Spiritual Awakening: Get Bent!!!

Not what you thought, huh? Many times we think of telling someone to get bent is a bad thing in this case it is a good thing as we are telling them to make a mind, body, soul connection so as to manifest the life that they desire. In taking action to get bent we expand our horizons as we stretch to go beyond what we once thought were our own limitations. In becoming an action taker and helping others to get bent we bend ourselves as we experience new concepts that help us to awaken spiritually thus giving us the correct perspective to answer our calling and to become the change we want to see in this world. In getting bent we are able to put ourselves in a favorable position to be of service and value to others. In being of service and value to others we open up the channels to receive therefore creating a life that we desire as planned by GOD. In getting bent we can become more in tune with the concept that we are divine children of GOD and GOD’s plan for us is far greater that the plan we have for ourselves.
 When I was in The Philippines serving as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer teaching English, Math, and Livelihood Skills at The Regional Rehabilitation Center For Youth I was able to get bent by practicing some of the traditional Filipino Dances and after a session of dancing I would find myself invigorated and reenergized knowing that I was being of service and value to others. In my 7mnths of service I found myself becoming more and more spiritually aware and awake and getting bent became a daily practice be it dancing, meditating, walking, or simply stretching I found myself becoming more and more connected to GOD, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels. In getting bent and staying connected to GOD I was able to create a great experience which I draw on today to remind me that I am on this earth as a human having a spiritual existence that will manifest into the life that I desire. In getting bent I have been able to shift from darkness to light. In many case I simply get bent by playing some soothing music and stretching thus getting me back to being centered, focused, and grounded.

Spiritual Awakening: Turning Dreams Into Reality!!!

As you experience a spiritual awakening and become an action taker you will find it easier to turn dreams into reality. When you  decide to turn dreams into reality you will find yourself becoming more and more aware and awake as you tap into your inner divinity and change your thoughts from lack to abundance. When you reach deep into your heart and find the power to act upon your dreams you will find that you attract more peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. The minute you decide that nothing is impossible because the word itself says I  am possible you will find it much easier to turn your dreams int reality. It is important to ignore those that say you can’t do something and find those who will lift y up and encourage you to do what it is that you are doing. Many times we create blockages because we buy into the negativity that others are dishing out thus we do not act upon the dreams that we hold inside of us leaving us to wonder what might of been or could have been. Now is the time to take action and don’t allow the negative talk of others or your own negative self talk to hold you back. It is time for you to come alive and share your vision with the world so you will shine bright and give others permission to do the same. It is time to detach from outcomes and simply find ways that you can be of service and value to your community. When you are committed to turning dreams into reality you will find that you experience a shift in your personal, professional, and spiritual life that begins to attract bliss and abundance to everything that you do.

Spiritual Awakening: What Are You Looking At?

In the wake of many events these last few weeks I took a moment to sit in quiet reflection and ask the question what are you looking at? As a result I saw myself focusing on the way people were treating me an how upset  was becoming then I realized this was not serving me and not helping me to become proactive in my spiritual journey. I began to peel back the onion and I began to realize that underneath the gruff exterior lied a caring and compassionate man who wants to be of service and value to others. I started to realize that getting mad at people for not returning phone calls or emails was not doing me any good and that by simply moving forward in a positive direction of my goals and dreams that I could not only serve myself better but that I could also be of more service and value to others. It was when I began to change what I was looking at that things began to improve and I went from a dark place to a place of light. In digging deep and understanding that when you are awakened spiritually you will encounter some demons along the way thus it is important to understand that if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring you through it.  As I detached from that which I could not control like the actions of others I realized it was time to come alive and make changes in my life and to find ways to be of service and value by changing what I was looking at. Instead of looking at the fact that only one team came to a team party for The 2018 American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Sunrise I should look at the fact that is one team who is engaged in the process and will be able to help exceed the goals set to help attack cancer from every angle. Instead of looking at the actions of the person who wrote an email complaint about my announcing and the action of the athletic director in a negative way I should look at is as a sign from GOD to go where I am appreciated not just tolerated and to understand that not everyone is going to find my style entertaining but there will many that do.

Spiritual Awakening: Mixing Up A Love Potion!!!

As you experience a spiritual awakening you will find yourself mixing up a love potion that begins with gratitude. In showing gratitude you begin to open up channels to receive peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your personal, professional, and spiritual life. When you show gratitude and love toward GOD you will find that any challenges that you face are quickly overcome because if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring you through it. As GOD brings you through the trials and tribulations that you are facing make sure you show GOD praise, love, and gratitude. In mixing up a love potion and understanding that love is the answer you will begin to evolve more personally, professionally and spiritually.
In coming from a position of love and compassion you will find that things in your personal, professional, and spiritual life improve as you begin to move forward toward spiritual enlightenment. As you continue to mix up a love potion and move positively in the direction of your dreams be sure to add forgiveness into the recipe. As you begin to seek forgiveness and forgive others for their trespasses you will find that you begin to attract more bliss and abundance into your daily life.

Spiritual Awakening:Be Your Own Power Company!!!

