Spiritual Awakening: Out Of The Shadows!!!

 As one commits to come out of the shadows and to step into their power they will see that they begin to attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into their lives. In stepping out of the shadows and being your authentic self you will see that your journey toward spiritual enlightenment becomes easier. Along the path there will be challenges and roadblocks trying to slow you down. Whatever you do not stop working ion the plan that GOD has planned for you.  It is your time to come out of the shadows and to become an action taker.

Image result for Beanie BabiesToday (8/23/2018) is a great example of coming out of the shadows as I took some of the beanie babies that are usually in the trunk of my car and brought them into Starbucks with me one of the baristas liked one and asked me how much they were. I told her I normally get a donation for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Sunrise but she could have one. She took one and said she was going to give  $2 next time she saw me. In coming out of the shadows and putting myself out there I have gained some support and am grateful especially to those who have taken the time to do things old school and send cards to 9141 Sunrise Lakes Boulevard #102 Sunrise, FL 33322. One person even bought me 2 brand new suits so that I could give off a professional image and come out of the shadows to get back to being of service and value to others. It is my hope that the sharing of my spiritual journey fraught with the ups and downs will empower and inspire the reader to come out the shadows and to take action on following their passion thus finding success. As you come out of the shadows don’t fear the reaper stand up and know that GOD has great plans for you.

Spiritual Awakening: Watch Your Mouth!!!

As we continue on our spiritual journey it is important to adhere to the words we heard when we were young, watch your mouth. IT is important to become aware of the words we are using and the attitude that we are conveying when we speak as the words combined with attitude will determine the altitude that we reach as we awaken spiritually. It is when you hold yourself accountable for the words you speak that you will find that life flows a little easier for you as you begin to take action to bring to fruition the words that you speak. When you are impeccable with your word you will see that peace, love, joy, and prosperity come to you easily and effortlessly. In taking action and choosing your words wisely you will begin to manifest the life that you desire.
Words have a great power and can either trap you or free you thus it is important to be very cognizant of the words that you are using. Are you using lack words or words of abundance. For example are you saying I can’t afford that or are you saying I will find a way to afford that. Are you say I am trying or I am doing. Take a look at how you are expressing yourself and then evaluate what is happening in your personal, professional, and spiritual life.  How you choose to use words will determine if you exceed a goal or fall short of a goal.  I am reminded about the time I eliminated the word try from this statement, I will try to raise $1500 for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life. I simply said I will raise $1500 and all of a sudden I found myself getting more and more donations and at the end of the fundraising period for Relay For Life I had raised over $2300. In changing what we say and eliminating limiting beliefs we begin to achieve goals that we never thought possible. In going from negative lack words to positive abundance words we begin to attract peace, love, joy, and prosperity into our lives which allows us to be of service and value to others.

Spiritual Awakening: The Tongue Of Danger!!!

As I grow spiritually and become more and more awake I realize that sometimes being bold and speaking up creates some issues as you may be speaking with a tongue of danger. Such was the case this week when a gentleman came into the store where I was working and I shared with him about our discount on a specific item. He answered me with”You are not speaking my language and I don’t give a shit.” I wasn’t to happy so I asked him to calm his attitude he said to his companion I guess we are not welcomed here. I said you are welcomed here but please treat me with the respect I deserve. He left and on his way out I said can you say dickhead I knew you could. I thought I said it low enough but for those who know me even when I whisper my voice carries. He heard this and he totally went off threatening to call the Better Business Bureau. I know I was a bit out of line with my attitude and there is no excuse for me calling him a name. As I reflected back on the situation I realized that I had spoken with a tongue of danger creating malice instead of love. I realized that my human existence had interfered with my spiritual existence and that I must stop speaking with a tongue of danger and instead and begin to speak with a tongue that exudes compassion and love.  In being aware of what happens when we speak with a tongue of danger we can take action to refrain from being hurtful and callous toward one another and instead be kind and loving. As I sat in meditations and recited the serenity prayer and read scriptures I realized that there will be times when you must hold back your tongue and refrain from using the tongue of danger.

