Spiritual Awakening: The Rhythm Method!!!

I life you can either stay in or pull out. The action you take will determine the life you make. When you find your rhythm and you begin to vibrate at a high frequency you will find that you are able to accomplish some great things. Today I had the opportunity to visit my old high school and promote The 2018 American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Sunrise. It was great to interact with the kids and get into a groove knowing that I was helping to build momentum for an event that will plant the seeds of hope and healing for those touched by cancer. I then went over to a a couple of supporters from last year and was able to secure their support for this year. In picking a lane and staying focused on  taking action I was able to find a rhythm that would lead to positive things happening. In finding a  rhythm that works we are able to send out the vibration that will radiate with others and thus allow us to attract peace, love, joy, and prosperity into our lives. In getting into a rhythm we are able to create the life we desire as we are connected to GOD, The Ascended Masters, Jesus, and The Angels. In finding a rhythm that allows us to stay centered, focused, and grounded we are able to make a mind, body, and soul connection that allows us to move forward in a positive direction toward our dreams. It is by understanding our rhythmic vibrations that we are able to face everything and rise instead of forgetting everything and running. When we seek peace and joy in all we do we attract peace and joy into our lives thus allow us to make a joyful noise unto the lord and be rewarded.
It is when we make a joyful noise unto the lord that we can find a positive rhythm that allows us to reach heights that we never imagined. As you stay connected to GOD you will find that your personal, professional, and spiritual life improves as you are keeping the channels open to receive more positivism. In being grateful we increase our vibrations thus enabling us to find a rhythm that propels us forward in our mission to be of service and value to one another. Through out the day take a breath and see how you are vibrating and how your rhythm is. If you find yourself in low vibration and out of rhythm simply stop for a minute and pray. If you have time pop in a meditation and get yourself back into your groove.

Spiritual Awakening: Show Me The Way!!!

Spiritual Awakening: Show Me The Way!!!

As many regular readers of this blog know I do my best to stay positive however sometimes events happen that create challenges to being positive. Since 2/9/2018 my life has been fraught with some darkness as I have had a few things happen to me that were beyond my control. These events were making me feel less than instead of felling like I was enough. As a result of feeling inadequate I slowed down on my volunteer work and my quest to find a full time job. I was so entrenched in all the darkness that I was allowing the enemy to win. As I began to reflect on what I could do differently I realized that maybe simply not saying what was on my mind at the time would have avoided the trials and tribulations that have been thrown at me however this would go against me being my authentic self. I have come to realize that if someone is offended by what I say their problem goes far deeper than me. I have come to realize that many people do not know how to deal with someone who is confident and walks to the beat of his own drummer. When you have a different way of thinking and doing certain things you are bound to ruffle some feathers. As I sat and listened Show Me The Way several times this week and reconnected with GOD I have been able to move from the darkness to the light. I have come to realize that I may have lost out on one announcing gig but others will come my way. In finding my way again I have realized that everything happens for a reason and every situation you find yourself in contains a message. When in doubt you simply have to sit down and ask GOD to show your the way.
As I sat in meditation I started to feel the darkness being lifted and the light shining through with the message that GOD will make a way. As I prayed to GOD, The Ascended Masters, The Angles, and Jesus I began to get reenergized with a power driving me to do what I do and that is be of service and value to others. In changing my focus from the negative things that were happening in my life to the positive things that are happening in my life I felt my vibrations radiating at a higher level allowing me to stay connected to GOD and thus attracting more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into my life. In releasing the negatives and committing to let go and let GOD many more positive things are happening around me. In focusing on the good people that I encounter instead of the negative petty people that I encounter is helping to go from the darkness to the light.

Spiritual Awakening: Get Bent!!!

