Spiritual Awakening: Feel The Rhythm!!!

Spiritual Awakening:Feel The Rhythm!

 It is when you can feel the rhythm and vibrate on a high level that you achieve a spiritual awakening and awareness that makes you unstoppable. It is when we feel the rhythm that we can take action and move in a positive direction toward our dreams. It is when you begin to clear blockages and find clarity in your purpose that you will be in rhythm with GOD and thus create the life that you desire. As you continue to find you stride you will make beautiful music with your message through which ever medium you decide to share your gifts. As you begin to embrace your spiritual calling and adopt anthems and mantras you will find that there may be some obstacles along the way. These obstacles or speed bumps as I call them are put in our path to show us important lessons such as the fact that not everyone is going to resonate with us or agree with the way we do things. As these obstacles come into our path we must stay in the rhythmic relationship with GOD and follow his message understanding the plan GOD has for us is far greater than the plan we have for ourselves.  As we stay connected to GOD and vibrate with the rhythm that he has given us we are able to come alive and further change our personal, professional, and spiritual lives.

There will be many times that we are challenged and taken out of our rhythm. When this happen it is important to remember that you have the music inside of yourself and it is important for you to let it out for the whole world to hear. When someone tries to suppress your music simple detach from that person and move beyond anything that they do to negatively affect you.  The key is to know that you are a divine child of GOD and GOD wants you to be successful. To stay in rhythm put the negative emotions like anger and hate aside and instead be loving and forgiving.

When I have a tough time letting go and finding myself out of rhythm I turn to songs like this one to remind me that sometimes we must forgive people for they do not know what they do. Sometimes we must forgive ourselves for actions that have taken us out of rhythm and get back in tune understanding that  along our spiritual path there will be distractions and challenges  rearing their ugly heads in an attempt to get us out of rhythm. When this occurs take a deep breathe and ask yourself how are you going to stay on your path and create an excellent personal, professional, and spiritual life.

Spiritual Awakening: Purple Haze!!!

 As you are aware purple is one of my favorite colors as it represents passion, purpose, and royalty. I often find myself in a purple haze as I awaken more and more spiritually. It is said that what we focus on expands. Well I have been focusing on purple lately as it is the official color of The American Cancer Society. I have found myself designing sneakers in purple to enhance my chosen mission to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. I have even had special jerseys designed to wear at The American Cancer Society Relay For Life Events. I have found that when I am wearing my purple sneakers and purple shirts or shorts with a hint of purple that I feel more centered focused and grounded. As a result my fundraising has become more successful. I have found that I am attracting those who want to help to plant the seeds of hope and healing for cancer  patients, their friends, and their families. I have affectionately named my team, Lederman’s Heroes Walking In Memory of JDOGG’s Mom so that people will understand why I am so relentless in my fundraising efforts. I ahve found that when I am laser focused that I create this purple haze of spirituality that leads to success. As of 3:15 PM on March 30, 2016 I am at $784.83 raised for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life.

I am looking forward to rocking this jersey and letting the power of the universe and spirit take over. I am sure they will draw a lot of attention and start many conversations  leading to more people being more aware of what I am doing to create a purple haze. I am also going to be doing Oracle Card Reading at Relay, which will further expose my spirituality to others and allow them to create their own purple haze that will be filled with answers. As we move forward in a positive direction of our dreams by understanding that being in a purple haze is not a bad thing as we are able to go deep inside and get in tune with our inner divinity. When we allow the power represented by purple to flow through us we begin to achieve things that we never thought possible.

Spiritual Awakening: Don’t Conform, Transform!

Most of our life since we came out of the womb we have been told we must fit in and conform when in reality it is the non-conformists who tend to find the most success. When we go deep inside and find our purpose and see what problem we were put on the earth to solve we are able to find our way and our why that we are able to take action and find our definition of success. In American Society we are told it is about wealth and materialistic things when in reality it is about being a lifter and helping others and showing others that service to humanity is the best work of life. Yes money is needed to take care of basic needs like food, shelter, and clothing and yes money will allow you to touch more lives but money should not be your only motivations. Living for the fancy house, the fancy cars, and the fancy clothes only puts restraints on reaching the level of self actualization. It  may be great to have all the materialistic things but these materialistic things can also stifle our ability to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. It is when you arrive at a level where you have wealth that you begin to spread it around to help other people excel. It is when you lift others that you are lifted. I encourage those reading this to make a commitment to transform instead of conforming. Be the person who stands out and shines their light bright for the world to see. Some may look at you a bit strangely but that doesn’t matter because when it is all said and done and that judgement day comes all that will matter is how you served and honored GOD.