 In understanding that GOD is a forgiving GOD I asked that he forgive me and help me to speak with a tongue of peace, love, joy, and prosperity instead of a tongue of danger. I asked GOD to guide me in my daily life when I deal with issues that come up in my personal, professional, and spiritual life. I have come to understand that each situation is a situation that GOD has created to help me to evolve spiritually so that I can become an enlightened being who will shine a bright light of hope and healing so as to illuminate the world.

Spiritual Awakening: Set The World On Fire!!!

Many times all it takes is a small ember in your heart that burns so deep that it begins to consume you and as a result you take action to shine your light that it sets the world on fire. Looking back on all the times I have been told you can’t do that or you are not good enough by other people and all the times that I believed them I realized that I was creating blockages that were stopping me from moving forward in a positive direction of my dreams. It was when I taped into my inner divinity and decided that I would not allow anyone to ever dictate my level of achievement again that my life began to change. It was on that day that I began to understand that I had some GOD given talent and it was time to use this talent for good.  It was then that I adopted the philosophy of shining my light and illuminating the world. As I continue on my spiritual journey it is my hope that by shining my light I will inspire others to do the same and thus create positivism that not only enriches my life but the lives of others. As I began to listen to GOD, The Angels, and The Ascended Masters I realized that I could set the world on fire with positivism. I knew not everyone would understand where I was coming from as they were not as spiritually evolved as I was and that my positive attitude coupled with a creativity that many have  not seen before my be overwhelming as I do things much differently than what is considered normal in a Western Culture.  I have awakened to that fact that walking to the beat of a different drummer may be viewed as a bit out there and some that are used to the so called societal norms may not be open to receive your way of doing things. At the end of the day I have come to realize that as long as I do no harm and continue to shine my light and set the world on fire that my personal, professional, and spiritual life will be enriched.

When you have the light of lord inside of you and you allow that light to shine bright by using your talents for good you will see how you set the world on fire. When I began my journey of being of service and value to others at age 11 when I ran my first special event, a backyard carnival for The Muscular Dystrophy Association, I realized that if you are your authentic self and you ask for support you will find assistance from those who believe it their responsible to be a lifter. As the years went on I found myself more and more involved in charitable work and in 1989 when I joined The Junior Chamber of Commerce/Jaycees I began to find myself living by the words of their creed and thus becoming more and more spiritually awake thus improving my personal, professional, and spiritual life.

Spiritual Awakening: Finding The Way!!!

 Sometimes while we are traveling on our spiritual journey we may lose our way and forget our purpose and thus we become disconnected with GOD and we get knocked down. Life is going to hit us hard at times and it is in these times that we must dust ourselves off and get back up again by realizing that if GOD brought us to it GOD will bring us through it. It is when we fall that we must take action to get back up and use the challenge as a learning opportunity. In getting knocked down we should land on our back because if we can look up we can get up. In getting up and becoming reconnected we will see things differently and do things differently to provide for a better outcome.
When we feel like we have been defeated that is when we must reach down deep inside and connect with our inner divinity and stand in our power knowing that GOD wants us to be great and prosperous. In the face of adversity we have a chance to change and to come alive and become stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. We have the power to change and the opportunities to reach heights in our personal, professional, and spiritual lives that at one time we could only imagine. When we leave our expectations at the door and detach from outs we begin to face everything and rise. By standing up and stepping into our power we begin to move forward in the positive direction of our dreams. It is when we eliminate the false evidence appearing real that we are able to rise to a level of accomplishment that only a few will ever achieve. Over the years I have learned that it is not how many times you get knocked down but how many times you get back up.

Spiritual Awakening: Turning The Power Back On!!!

 As I left the chiropractor’s office the other day he said now your power is back on. As I got in to my car I started thinking about that and what it means to me in alignment and balanced.  I began to realize that when our words are in alignment with what we perceive to be our purpose we have an ability to keep our power turned on. I began to think about all the times that my power had been turned off both literally and figuratively. I start to think of the time when I was without physical electricity for 11 days due to the power being knocked off from the damage due to a hurricane. I remember how relieved I was when the power came back on. I equate that experience to the same experience we feel when we are disconnected from GOD, our angels, and the ascended masters. It is when we realize the disconnect that we can take action to turn the power back on. Through out the spiritual awakening process I have learned that it is important to tale action to keep the power turned on so that you can create a oneness consciousness and thus achieve the greatness that GOD has in store for you. In turning on our power and stepping in to our power we begin to achieve things that we once thought nearly impossible.