Not what you thought, huh? Many times we think of telling someone to get bent is a bad thing in this case it is a good thing as we are telling them to make a mind, body, soul connection so as to manifest the life that they desire. In taking action to get bent we expand our horizons as we stretch to go beyond what we once thought were our own limitations. In becoming an action taker and helping others to get bent we bend ourselves as we experience new concepts that help us to awaken spiritually thus giving us the correct perspective to answer our calling and to become the change we want to see in this world. In getting bent we are able to put ourselves in a favorable position to be of service and value to others. In being of service and value to others we open up the channels to receive therefore creating a life that we desire as planned by GOD. In getting bent we can become more in tune with the concept that we are divine children of GOD and GOD’s plan for us is far greater that the plan we have for ourselves.
 When I was in The Philippines serving as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer teaching English, Math, and Livelihood Skills at The Regional Rehabilitation Center For Youth I was able to get bent by practicing some of the traditional Filipino Dances and after a session of dancing I would find myself invigorated and reenergized knowing that I was being of service and value to others. In my 7mnths of service I found myself becoming more and more spiritually aware and awake and getting bent became a daily practice be it dancing, meditating, walking, or simply stretching I found myself becoming more and more connected to GOD, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels. In getting bent and staying connected to GOD I was able to create a great experience which I draw on today to remind me that I am on this earth as a human having a spiritual existence that will manifest into the life that I desire. In getting bent I have been able to shift from darkness to light. In many case I simply get bent by playing some soothing music and stretching thus getting me back to being centered, focused, and grounded.

Spiritual Awakening:Where Is The Civil Discourse?

In becoming an action taker and speaking out on issues you will find yourself as a target of ridicule as people have forgot about the third agreement of not making judgments. In today’s society where people can hide behind a keyboard using social media we have lost the moral compass and our ability for civil discourse on issues. If we look at the way people are acting we can easily see that we are in the end of days for we have forgotten the ideas of being impeccable with our word, not taking things personally and always doing our best. When we bring up a different pint of view we find people quick to try to disparage us for they are so worried about being right that they have forgotten about doing the right thing. People have forgotten that we are all divine children of GOD and GOD wants everyone to prosper. We have allowed the mainstream media to dictate our thoughts and our decision making process that we have become more like sheep instead of lions. We have strayed away from our spiritual teachings and have become a nation that is fat, lazy, and greedy.The choice is now to wake up our country one community at a time and experience a collective spiritual awakening. It is time to bring back the idea of civil discourse by respecting the point of view of everyone and to find common ground by remembering that the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations. If we are truly to become a society that focuses on being of service and value to one another we need t recognize that everyone has something to offer and to support them by  becoming nurtures and lifters as we bring back civil discourse.   Through the awakening process we need to find our calling and commit to use our talents for good. It is through civil discourse that we will be able to make positve changes in our world by thinking globally and acting locally. Regardless of the  side of any issue you may find yourself on it is important to be respectful of the people on the other side. Is is necessary to check the ego at the door and realize that every one brings some merit to their point of view. It is not always about being right or wrong it is often simply about doing the right thing. It seems that today that our society is so worried about political correctness that it has lost ts way. The question is now how do we get back on track and get back to a time when people treated each other with dignity and respect? The answer is that we start with showing respect for each other and get back to the spiritual teachings that laid a foundation for everyone t coexist by understanding that we are all divine children of GOD and GOD doesn’t make any junk.

One way t get back to get back to civil discourse and begin to become more and more aware and awake as you continue on your spiritual path is to understand that GOD’S plans for you are far greater than any plans that you have for yourself. It is time to tap into your inner divinity and utilize your talents for good so as to create civil discourse and make positive changes in your life and in the lives of others. We may not have the resources like Drake but we have the ability to make a positive difference in the lives of others. It is when we are of service and value to others that we open up the channels to receive thus creating the life that we desire. In creating civil discourse we are creating a world where peace, love, joy, and prosperity become a way of life as we show respect to those with opposing points of view understanding that they may not have had the same experiences that we have had and thus they may not be as evolved spiritually as we have and thus we must show patience and understanding as we discuss the issues at hand as we are all in this together. If we are to awaken the world spiritually we must be the one to shine our light and illuminate the world. Through civil discourse we can turn things around and move forward in a positive direction that  make kindness and compassion rule the day.

Our time is ticking away so now is the time for civil discourse. Rememebr you can be an action taker or an excuse maker. Stay Positive Today!!! Namaste!!!

