Spiritual Awakening: The Journey Continues!!

 

 Today as I sought the theme for today’s entry the universal powers conspired to deliver this son, 93 Million Miles by Jason Mraz, to me.  As I listened to the lyrics I began to understand that the journey towards spiritual awakening and enlightenment continues as it is an everyday walk. Each day presents opportunities to shine your light and to live in light and thus enlighten and awaken others. I have begun to sign comments on social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others with the phrase Keep Shining Your Light.  I began to do this as I understand that by lighting another candle you only increase the light so when you shine your light and are value of service you increase the brightness of those around you. In the spiritual awakening process you begin to understand that the journey to enlightenment starts with the first step. The question to ask is am I ready to take that first step and discover who I truly am? The journey will be fraught with trials and tribulations as well as filled with much joy and abundance. As you continue your journey you will begin to understand that everything that happens is happening for us not to us as GOD has a master plan for you. In making the decision to make the mind, body, soul connection and walk your path daily you will be able to understand why some things happen. In all that we do on this continuous journey we receive lessons and messages. In is the way we react to the messages and how we apply the lessons that determine our level of awakening and enlightenment.

Spiritual Awakening: Awakening Your Spirit And Finding Happiness!!!

       As I visited www.supermanifestor.com today I was moved to write this blog entry as it reinforced the believe that what your mind can conceive, and your heart can believe, you can achieve.  I then began to realize that the spiritual awakening process is an everyday walk and what we think about expands. If we are to expand our minds and make a mind, body, and soul connection we will begin to apply the tools that are being given to us. One will want to become and action taker during the spiritual awakening process and awaken that spirit that may have been lying dormant for a while.  The key is to take time everyday and awaken your spirit. When you begin to awaken your spirit you begin to further your spiritual awakening and find the happiness that you seek.  It is through the awakening of spirit that you begin to follow your passion and co-create with GOD and thus begin to manifest the life that you desire. In being awake and aware you set in motion the occurrences desired to bring your creation to fruition.

 In becoming spiritual awake and aware and furthering your spiritual awakening it is imperative to know what you are searching for?  In awakening and finding your calling you will find many tools that can assist you in coming alive, awakening your spirit and finding happiness.

 

I have found books such as these and those available through The Hay House Link or Sources of Wisdom Book 2 Link to be great tools to finding happiness. the key factor is to take the teachings and apply them and make changes accordingly.

Spiritual Awakening: Pink, What Does It Mean?

 In the month of October the color pink represents breast cancer or breast health awareness. The NFL along with a partnership with The  American Cancer Society have teamed up to encourage women to get screened for breast cancer. I personally am asking everyone to participate in POINTS FOR THE CURE, a program where fans pick their team for 1 week during the season and pledge to donate $.25(25 cents) per point their team scores and then they visit http://main.acsevents.org/goto/jdoog1 and make their donation to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. Their is something very spiritual about being able to bring people together to celebrate the strength of those who have survived breast cancer, remember those who have lost their battle to breast cancer, and fight back so future generations do not have to hear the words you have breast cancer. This is a form of cancer that if detected early can be beaten. Please be an action taker and help to support my efforts to help those touched by breast cancer.

 

 

     As I was writing this entry I began to think what does the color pink represent and here is what I found.

 

The meaning of the color pink is unconditional love and nurturing. The color pink represents compassion, nurturing and love.The color pink, created by combining white and red, is the color most often associated with girls, especially babies. In 1597, Shakespeare used the word pink to describe a feeling. “In the pink” is a phrase that means feeling good and doing well.

Spiritual Awakening: Making The Connection! GOD’S PLAN!

 

When someone says they are connected what comes to mind. Most people immediately conjure up images of gangsters. I usually think that they are connected to spirit and are embracing the fact that they are a divine child of GOD. Today I walked into my kitchen and looked up at the clock and it read 4:44 PM and I thought wow I am connected and surrounded by angels. It was time to stop what I was doing and pray. I did pray and I made the connection and the message I received was head out to Starbucks and write your blog as the world needs your positive message.  In taking action I looked for an anthem to utilize to set the tone for  honoring GOD. It was in experiencing this process that I began to further understand the reason for the spiritual awakening that I have had.

I arrived at Starbucks and got settled in by 5:17 PM and was directed to share the song Shabbat Shalom with you. As I listened to the music a new force of positive energy flowed through me and I began to feel inspired and motivated. A group of teachers sat next to me and I was directed by source to interact with them and give them my business cards. I did that and offered them my assistance to help them and their students to reach their goals and objectives. As you stay connected with GOD and your angels you begin to be directed along your path to have your prayers answered. It is on this path that you will experience more and spiritual awakenings and understand that you are a divine child of GOD who has greatness inside. Along your path you will receive messages. Do not question the message take action and if in doubt ask GOD and your angels. 