When your power is turned on and you are connected in mind, body, and soul you begin to understand that the word impossible when broken down says I am possible. When you embrace the possibilities you begin to find a power that will drive you to new heights and these new heights allow you to shine your your light and illuminate the world. When we turn our power on we experience great things because we remove our stinking thinking and replace it with aromatic thoughts. 9 week ago I began working with a personal trainer and I could only hold a plank for 6 seconds, I weighed 222 pounds and my thoughts were filled with limitless beliefs and my power capacity was low. Today I can hold a plank for 1 minute, I weigh 213.5 Pounds, my beliefs are limitless,and my power is getting higher everyday. It is said that what the mind can conceive, the heart can believe, you can achieve. I have found that when your power is turned on you can do this. In taking action you can turn on your power and thus turn your dreams into reality.

Spiritual Awakening: Unleash Your Talents!!!

Spiritual Awakening: !!!

 As I listened to this song by Abba I began to realize that on a spiritual path gratitude and using your talents for good are important in tapping into your inner divinity so as to bring peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life and into the lives of others. We all have talents inside of us and when we use these talents for good GOD rewards us. When we step out and let our talents out we shine our light bright and thus give permission to others to do the same. When we use our talents for good the entire world is illuminated.

 

The Parable of the Talents (also the Parable of the Minas and the Parable of the Pounds), is one of the parables of Jesus, which appear in two of the canonical gospels of the New Testament; a thematically variant parable appears in the non-canonical Gospel of the Hebrews. Although the basic story in each of these parables is essentially the same, the differences between the parables that appear in the Gospel of Matthew 25:14-30 and in the Gospel of Luke 19:12-27 are sufficient to indicate that the parables are not derived from the same source.[1] In Matthew, the opening words link the Parable of the Talents to the preceding Parable of the Ten Virgins, which refers to the Kingdom of Heaven.[1]

In both Matthew and Luke, a master puts his servants in charge of his goods while he is away on a trip. Upon his return, the master assesses the stewardship of his servants. He evaluates them according to how faithful each was in making wise investments of his goods to obtain a profit. It is clear that the master sought some profit from the servants’ oversight. A gain indicated faithfulness on the part of the servants. The master rewards his servants according to how each has handled his stewardship. He judges two servants as having been “faithful” and gives them a positive reward. To the single unfaithful servant who “played it safe,” a negative compensation is given.

As I work with clients I see there talent and come up with ways for them to monetize their talents. Many times I hear all the excuses why they are not using monetizing their talent and they keep throwing up roadblocks. When they do this I say let’s find a way to really integrate your talent with ways to make money so you can be of service and value to others. I hear all the time how the market is saturated or I don’t have a big name. I answer you have a talent and you will attract the people that are seeking your products or services. What roadblocks are you putting up that is stopping you from using your talents to create the life you desire?

Spiritual Awakening: Blaze Of Glory!!!

 

As you move further along your spiritual path remember to keep your flame burning so when your time comes you can go down in a blaze of glory. In an effort to create our glorious life we must be will to set things a blaze and find that fire that creates a blaze of glory.  Our first phase in creating that blaze of glory is to take action on our passion and thus move in a positive direction toward success. As you begin to define what success means to you you will feel a fire begin to grow inside of you that when you fan the flames you will have  a life filled with glory. As I reflect on my life I can see how all the great things that have happened for me have happened because of the actions taken to glorify GOD and show the world that service to humanity is the best work of life. Over the course of my spiritual journey I have come across many songs that have enhanced the awakening that I am experiencing. This song by unspoken has served as one of my anthems to continue to spread a message of positivism.
I have come to understand that as long as there is a burning ember inside of you it is enough to create an inferno that can not be stopped. Once that fire is started and you understand the purpose behind the fire and you become laser focused there is not anything you can not do. I have learned that when you plan out your work and work your plan and make the adjustments along the way that you emerge victorious. When you choose to go down in a blaze of glory you will see a massive change in your personal, professional, and spiritual life as you begin to change and come alive as you make the mind, body, soul connection. I have found that when I am focused on making a positive impact on the community and detached from the outcomes that I am able to make dreams come true. I have found the best way to create a blaze of glory is to remove emotional connections and not to project your thoughts on any of the issues but instead to allow things to flow.  When it is all said and done all that matters is that you lived a life on purpose and did no harm and left the physical world better than you found it.  The flame you ignite today will spark a positive shift that will impact many in the future. It is s aid the greatest gift we can give is to plant a tree whose shade we will never enjoy but others will. I have learned over time that what we do for ourselves will die with us but what we do for others will live on long after we are gone.