Spiritual Awakening: Turning Dreams Into Reality!!!

As you experience a spiritual awakening and become an action taker you will find it easier to turn dreams into reality. When you  decide to turn dreams into reality you will find yourself becoming more and more aware and awake as you tap into your inner divinity and change your thoughts from lack to abundance. When you reach deep into your heart and find the power to act upon your dreams you will find that you attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. The minute you decide that nothing is impossible because the word itself says I  am possible you will find it much easier to turn your dreams int reality. It is important to ignore those that say you can’t do something and find those who will lift y up and encourage you to do what it is that you are doing. Many times we create blockages because we buy into the negativity that others are dishing out thus we do not act upon the dreams that we hold inside of us leaving us to wonder what might of been or could have been. Now is the time to take action and don’t allow the negative talk of others or your own negative self talk to hold you back. It is time for you to come alive and share your vision with the world so you will shine bright and give others permission to do the same. It is time to detach from outcomes and simply find ways that you can be of service and value to your community. When you are committed to turning dreams into reality you will find that you experience a shift in your personal, professional, and spiritual life that begins to attract bliss and abundance to everything that you do.

Spiritual Awakening: It Is The Little Things!!!

Image result for Mother teresa If You can not do big things do small things with great loveAs we become action takers it is important to do small things with great love. In being a conduit of love we will attract love into our personal, professional, and spiritual lives as we awaken spiritually. In doing things from a heart centered base you will find that the smallest gesture of love gets the biggest results. Yesterday (2/28/2018) I went out on a mission to promote The 2018 American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Sunrise. Overall my day went great as I detached from expectations and simply tapped into my inner divinity thus allowing things to flow as GOD had intended. I did encounter one woman, a manager at Uncle Buck’s, a discount store in the neighborhood, who was so negative that I was left thinking wow someone need a spiritual enema. The beauty of being impeccable with my word, not taking things personally, not making judgments, and always doing my best is that I was able to take a deep breath and move on. I moved on to a dentist’s office and introduced myself and told them who I was and what I was doing. They were very open and receptive and donated $20. In focusing on the positive and doing the small things I was able to find joy in the knowledge that the donations I was collecting were making a positive impact on the lives of those touched by cancer. After collecting donations and promoting The 2018 American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Sunrise I went across the street to the park for a meeting. I was a bit early so I went to watch a girls Flag Football Game and was able to connect with the coach and then I watched the boys flag football game and was able to make a connection with the coach in hopes that these two teams would participate in The 2018 American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Sunrise. I continued to share Relay everywhere I went and as a result was able to spread the word and plant seeds of hope and healing for cancer patients.

Spiritual Awakening: What Are You Looking At?

In the wake of many events these last few weeks I took a moment to sit in quiet reflection and ask the question what are you looking at? As a result I saw myself focusing on the way people were treating me an how upset  was becoming then I realized this was not serving me and not helping me to become proactive in my spiritual journey. I began to peel back the onion and I began to realize that underneath the gruff exterior lied a caring and compassionate man who wants to be of service and value to others. I started to realize that getting mad at people for not returning phone calls or emails was not doing me any good and that by simply moving forward in a positive direction of my goals and dreams that I could not only serve myself better but that I could also be of more service and value to others. It was when I began to change what I was looking at that things began to improve and I went from a dark place to a place of light. In digging deep and understanding that when you are awakened spiritually you will encounter some demons along the way thus it is important to understand that if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring you through it.  As I detached from that which I could not control like the actions of others I realized it was time to come alive and make changes in my life and to find ways to be of service and value by changing what I was looking at. Instead of looking at the fact that only one team came to a team party for The 2018 American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Sunrise I should look at the fact that is one team who is engaged in the process and will be able to help exceed the goals set to help attack cancer from every angle. Instead of looking at the actions of the person who wrote an email complaint about my announcing and the action of the athletic director in a negative way I should look at is as a sign from GOD to go where I am appreciated not just tolerated and to understand that not everyone is going to find my style entertaining but there will many that do.

