent of wealth development and show people how they can become self sufficient. Instead of judging get to know people as you may find that we are more alike than we are different. Take a moment to share your goodness with others and watch what happens.
 If we are to accomplish peace we must become peaceful beings.  We must look at what we have and be grateful for it. When we have a little extra  it is up to us to share our prosperity. When we become peaceful beings and we begin to share goodness with others we make our world  a better place. When I was in The Jaycees we would recite the following creed. I took an oath to be a living example of this creed and today that creed hangs on my refrigerator as a reminder to spread peace wherever I go.

Spiritual Awakening: Sowing The Seeds Of Love!!!

Each day when I awake I ask myself how can I add value to someone’s life? Today (10/3/2014) is another FREE HUGS FRIDAY where I put up the FREE HUGS Banner at my local Starbucks and as I write my blog and promote events and businesses I  give out FREE HUGS.  This is my way of sowing the seeds of love. During the spiritual awakening process I have learned that if you are loving and caring in all you do and you have a definitive goal in mind you will meet with success and grow personally and professionally.  In having a vision that is heart centered you are able to be focused and disciplines and thus execute your purpose on a daily basis. Today we have an opportunity to positively impact our lives and the lives of others by simply reaching out and sowing the seeds of love.

Spiritual Awakening: The Final At Bat Finishing Strong!!!

BOSTON (AP) -- Derek Jeter tacked one last hit onto his remarkable career, then waved his helmet in a final farewell to the major leagues. SuccessfulFinal at bat-FeatureDerek Jeeter  stepped to the plate at historic Fenway Park in what would be his final at bat in a 20 year career. Jeeter finished strong in dramatic fashio as he hit a single which also gave him a RBI (Run Batted  In). As I watched Jeeter’s final at bat I began to think how perhaps some divine guidance was involved as he always carried himself with dignity and grace being of service and value wherever he went. I began to ponder how our final bat will be?Will our spiritual awakening lead us to be like Jeeter and him that game winning RBI or perhaps a Homerun. The key is to start with the end in mind and take the action steps necessary to move forward in our spiritual awakening and work toward spiritual enlightenment.   Today ask yourself how your final at bat in life will be remembered.

 In that final at bat will you finally understand that you have name and the legacy you leave will forever be associated with that name.  Will you live out your dream and finish strong or will you simply coast and look back and wonder what might have been or could have been. The days of should ofs, could ofs, and would ofs need to be retired and the days of doing must be implemented.  In living up to your name in every at bat especially that final at bat is tantamount to personal and spiritual growth. I was recently told that my name Jonathan meant sent from GOD. I take this very seriously when I step tot he plate of life and take my at bats.  My Hebrew name is Yusel Simcha, meaning Jonathan The Blessing. I have taken this to heart in everything that I do as I do my best to bring peace, love, joy, and prosperity to all I come in contact with.  In all the at bats we have leading up to that final at bat we should be able to say I did my best and I finished strong. Each time we think we struck out we must take a breath and internalize what we learned so the next time we can hit that single, double, triple, or home run.  We have the chance each time that we step to the plate of life to swing for the fences and make a positive impact in the world. Ask yourself how you want your final at bat to be and then do all you can to manifest that outcome.

One of my favorite scenes from The Karate Kid is when Miyagi is showing Daniel the importance of his training and the results he is achieving.

 The scene shows us the importance of taking action and applying what we have learned as we awaken spiritually and grow personally and professionally.  In life what we do may hold some secret lessons like the tasks Daniel learned and was apply to apply to his training and thus find success in the end.
In taking action and understanding that you are the best around you will begin to enhance the spiritual awakening process and as a result make a mind, body, soul connection that will propel to greatness. It is when you stand in your power and embrace your greatness that you are able to achieve the oneness consciousness that will guide you to the prosperity that is your birthright. There will be challenges and obstacles along the way however when these obstacles are faced and conquered we grow in spirit. In growing in spirit we are able to shine our light for others to see and thus we become physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger. When we are focused and moving forward in purpose we find success.