  When I attend Friday Night Services at Synagogue this is one of the songs that ushers in the Sabbath and it sets the tone in making the connection.  It is amazing what happens as you make the connection with GOD and share how GOD is working in your life with others. After services there is an Oneg Shabbat(A Time For Fellowship). Through this interaction with others you strengthen your connection.

Spiritual Awakening: Turning The Page!!!!

 As I turned the calendar to represent the beginning of a new month I looked back to the time when I had my first spiritual awakening and I begin to understand that each day we have a chance to turn the page. We have the opportunity to become an action taker and release all that no longer serves us as we awaken spiritually. In the spiritual awakening process turning the page is essential as it allows for personal and professional growth. A coach of mine Shantel Smith has taught me through my own spiritual awakening to go to places where I am appreciated not tolerated. In turning the page I have severed a few ties that do not serve me in my quest to expand personally, professionally, or spiritually. In desiring to make a mi, body, soul connection I have learned that each day is a chance to have a spiritual awakening and to turn the page.  In turning the page and being honest with yourself you begin to awaken spiritually and thus step into your power. In turning the page and making a conscious decision to live for the day you begin to find the inner joy and inner peace that you have been seeking.  In turning the page and putting the past behind you you find a freedom to move  forward. As you move forward and let the past go you begin to come alive and understand that it is your life to live and that you are guided by GOD thus you begin to experience goodness.

Spiritual Awakening: Finding The Way!!!!

 

 Today’s entry was inspired by The Styx song, Show Me The Way as I continue on this journey of spiritual awakening leading toward spiritual enlightenment.  I ask you how many time have you asked GOD to show you the way as you have been awakened spiritually? Have you been missing the signs or the messages of your spiritual awakening because you have been to wrapped up in yourself and your activities to slow down and see the great things GOD is showing you. In finding your way one thing you may want to consider is becoming an action taker. How many times have you made excuses or questioned the messages that are being sent only to be left saying If Only I…..?  GOD shows you a way with many anthems that are all around you and it is up to you to respond and act during your awakening and to stay awake and aware. Have you ever noticed that those are award winners share a common thread of being spiritually awake and aware and tuned into source. Those who find their calling and find their way often speak of great changes they made to find their way.  In finding your way and coming alive you will find that you begin to create the life you choose.

 In their book The Passion Test Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood show you a way to follow your passion and to continue on a road to success and enlightenment. I am currently reading the book and make my list of things I am passionate about. The list includes Football, Helping Other People Excel, Helping Those Affected By Cancer, Broadcasting and Personal Development. I have been able to follow my passion for Football and monetize it by becoming a paid PA Announcer, I have been able to use my ability with marketing and public relations to help others excel by maximizing their message, I have raised over $20,000 in the last 10 years for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life. In the last 3 years I have launched an Internet Radio Show, Get Motivated With Jonathan JDOGG Lederman, which is heard on www.blogtalkradio.com/hrafnstongradio on Monday at 7:00 PM EDT. My recent project an Internet TV Show, The Anything Bucket was launched on 8/7/2013 on www.wrpbitv.com and airs on Wednesday at 8:00 PM EDT. I share this with you to help show the way by using the formula Passion + Action = Success. I have always believed that their are messages that come to us be it through dreams or in our waking hours or in the moments of meditation it is when we act on these messages that we find our way.

Spiritual Awakening: Creating Your Own Energy Company!!!

Imagine being your own Con Edison or Florida Power and Light. Well now you can create your own energy as you embrace the fact that you have had a spiritual awakening and you are understanding more and more that we are all made up of energy. The way we use our energy is very important. I have found that the mornings where I get up in time to step outside and gaze at a sunrise and simply breathe and set my intention have allowed me to become an action taker. On some occasions playing some of the songs that I have made my anthems have created an energetic charge that sets me into a zone of moving forward positively in the direction of my dreams. It is through the awakening process that we find our calling and begin to witness changes in our personal and professional life.

In creating your own positive energy company you begin a journey to spiritual bliss that will propel you to vibrate at a higher frequency. It is when you stimulate those positive electrons that you begin to awaken spiritually and attract the right people into your life because you are vibrating at a higher frequency. One good gauge of the level of your energy company is how things are unfolding through out the day. Look at what energy you are bringing to the table and how people are reacting to it. Through out the day you will adjust the lumens that you are giving off as it is important to remember you will not resonate with everyone, however those that you do resonate with will assist you in achieving your goals and objectives.