Spiritual Awakening: Mixing Up A Love Potion!!!

As you experience a spiritual awakening you will find yourself mixing up a love potion that begins with gratitude. In showing gratitude you begin to open up channels to receive peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your personal, professional, and spiritual life. When you show gratitude and love toward GOD you will find that any challenges that you face are quickly overcome because if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring you through it. As GOD brings you through the trials and tribulations that you are facing make sure you show GOD praise, love, and gratitude. In mixing up a love potion and understanding that love is the answer you will begin to evolve more personally, professionally and spiritually.
In coming from a position of love and compassion you will find that things in your personal, professional, and spiritual life improve as you begin to move forward toward spiritual enlightenment. As you continue to mix up a love potion and move positively in the direction of your dreams be sure to add forgiveness into the recipe. As you begin to seek forgiveness and forgive others for their trespasses you will find that you begin to attract more bliss and abundance into your daily life.

Spiritual Awakening:Be Your Own Power Company!!!

As you experience a spiritual awakening you will find that you can become your own power company. You become your own power company by tapping into your inner divinity and understanding that you have the power to create the life you desire. When you tap into your power and allow GOD to guide you you become a force with an unstoppable power that will become the change that you want to see in this world. There will be some trials and tribulations along the way for they provide lessons for us and allow us to become stronger in mind, body, and soul.

When you turn up your power and realize that what the mind can conceive, the heart can believe, you can achieve you will become your own power company and find you are in control of every encounter that you experience. In turning up the power and understanding that you possess the great ability to achieve greatness you will find yourself attracting peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your personal, professional, and spiritual life. There is a great power that lies within each of us and when we tap into this power and follow the messages of GOD we become stronger and thus can have more bliss and abundance in our life.

Spiritual Awakening: A Full Court Press!!!

In experiencing a spiritual awakening you will find yourself putting on  a full court press against the haters, doubters, and naysayers so as to put you in the best position to experience victory in your personal, professional, and spiritual life. It is important to be an intercept the negative and throw it away so as to make positivism your focus. Along your path toward enlightenment you are going to experience many situations where the people you are dealing with simply don’t resonate on the same level as you do as they haven’t been spiritually awakened and they do not understand that we are all divine children of GOD. When you encounter those who do not resonate with you or don’t understand that kindness is the key to having success in all that you choose to do simply take the high road and pray for them. It is important to walk in your truth and press on as you continue to strengthen your relationship with GOD, Jesus, Source, Spirit, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels. It is when you press on that you will find yourself attracting peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life.  As you put on the full court press you have choices to focus on those who were negative or those who were positive. You can share the negative and let it go that not everyone is as spiritually evolved as you are. I have come to understand that when it is all said and done and GOD calls you home it doesn’t matter how much money you had, the type of care you drove, or the clothes you wore for all that matters is that you were of service and value to others.
In the last few days it has been hard to put on the full court press as I found myself encountering some challenges. As I faced these challenges I began to realize that as long as I walk in my truth everything will work out okay. I have found that instead of focusing on the rudeness and arrogance of Chef Joe at Tin Fish and focusing on the warmth and gratitude of Carlton at Hurricane Grill that I am better able to detach from outcomes and continue to work in my community to make The 2018 American Cancer Society Relay For Life A success.  I can fully relate and understand where Chef Joe was coming from but he could have been a bit nicer. As I left Tin Fish I thought wow that guy is successful despite his attitude. In sharing my experience with others I found I am not the only one he treated in a manner that was far from spiritual. meanwhile I left a positive review for Hurricane Grill and they wrote back that they were happy to help. Who do you think I am going to support? So ask yourself when you put on a full court press and walk in your truth who is treating you in  manner that lifts you up and make an effort to support them.  When you are filled with spirit and walking in your truth remember to detach from the negativity and leave your emotions out of it so that you can move forward in a positive direction of your dreams.  I have come to learn that it is a fact of life that when you do things that are considered out of society’s norm people may not have the tools to deal with it as they haven’t begun to think in a quantum manner understanding that there are countless possibilities when you walk in your truth and commit to face everything and rise.