We are taught from day one that we have to look fro the future when in reality we must detach from the expectation of the future and live for the moment. We must put the past behind us and stop projecting and simply live in the moment and let GOD’S master plan direct us. It is time to stop conforming and to start transforming. It is time to live our lives on purpose and turn our dreams into reality.  It is good to have a plan of action however you must be willing to tweak this plan accordingly so that you can achieve what you perceive as success.  I have come to understand that you must be motivated by your inner divinity and allow that inner divinity to guide you along your spiritual path so that you can grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.

Spiritual Awakening: 2016 A Year Of Hope And Healing!!!

Healing and Hope | Counselor Blog As 2015 winds down I look back on the declaration to make it a year of  growth and expansion and I realize that so many great things happened for me in 2015 that lead to personal, professional, and spiritual growth. The highlights for 2015 were numerous as I was The Munford Johnson Community Service Award Winner for The City Of Lauderhill, I was an All Star with my fundraising for Relay For Life, I booked many gigs as an emcee, secured PA Announcing and Voice Over Work, and learned that many times in life I was the person responsible for what happens in my life and the importance of not playing the blame game. I can say that in 2015 I grew personally, professionally, and spiritually by becoming an action and paying more attention to the messages I was receiving from GOD, The Ascended Masters, and my angels. In 2015 I became more aware and awake in relation to what I was doing to manifest certain things in my life. I found that I was more in tune with myself and how my energy was affecting the outcomes of projects I was working on. I learned that by following my calling and making changes that I could come alive and as a result make a positive impact on the community. I learned to detach from outcomes and let go of expectations and simply allow things to unfold as they may. As a result my 2015 has been very good. There are 8 days left in 2015 and now I start to look to 2016. I have  declared 2016 to be a year of hope and healing.

The Hope and Healing CenterIn order to make 2016 a year of hope and healing I understand that I must make a commitment to transform instead of to conform. If I am to hold fast to my dreams I must check the emotions at the door and truly practice the principles of being impeccable  with my word, not taking anything personally, not making judgments, and to always do my best. This will mean taking time out to get in touch with my inner divinity and really implementing the idea of making a mind, body, soul connection. I have already begun to make some changes in my life as I have a personal trainer who is helping me to make a body transformation for me know if we look good and feel good we can do good. I have been very cognizant of what I am eating as I realize that what we put into our body has an effect on what we do and how we do it.  I have learned over time that if you are to truly be hopeful and heal you must peel back all your layers and be truthful with yourself. In getting in touch with who you really are you can make incredible inroads to remove the blockages that in the past were holding you back.  As 2016 approaches I suggest you take inventory on where you are and where you want to be and then take the necessary action steps to move you forward on your spiritual path.

Spiritual Awakening: Spark One Up!!!

As I lit incense and played the Amy Barbera CD and meditating on what my next move would be with The South Florida Gold I realized that GOD was telling me to move forward in a direction that would reward me for my talents and to take action to follow my heart and use my powers fro good. As I began to think that it was time to rekindle the inner spirit of divinity inside of me and to light a fire that would illuminate the world. It is when we spark our spirituality and feed the fire that we can make positive changes in our life and move forward in a positive direction of our dreams. So many times we get caught up in worrying what will people think of the fear of closing one door so another can be opened that we create blockages that stop us from reaching our full potential. It is time that we take a flame to all these blockages and allow them to melt away so we can clear the debris and open up a new path that will lead us to creating a oneness consciousness that will help us to get more in tune with our inner divinity. It is time to spark one up and take action on our dreams and not allow any set of circumstances to hold us back. It is time to find a way to attract the people in our lives that will support us sparking one up and fan the flames that will lift us to levels that make us more awake. If someone is trying to hold you back simply take a deep breath and find away to eliminate them so that you can open up opportunities to bring those that will serve you into your life. Each situation we encounter in our life is made manifest by our own thoughts and actions. If we are strong enough to move away from those who do not serve us we can keep the spark buring inside so that it creates a fire.

When we ignite an internal fire and allow it to drive us as we answer our calling and follow our purpose we are able to step into our power and achieve greatness. As we fan the flames of hope and healing we are able to find our passion and thus take action and achieve success. When we find what makes us come alive and we nourish that fire we create a life filled with peace, love, joy, and prosperity. When we keep sparking it up and shining our light we give permission to others to do the same and before you know it we are changing the world and illuminating our communities. When we light the fire inside us and detach from outcomes we begin to flourish and our personal, professional, and spiritual life is enhanced. When we seek to be ignited with the spirit of GOD, The Angels, The Ascended Masters, and Jesus nothing can stop us. There will be doubters there will be those who don’t want to give you what you deserve and what is rightfully your birthright. When you encounter these people simple take a breathe and if you can spark one up and let them go. Sometimes you will be loyal to a fault and learn a harsh lesson that not everyone will share your philosophy of being of service and value. When this happens realize that it is time to move on and GOD has other plans for you.