As you experience a spiritual awakening you will find that you can become your own power company. You become your own power company by tapping into your inner divinity and understanding that you have the power to create the life you desire. When you tap into your power and allow GOD to guide you you become a force with an unstoppable power that will become the change that you want to see in this world. There will be some trials and tribulations along the way for they provide lessons for us and allow us to become stronger in mind, body, and soul.

When you turn up your power and realize that what the mind can conceive, the heart can believe, you can achieve you will become your own power company and find you are in control of every encounter that you experience. In turning up the power and understanding that you possess the great ability to achieve greatness you will find yourself attracting peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your personal, professional, and spiritual life. There is a great power that lies within each of us and when we tap into this power and follow the messages of GOD we become stronger and thus can have more bliss and abundance in our life.

Spiritual Awakening: A Full Court Press!!!

In experiencing a spiritual awakening you will find yourself putting on  a full court press against the haters, doubters, and naysayers so as to put you in the best position to experience victory in your personal, professional, and spiritual life. It is important to be an intercept the negative and throw it away so as to make positivism your focus. Along your path toward enlightenment you are going to experience many situations where the people you are dealing with simply don’t resonate on the same level as you do as they haven’t been spiritually awakened and they do not understand that we are all divine children of GOD. When you encounter those who do not resonate with you or don’t understand that kindness is the key to having success in all that you choose to do simply take the high road and pray for them. It is important to walk in your truth and press on as you continue to strengthen your relationship with GOD, Jesus, Source, Spirit, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels. It is when you press on that you will find yourself attracting peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life.  As you put on the full court press you have choices to focus on those who were negative or those who were positive. You can share the negative and let it go that not everyone is as spiritually evolved as you are. I have come to understand that when it is all said and done and GOD calls you home it doesn’t matter how much money you had, the type of care you drove, or the clothes you wore for all that matters is that you were of service and value to others.
In the last few days it has been hard to put on the full court press as I found myself encountering some challenges. As I faced these challenges I began to realize that as long as I walk in my truth everything will work out okay. I have found that instead of focusing on the rudeness and arrogance of Chef Joe at Tin Fish and focusing on the warmth and gratitude of Carlton at Hurricane Grill that I am better able to detach from outcomes and continue to work in my community to make The 2018 American Cancer Society Relay For Life A success.  I can fully relate and understand where Chef Joe was coming from but he could have been a bit nicer. As I left Tin Fish I thought wow that guy is successful despite his attitude. In sharing my experience with others I found I am not the only one he treated in a manner that was far from spiritual. meanwhile I left a positive review for Hurricane Grill and they wrote back that they were happy to help. Who do you think I am going to support? So ask yourself when you put on a full court press and walk in your truth who is treating you in  manner that lifts you up and make an effort to support them.  When you are filled with spirit and walking in your truth remember to detach from the negativity and leave your emotions out of it so that you can move forward in a positive direction of your dreams.  I have come to learn that it is a fact of life that when you do things that are considered out of society’s norm people may not have the tools to deal with it as they haven’t begun to think in a quantum manner understanding that there are countless possibilities when you walk in your truth and commit to face everything and rise.

Spiritual Awakening: Go Big Or Go Home!!!

Through the spiritual awakening process I have adopted the idea of going big or going home. In becoming an action taker I have been able to incorporate Don Miguel Ruiz’s 4th agreement of Always Do Your Best into my daily activities. In adopting the idea of going big or going home I have been able to have much success along my spiritual path as I grow personally, professionally, and spiritually as I have come to understand that what the mind can conceive and the heart can believe you can achieve. In becoming more and more aware and awake I have been able to accomplish great things by simply picking a lane and going full speed ahead only slowing down when needed. In finding opportunities to go big I have been able to tap into my inner divinity and use the divine guidance system to exceed goals from securing paid announcing and emcee gigs to raising funds for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of Sunrise. I have come to learn the importance of letting go and letting GOD as GOD will provide opportunities for you to go big. In listening to the messages from GOD, The Ascended Masters, The Angels, and Jesus and taking action I have been able to attract peace, love, joy, and prosperity into my life.  I have  been asked my secret and my answer is that i simply chose to answer my calling and came alive by making positive changes in my life by focusing on being of service and value to the community and detaching from outcomes. I have also come to understand that there are things I can control and things I can not control. As a result of becoming spiritually awake I have been able to control certain feelings and emotions while also coming to grips with certain facts of life. In understanding that we can change our life simply by deciding to go big or go home we can create a good life.
In creating a good life we have to be committed to following our passion and taking action and thus we find success by being in balance mentally, physically, and spiritually. In adopting the idea of going big or going home you will be forced to be laser focused on what you want to achieve. As I continue to travel on this spiritual journey I know that there will be the doubters, haters, and naysayers and that it is important to put them aside and remove them as they do not serve the greater good. In desiring to create the good life and going big or going home you have to become the thunder.

Spiritual Awakening: Timing Is Everything!!!