Spiritual Awakening: Creating A Glorious Day!!!

Each day we have a choice to awake and realize this is the day that GOD hath made and to be glad and rejoice in it or to awake and find fault in it. I choose to awake and be connected to GOD and make it a glorious day. I am asked many times JDOGG How do you create a glorious day? My answer is to simple understand that GOD has put us on this earth for a purpose and each day it is up to us to live our life based on that purpose. I have found that my purpose is to be of service and value to others. Each day I awake I ask a question how can I add value to someone’s life today?  Many times the answers are easy and range from showing someone gratitude to giving out tickets to a game for the professional basketball that I am The PA Announcer and Team Ambassador for, The South Florida Gold. It can be a s simple as sharing the store I work with, Celebrity Sports, and giving people a chance to get great memorabilia at excellent prices. It could be a s simple as sharing some knowledge to help someone grow their business. The key to creating a glorious day is to be loving and caring in all you do. To truly glorify the lord one must be willing to take action that positively impacts the lives of those around you. In some cases all it takes is a kind gesture or a smile. Sometimes it is just being a friend to others.

Many times creating a glorious day starts with the adoption of an anthem to be there for others not only when they may be down but when they are also experiencing great joy. The greatest measure of someone is not that they will ride in the limo with you when times are good but that they will ride the bus with you when you are facing challenges. Being a friend and having a friend creates a glorious day as you can be a lifter and also be lifted. Look for ways where you can do good deeds that you may never be repaid for by simple being a friend. It is when you can be a friend that you can create a glorious day. Another way to create a glorious day is to be conscious of the words you are using and to speak life.

Spiritual Awakening: Sentenced To Life!!!

When we are born we are sentenced to life. This sentence becomes more apparent as we become spiritually aware and awake. When we realize that this is our life that GOD has sentenced us to live we begin to manifest the prosperity, peace, joy, and love which is our birthright. When we realize that the life we were sentenced is governed by a higher power that ourselves we begin to create a oneness consciousness that allows us to step into our power and achieve greatness. As we become more and more spiritual in our life we are better able to deal with the humanistic side of our life. A great example of this occurred today as I went to get my oil changed in my car and they found that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. In the past I would have panicked and wondered how I can afford it but today I just said take care of it  and realized that GOD wants me to drive in a safe car and GOD will provide exactly what I need so that I can be of service and value to others. It is when we change from the lack mentality to the abundance mentality that we can move forward and further evolve spiritually, personally, and professionally. Sometimes it is just a matter of realizing that we are sentenced to walk on this earth and live a life of purpose and understanding GOD’S Plan is bigger than our plan.  When we decide that the life sentence we have is one that can bring bliss and abundance to ourselves and others that we begin to find an inner happiness and peace that allows us to attract goodness into our life and to be rewarded.

As we live out our life sentence here on earth it is important to understand that this is the day the lord hath made so be glad and rejoice in it. Through the day we may experience what we perceive to be a set back when in reality it may just be a step up. We will face some unexpected challenges but of we face them we will rise and achieve amazing things. In may cases it is simply embracing the life sentence from GOD to walk in truth and bear witness to people of how their own inner divinity can create a life they desire. So many times I hear these are the cards I was dealt so I have to play them. The reality is that if you do not like your cards you can always change them or fold your hand and wait for another hand. The surest way to win while service this life sentence from GOD is to console GOD and heed his messages. In honoring and praising GOD you will see your life change in ways that you only imagined.