Spiritual Awakening: Keeping It Real!!!

Spiritual Awakening:Keeping It Real!!!

When we explore our spiritual awakening and making the mind body soul connection we must become authentic and transparent. If we are to truly keep it real we must take stock in where we were, where we are, and where we are going. If we are to evolve spiritually we must own our mistakes and find ways to correct them so that we remove any blockages that are stopping us from moving in a positive direction of our dreams. When we keep it real and take action we have the opportunity to grow and expand. As we use our anthems to keep it real we become more in tune with our vibrations and thus are able to resonate with those who are on the same spiritual journey that we are on and thus we can work together to create a positive spiritual shift in our lives and the lives of others. In an effort to keep it real and to be authentic it is a good spiritual practice to seek guidance from the ascended masters and follow the messages that are  being presented.

I found that when I stopped trying to please others and focused on pleasing GOD and myself that my results were better and that I became much happier. I have also learned that when I leave expectations out of the process that I am able to keep it real and achieve great things.  I have  also learned that when you are shining your light and doing the right thing you will have detractors and haters. You must detach from the detractors and the haters and keep being real so that you can grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. Sometimes when you keep it real you find that you will be leaving people and things that no longer serve you behind.  I have found that if you are true to yourself  you will shine your light bright and attract the people and things necessary to step into your power and achieve greatness.

Spiritual Awakening: Expose Yourself!!!

It is when you expose yourself to the spiritual teachings and embrace the spiritual gifts that you have been given by GOD, The Angels, and The Ascended Masters that you begin to release your attachment to materialistic things and realize that none of your earthly possessions really matters. What really matters is the fact that you can knowingly and authentically state that you are living a life of purpose that is bringing service and value to the world. The other day i heard people bragging about their cars and I thought well you can not eat your car and you can not feed others with your car. I then thought your car could bring to places to get food and buy food for others but at the end of the day that fancy BMW, Bentley, Mercedes, or Lamborghini is going to get you to the same place as my Chevy Cobalt.  These same people then started to speak about their fancy homes and their mortgages and I thought wow  do you really need a five bedroom home if you are single. Then they all began to complain about the bills that came with the cars and the fancy homes. I again thought if all this materialistic stuff isn’t bringing you happiness maybe you need to expose yourself to what the root of the issues are.  In taking action to expose yourself to what the root issues are you will see that it isn’t always about materialistic possessions or your surroundings it is about  who you truly are and embracing that person and then exposing yourself more and more peeling away the layers that have led to the blockages that are stopping you from moving forward.

On of the greatest ways to move forward is to consult clergy after you do this self assessment.Once you expose yourself and get naked with yourself you will find it easier to come alive and be of service and value to your community. In removing the fear of what you might find out you will be able to become more and more detached from the concept of being right and start to do the right thing.  In exposing yourself you will able to more effectively move in the direction of your dreams. In doing a self assessment you will begin to see what emotions are hindering you and what emotions are helping you. The key is to continue to understand who you are and what is your calling is and to work toward answering that calling.

 Many times when I need to expose myself to new messages or new teachings I will purchase some spiritual candles and light them while I sit in prayer and meditation. I will quiet my mind and thus I able to get centered and grounded and receive the messages that are designed for me.

Spiritual Awakening:Making An Upgrade!!!

As I was setting up my dad’s new 55″ Polaroid HDTV, which was a major upgrade from his 32″ analog Sylvania TV I thought about how sometimes we must make upgrades along our spiritual journey so as to have a clearer picture of who we are and what we are doing and why we are doing it. As I was setting up the TV I was a bit upset because I was following the directions in the manual and things weren’t working so I finally called Comcast and the gentleman from Comcast walked me through the process and now we have a clear high definition picture and my dad is happy that he can watch his shows on his new TV.  The spiritual lesson here is to know that you may not have all the answers but knowing where to seek the answers is important.