In becoming an action taker I have come to learn that timing is everything especially when you are evolving personally, professionally, and spiritually. As I have become more aware and awake I have come to understand that everything happens on GOD’S Time not your time. I have come to realize that patience is an important component to the spiritual awakening process. In cherishing moments and focusing on positive moments we as spiritual beings having a human experience are able to tap into our inner divinity that allows us to move forward along on our path toward spiritual enlightenment. In understanding that we a divine children of GOD and that GOD’S timing is impeccable we are able to experience some extraordinary events in our lives. In taking action and then allowing things to unfold as GOD has planned we are able to attract the peace, love, joy, ad prosperity into our lives as we desire. In awakening and knowing that timing s everything we are able to manifest a better life for ourselves which in turn allows us to be of service and value to others.
As 2017 is coming to an end and we turn the page toward 2018 we have the opportunity to make a new beginning by improving our timing by becoming more connected to GOD. Sometimes it is just a matter of starting over and understanding that timing is everything. As you wind down 2017 you may want to write down everything that you perceived to not go your way and then put it in a fire safe bowl and burn it thus giving up and committing to making a new beginning. Then you may desire to clean out that bowl and then put all the positive things you want to achieve in the new year and then burn that offering the burnt offering up to GOD and then daily taking action to manifest what you desire. It is in letting go of that which no longer serves you open up the channels to receive that which will serve you. One of the great things to do as you wind down 2017 is to go through your personal things and make  three piles 1 of which you will keep, one of which you will give to charity, and one that you will trash. In taking time to remove that which no longer serves you you will find that you are clearing the blockages that are holding you back from becoming the person that GOD want you to become.

Spiritual Awakening: 2018 A Year Of Getting Stronger!

As I wrap up 2017 and look back to see if I made it a year of hope and healing I can say that I had many triumphs and also faced many tragedies and I am able to now declare that 2018 will be a year of getting stronger.  I know in order to do this I will need to finish out 2017 strong and find ways to continue to share with others and make them stronger in mind, body, and soul so that I will become stronger.  To become stronger mentally, physically, emotionally,and spiritually you will have to continue to be an action taker. The first step to gaining strength and clarity is to take action and to let go and let GOD. When you have a strong spiritual connection to GOD you begin to see that everything is in order the way GOD has intended it to be.  As you experience your spiritual awakening and declare 2018 to be a year where you will get stronger and grow personally, professionally, and spiritually you will find some very subtle changes in your life that will lead to you having peace, love, joy, and prosperity.  When you make a declaration and you take action to work on manifesting that declaration you will find yourself experiencing positive changes in your life that allow you to be of service and value to other. In working on strengthening you mind, body, and soul you will see the more work you do and the more authentic you are the better the outcome. As you look back on 2017 look at what worked for you and what you could do differently and then declare that 2018 will be a year of getting stronger.

Image result for Spiritual StrengthIn making 2018 a year of getting stronger we must strengthen our relationship with GOD and listen to the messages that GOD is delivering. Each morning make it a point to give thanks to GOD and praise GOD and then commit to letting go and letting GOD. Make it a point to seek the answers from GOD, The Ascended Masters, Jesus, and The Angels and they will guide you to a life where you are strong and capable. Take time to consult the scriptures  and to really live by the word as it will give you strength. I remember a day about 2 years ago I went out to collect for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life with a bible in one hand and a collection canister in the other. I came upon a business and the person behind the counter asked me what I was reading I showed him the bible and he responded I better help as you have a very powerful weapon with you. He donated $5 and I realized that we gain power by being connected to GOD. I carry the bible with me everywhere I go now as you never know how you can help others to find their strength.

Spiritual Awakening: A Dose Of Civility Needed!!!

As I have become an action taker I have encountered many great people who truly understand the importance of civility as it relates to evolving as a spiritual being then their are those who simply need a dose of civility. In today’s world that seems to be driven by social media people have become very discourteous in their dialogues not understanding that the way you treat people will determine how far you rise in this life. Last night (12/19/2017) I was watching The Cheribundi Tart Cheery Boca Bowl and interacting on Facebook when I posted a comment on  a post and was immediately berated by the poster with very unsuitable language. I was taken aback by this because I didn’t know this person and he made a horrible impression on me I answered back very politely only to be told to go eat a ****. I took a deep breath and consulted the ascended masters. I received the message that not everyone is as open as you JDOGG but do not get discouraged simply move on and remember those who are meant to interact with you will be shown to you. I have come to learn that what we need in our society today is a dose of civility. I have learned that not everyone will be kind and compassionate and to focus on those who are supportive and realize that not everyone has been awakened spiritually and that it is not my job to drag them kicking and screaming onto the path but to allow them to find the path when they are ready.
Despite the lack of civility on some people’s part it is important to remember the importance of walking in your truth and fighting the good fight. There are going to be times when people say things or do things that make you wonder what the heck. When this occurs it is important to detach from the situation and simply be civil and courteous and allow everything to flow as GOD has intended because if GOD brought you to it GOD will bring you through it. I have come to understand that if you stay committed to following the messages of GOD, Jesus, The Ascended Masters, and The Angels and fighting the good fight you will attract peace, love, joy, and prosperity into your life. When you give everyone a dose of civility there is a ripple effect and a subtle change occurs because you remembered that you are  divine child of GOD and you recognize that divinity in others.  If we are truly going to fight the good fight we need a dose of civility.