The spiritual energy that you create will determine your altitude and how far you climb up the chart towards self actualization. The energy field will expand and create that which you focus on the most. If you focus on doing tasks in a joyful manner you will create a joyful energy field and thus have joy in your life. The  energy company you create is totally up to you. It all comes back to what you give out returns to you.

Spiritual Awakening: Lighting Flames!!!!

 

Today’s entry was inspired by Suzanne Kovi who is teaching people how to ignite their lives and light flames of success. Suzanne has inspired many on their journey toward spiritual awakening and enlightenment. Suzanne truly embodies the ideals of being an action taker. Each time I interact with her or see her on my Facebook feed I am reminded that everyday on our journey it is important to light the flames that drive us forward and to keep fanning those flames so that they create an inferno inside of us that burns for as long as we are on this earth.

 When getting fired up ask yourself what is it that makes you come alive and move passionately in the direction of the flames that you are lighting. It is through our spiritual awakening that we get on the path to being fired up and when we commit to light the flames we find a success that we never imagined. Ralph Waldo Emerson once said “Nothing Great Was Ever Accomplished Without Enthusiasm,”  and this is so true as most successful people who have embarked on a spiritual journey have done it with enthusiasm. The key is for you to be so fired up that you are consumed with your spiritual mission so that you understand your purpose. The biggest question we seek an answer to is why are we here?

Spiritual Awakening: 9-11-13 Moving Forward!!!!

 

 Alan Jackson ask us where we were on 9-11-2001 when the earth stopped turning as we watched in horror and disbelief as The United States of America was attacked. I was preparing to go to work at The Vista School as I was one of their substitute teachers. I remember getting to school to find parents, kids, and the staff in a state of anguish. School was cancelled for the day. I told the principal I could stay and be a set of ears and she said okay. I took a deep breath and made a decision to help people move forward. That day I didn’t have the answers as to why this happened and 12 years later I still don’t.  On that day 12 years ago I shared with all those who I knew that perhaps this was GOD’S way of alerting us and waking us up that we as people have an obligation to come together and make the world a better place. It was a wake up call to move forward and get in touch with our spirituality and to embrace the spiritual awakening.  Here we are 12 years after the attack and we still have many issues that are in need of being addressed so we can realize that we as people are more alike than we are different.  It is a time to move forward. It is a time tom honor those who stepped up on that day and continue to step up to help us to move forward in our quest to make a positive difference in the lives of others while enhancing our personal and professional life. We will not change the events that happened 12 years ago, however in moving forward we can change the way we conduct ourselves and how we treat each other.  In moving forward and putting judgment aside we begin to better understand that spiritual awakenings and messages are occurring around us all the time.

 In remembering 9-11-2001 we also begin to understand that the message of this day that created a spiritual awakening in many is to roll forward. Neil Young’s song Let’s Roll gives us all a clear cut message to take action. Is there something that you have been putting off because of fear of what may happen. For the passengers on United Flight 93 they knew they had to do something, they paid the ultimate price, Those brave action takers saved many lives as they sacrificed their own. Their actions moved many to move forward and take action to make a difference in their communities. Today as the names were read I visualized the people watching the remembrance service having a spiritual awakening and making a commitment to move forward.

Spiritual Awakening: Doing A Time Warp!!!

 

   When that spiritual awakening occurs and you begin to realize that it is when you use your time in a wise manner that you enrich your personal and professional you begin your journey to understand time. In understanding that everyone is given the same amount of time each day to use and those that use it in a productive manner tend to find a spiritual bliss that leads to a spiritual awakening and an expansion of the mind, body, soul connection. As I listened to Al Stewart’s Time Passages I came to the realization that each day one should seek time to reflect and thus see where they had success and where they should seek improvement.  It is the use of our time that we begin to discover how to better use our spiritual gifts and thus improve our personal and professional life while also enhancing the lives of others. A great thing to do in the morning is to write down the statement Today I Will Make Time to_____________. BY doing this you set an intention and thus put out the vibes to the universe of what you desire to do and as a result when you take the time to do what you made time to do you expand in spirituality and thus grow personally and professionally. It is in the making of time to do something that you enjoy that you show the universe that you value yourself and thus others will value you.  It is in the taking of action to do for yourself that you set in motion the circumstances necessary to further your personal and spiritual growth.

 In the movie Dirty Dancing the viewer learns that it is in taking the time to care for another and time to practice that leads to a stronger relationship. When we take time to pursue our goals and our dreams we put ourselves on a path to enlightenment that leads to the spiritual awakening which leads to having a peaceful and joyous life. If you plan your work and work your plan and adjust as needed you find success as you grow personally and spiritually. It is finding a way to have the tine of your life that you find peace, love, joy, and prosperity. It is in the making of time to co-create and support others that your creations come to fruition and you receive support.