Once we are clear on our purpose we are able to take action and enhance our vision and share this vision with the world. Just like the picture on the HDTV gives us a clearer vision of what we are watching so does making an upgrade in your spiritual practices. Think of things you want to upgrade in your personal and professional life and what action to take to bring more clarity of your vision and purpose to life. The HDTV is not the reason for the joy the process and knowledge that you can make a change is what brings you joy. In the awakening process we can watch transformations occur  in our own life and in the lives of those around us. Watching my dad listen and take direction from me as we set up the TV and realizing that my getting frustrated did not serve me or him was a major step in getting clarity on the role I play in my dad’s life as he is 80 years old and first starting to let go of his desire to be right all the time. Through just a simple upgrade of a TV he saw a lesson in spirituality as he took action instead if saying what he would say in the past eventually or someday. One of the biggest issues my dad has is procrastination. By recognizing this I have found that one of my purposes while on this earth is to make sure he is taking action to move forward and upgrade his life.  Watching my dad come alive because he is willing to make changes and take action has shown me how important it is to make spiritualistic upgrades.

Spiritual Awakening: The Summer Breeze!!!

 The summer breeze blows as I sit in quiet meditation and reflection about where I was at the beginning of 2015 and where I am at now. As I sit and reflect I also set intentions to take action on projects that I have put on the back burner and realize that the summer is a great time to take action and move further along my spiritual path and to evolve more by making the mind body soul connection. As the summer approaches ask yourself what can I do to get more in touch with my inner divinity, what can I do to be of service and value to others, and how can I enhance my personal and professional life. This summer could be a wake up call to get on a path to wellness as you have found out what it is that has been holding you back. When we sit in reflection and enjoy the summer breeze we realize that many times the answer is blowing in the wind.

When we step out in nature and truly free our mind of negative thoughts we will find that the answers we seek are blowing in the wind. It is when we are open to receive that we can move forward in the quest to create a oneness consciousness. I have  found that many times by simply stopping and looking at the ripples in the water of the canal by my home I receive messages from The Ascended Masters, GOD, and The Angels.  One of my Angels is my mother, Judith Miller, who was called home to GOD on July 5, 2012. When I take my nature walks I can feel her presence and times and I hear hear voice through the wind telling me to continue to do what I am doing to help people with cancer and to act upon my ideas and just see what happens. This divine message sent through my mom has propelled me to do more and to detach from the outcome and be grateful for any amount of money that I raise to help create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.  I have realized that by coming alive and listening to the summer breeze that there are messages coming to me all the time and it is not mine to question but to simply take action and move forward as divinely guided by GOD.

Spiritual Awakening: New F Words!!!

Through my spiritual awakening I have come to adopt some new F words into my way of doing things so that I can move forward and become an action taker. One of those F word is forgiveness. I have  found by simply detaching from what happened and forgiving those who may have hurt you  and forgiving them is a very freeing experience and it unlocks those emotional blockages that may have been holding me back. In forgiving you remove things that may have stopped you from moving forward. In forgiving others you also want to forgive yourself while also seeking forgiveness. It is when we forgive and are forgiven that we can rise above all the challenges that have been put before us. The hardest thing we will ever have to do if we are to be truly spiritually enlightened is to forgive and seek forgiveness.

Father Forgive Them, Because They Do Not Know What They Are DoingMany times in our life we must seek forgiveness for we didn’t know what we were doing and we didn’t look beyond the act to understand the consequences. As we evolve in our spirituality we must remember that we are not perfect and that no one else is perfect and mistakes will be made, people will do things that hurt us, but we must remember we are not forsaken we are redeemed and GOD knows our name. If you believe you have been wronged take a moment to forgive if you feel you may have wronged someone seek forgiveness.  Sometimes simply writing a letter of forgiveness and sealing it in an envelope can be very liberating. In many cases writing a letter seeking forgiveness can be liberating.  Be prepared when you forgive or seek forgiveness for your life to change because when you ask for forgiveness the other people must take a look at the role they played in everything and sometimes they are not ready to be accountable. Many times we get caught up in the blame game and this hinders our ability to grow spiritually so stop blaming others and look at the role you played and move on by using a new F Word, forgiveness.

flexibilityAnother F Word that I have come to incorporate into my daily life while on my spiritual journey is flexibility. Over the last week my plans have been changed on several occasions. Like today I received a call from  my doctor’s office to reschedule my appointment. In the past I would have been angry and looked at this rescheduling as an inconvenience but today I took it as a sign that GOD had better plans for me.  I then went to do my laundry and when I finished went to Starbucks and there was no place to sit so I walked across to Walgreens and had my blood pressure checked. I then went back to Starbucks and there was a place to sit and plug in my lap top.  I have come to understand that when you over plan you are bound to have what can be perceived as disappointment or you can be flexible and allow things to unfold as GOD had intended all along. The willingness to change plans and be flexible shows great personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Look at how you react to change and remember to adopt another F WORD, Flexibility.