When we move forward with love in our heart nothing can stop us. When our focus is on being loving and caring in all we do we will begin to attract all that is necessary to come from the heart and achieve greatness.

SPIRITUALITYcan-do-great-thngs.-but-we-can-do-small-things-with-great-love.-mother ... As we continue to focus on being of service and value and doing everything we do from a position of love we begin to awaken spiritually more and more thus becoming more and more open to receive the gifts that GOD and The Universal Powers have in store for us. GOD delivers to those who show love and gratitude and help others to excel. When we stay focused good things begin to happen for us.

Spiritual Awakening: Staying Focused To Receive!!!

Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig ...As I sat down to write this entry today I prayed to GOD and asked for the right content that will empower and inspire the reader to stay focused and open the channels to receive.  After I began to write GOD and The Universal Powers delivered this Mother Teresa Poem.  In being focused on receiving you begin to find ways to be more and more open thus creating a positive flow and positive vibrations that will attract the right people to us.  The best way to stay open to receive is to become a cheerful giver.

colossians 3:23... heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver

In giving and focusing your attention on GOD and being a cheerful giver you will receive a bountiful harvest in your life as you continue on your path toward spiritual enlightenment. When we focus on being righteous we will never be forsaken. Yesterday I ran out of gas outside of a home and the owner who I found out was named Carlos checked out my car gave me a 1/2 gallon of gas and sent me on  my way. Before leaving I offered him $2 which he turned down so I put it in my pocket. I went and got gas and went about my business for the night. Upon arriving home I put the $2 into my Relay For Life Canister and thanked GOD for watching over me. Today as I was at Starbucks a pastor that I knew and I had a great discussion and he put $10 in The Relay For Life Canister. These encounters have taught me to stay focused and let GOD divinely guide me as he will put me in the places that I need to be in.

Today is the day the lord hath made be glad and rejoice in it.
Music is always a good tool to have to help you stay focused and commit to doing life big as you continue to grow personally and professionally.

Spiritual Awakening: Going Forward!!!

 As I was out collecting donations and promoting The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of West Boca Raton I ran across many great people with excellent energy, however there were a few who had bad energy. I fed off the good energy. I decided to move forward when I encountered the negative energy. A few encounters stuck out as a few people stated that they were broke. When I heard this I took it as a teaching moment and explained that they should never state I am broke but should state not at this time as my finances improve I will be able to donate.  I told them that GOD and The Universal Powers want them to prosper. I used Ken Esrig’s Dollar Bill Sandwich and explained that money flows to them and from them and they are a conduit for money. They asked what religion I was I said I am a spiritualist who walks with Jesus(one of the ascended masters). They thanked me. It felt good to be able to share my light with others.  The positive encounters far outweighed the negative encounters. The lesson I learned is that the enemy will put up roadblocks and challenges but if you embrace your inner divinity and walk with  GOD you will end up going forward. We all have the power to move forward and combat any negativity that may enter our day. One of my spiritual teachers, Lourdes Mota, taught me to just breathe and embrace my I AM and let the negative go. I have learned what we focus on expands so if we focus on being loving and caring in all we do we expand the love that we will receive. Our vibration and the energy we bring to a task will often determine the outcome of that task. Look at what you are emanating and how it is helping you to go forward and keep using that positive energy and look at what is holding you back and eliminate that behavior.
In the spiritual awakening process and making the commitment to go forward I have come to understand that life is a highway and how we ride it determines our destination. We can focus on what lies behind us or what lies before us that decision is up to us. If we are determined to go forward we must commit to removing the blockages of what lies behind us as focus our attention on what is in front of us. This is the reason our windshield is much larger than our rear view mirror. If we make what is perceived to be a mistake it is up to us to look for the learning lesson and then use this lesson to go forward.

Spiritual Awakening: Time To Take Action!!!

Spiritual Awakening: Time To Take Action!!!

In the spiritual awakening process it is important to understand that our time is limited and that we must take action to use it wisely.  If we see an injustice it is our responsibility to do something to change it. If we are truly going to turn dreams into reality we must become action takers and go where we are divinely guided to go.  We all have a voice and we must use our collective voices to effectively change the way we are heading. If we want to effectively change things then we must see the wrongs in ourselves and make a cognizant effort to change them so we can shine our light and change others. It  is when we come alive and get on the same wavelength that our vibrations resonate with each other creating a better community for all.

In the last week we have been bombarded by the transgressions of several high profiled NFL Players, Ray Rice, Adrian Petterson, McDonald, and Hardy.  In a truly spiritually enlightened world these men would have understood that they are divine children of GOD and would have shared their divinity with others and not struck innocent women and children. The truth of the matter is that they allowed their human side to get in the way of their spiritual side. Since these players are in a high profile position the general public finds out about these situations and then is divided on what should be done.  I personally believe that we can forgive them for their transgressions but at the same time they can be punished by not allowing them to be associated with The NFL ever again and to seek some guidance so that they never commit these horrible acts again. Today The Minnesota Vikings reinstated Petterson and I thought only in America can you abuse your child be charged with a crime and still get paid millions of dollars to play a game. These instances have found me having to go deep inside myself and ask the question where has our moral and spiritual compass gone? When has it become okay to hurt others and no have consequences.  Our morals have become very skewed because of where we put our priorities. Now is the time to take action and bring the problems and challenges to light and find a solution through spiritual awakening.

royal flush - photo/picture definition - royal flush word and phrase ...In poker the best hand you can achieve is The Royal Flush.   To achieve the royal flush in life one must be able to flush out all the negativity in their life and remove what no longer serves them. In seeking the royal flush in life one must become an action taker. How many times have you made excuses and fell short of the royal flush in life? Ask yourself why was it that you didn’t  pursue the royal flush? What excuses did you make and then justify?   We will either find a way or we will find an excuse.

royal flushIf you were dealt a royal flush in poker chances are you would go all in? In life if you want to achieve a royal flush you must go all in and live life full out.  In seeking the royal flush in life changes have to be made. If you are unhappy with the way things are in your life look at what is creating the unhappiness and what can be done to reverse that feeling. In our human existence we will encounter times of trial and tribulation some which may bring unhappiness. It is at these times that we must look inside ourselves make the mind, body, soul connection and find the joy that lies underneath all the layers of unhappiness. We can sit an wallow in pain or we can stand up and do something.

 In experiencing a spiritual awakening we find ourselves more determined to make some noise and live out loud. It is said that the squeakiest wheel gets the grease. I encourage you to be that squeaky wheel and make some noise by living life big. As I was at my doctor’s office today (9/10/14) they were going to draw some blood for a blood test to check some levels for a new  medicine I am on well things didn’t go as planned as I got light headed and dizzy and knew exactly what needed to be done. I got up after they withdrew the needle and went into an exam room and laid down. I was given water and they placed a cold towel on my forehead and allowed me to just lie down. I laid down and closed my eyes and the white light that I have come accustomed to seeing during meditation passed over me and through my body vibrating life and giving me a message JDOGG you need to let this pass and go continue to live big. As I left the doctor’s office I began to think what ways can I live life big and inspire others? The answer was do a blog entry that will encourage everyone to go out and make a difference in the lives of others.  By helping others to live big your personal and professional life will be enhanced.  As I arrived at Starbuck’s I decided to make some noise and live out loud as I allowed people to go ahead of me and shared my smile as much as I could. I remembered that today was the day that the lord hath made so I will be glad and rejoice in it.

This is the day the Lord has made...In embracing this Psalm I have been able to declare that today will be a great day regardless of any obstacles that may come my way. I have declared that today I will make noise and live out loud so as to to show others that they are divine children of GOD and despite any trials or tribulations that they are facing they can work through them and there will be bigger and better things coming to them.  It is is living out loud that we are able to inspire others thus finding inspiration to carry on with our mission furthering our purpose. In finding your purpose and living out loud you will attract the people into your life who will propel you in your endeavors allowing you step into your power and unleashing your greatness.
