Spiritual Awakening: Turning The Page!!!!

 As I turned the calendar to represent the beginning of a new month I looked back to the time when I had my first spiritual awakening and I begin to understand that each day we have a chance to turn the page. We have the opportunity to become an action taker and release all that no longer serves us as we awaken spiritually. In the spiritual awakening process turning the page is essential as it allows for personal and professional growth. A coach of mine Shantel Smith has taught me through my own spiritual awakening to go to places where I am appreciated not tolerated. In turning the page I have severed a few ties that do not serve me in my quest to expand personally, professionally, or spiritually. In desiring to make a mi, body, soul connection I have learned that each day is a chance to have a spiritual awakening and to turn the page.  In turning the page and being honest with yourself you begin to awaken spiritually and thus step into your power. In turning the page and making a conscious decision to live for the day you begin to find the inner joy and inner peace that you have been seeking.  In turning the page and putting the past behind you you find a freedom to move  forward. As you move forward and let the past go you begin to come alive and understand that it is your life to live and that you are guided by GOD thus you begin to experience goodness.

Spiritual Awakening: Finding The Way!!!!

 

 Today’s entry was inspired by The Styx song, Show Me The Way as I continue on this journey of spiritual awakening leading toward spiritual enlightenment.  I ask you how many time have you asked GOD to show you the way as you have been awakened spiritually? Have you been missing the signs or the messages of your spiritual awakening because you have been to wrapped up in yourself and your activities to slow down and see the great things GOD is showing you. In finding your way one thing you may want to consider is becoming an action taker. How many times have you made excuses or questioned the messages that are being sent only to be left saying If Only I…..?  GOD shows you a way with many anthems that are all around you and it is up to you to respond and act during your awakening and to stay awake and aware. Have you ever noticed that those are award winners share a common thread of being spiritually awake and aware and tuned into source. Those who find their calling and find their way often speak of great changes they made to find their way.  In finding your way and coming alive you will find that you begin to create the life you choose.

 In their book The Passion Test Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood show you a way to follow your passion and to continue on a road to success and enlightenment. I am currently reading the book and make my list of things I am passionate about. The list includes Football, Helping Other People Excel, Helping Those Affected By Cancer, Broadcasting and Personal Development. I have been able to follow my passion for Football and monetize it by becoming a paid PA Announcer, I have been able to use my ability with marketing and public relations to help others excel by maximizing their message, I have raised over $20,000 in the last 10 years for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life. In the last 3 years I have launched an Internet Radio Show, Get Motivated With Jonathan JDOGG Lederman, which is heard on www.blogtalkradio.com/hrafnstongradio on Monday at 7:00 PM EDT. My recent project an Internet TV Show, The Anything Bucket was launched on 8/7/2013 on www.wrpbitv.com and airs on Wednesday at 8:00 PM EDT. I share this with you to help show the way by using the formula Passion + Action = Success. I have always believed that their are messages that come to us be it through dreams or in our waking hours or in the moments of meditation it is when we act on these messages that we find our way.

Spiritual Awakening: Creating Your Own Energy Company!!!

Imagine being your own Con Edison or Florida Power and Light. Well now you can create your own energy as you embrace the fact that you have had a spiritual awakening and you are understanding more and more that we are all made up of energy. The way we use our energy is very important. I have found that the mornings where I get up in time to step outside and gaze at a sunrise and simply breathe and set my intention have allowed me to become an action taker. On some occasions playing some of the songs that I have made my anthems have created an energetic charge that sets me into a zone of moving forward positively in the direction of my dreams. It is through the awakening process that we find our calling and begin to witness changes in our personal and professional life.

In creating your own positive energy company you begin a journey to spiritual bliss that will propel you to vibrate at a higher frequency. It is when you stimulate those positive electrons that you begin to awaken spiritually and attract the right people into your life because you are vibrating at a higher frequency. One good gauge of the level of your energy company is how things are unfolding through out the day. Look at what energy you are bringing to the table and how people are reacting to it. Through out the day you will adjust the lumens that you are giving off as it is important to remember you will not resonate with everyone, however those that you do resonate with will assist you in achieving your goals and objectives.

The spiritual energy that you create will determine your altitude and how far you climb up the chart towards self actualization. The energy field will expand and create that which you focus on the most. If you focus on doing tasks in a joyful manner you will create a joyful energy field and thus have joy in your life. The  energy company you create is totally up to you. It all comes back to what you give out returns to you.

Spiritual Awakening: Lighting Flames!!!!

 

Today’s entry was inspired by Suzanne Kovi who is teaching people how to ignite their lives and light flames of success. Suzanne has inspired many on their journey toward spiritual awakening and enlightenment. Suzanne truly embodies the ideals of being an action taker. Each time I interact with her or see her on my Facebook feed I am reminded that everyday on our journey it is important to light the flames that drive us forward and to keep fanning those flames so that they create an inferno inside of us that burns for as long as we are on this earth.

 When getting fired up ask yourself what is it that makes you come alive and move passionately in the direction of the flames that you are lighting. It is through our spiritual awakening that we get on the path to being fired up and when we commit to light the flames we find a success that we never imagined. Ralph Waldo Emerson once said “Nothing Great Was Ever Accomplished Without Enthusiasm,”  and this is so true as most successful people who have embarked on a spiritual journey have done it with enthusiasm. The key is for you to be so fired up that you are consumed with your spiritual mission so that you understand your purpose. The biggest question we seek an answer to is why are we here?

Spiritual Awakening: 9-11-13 Moving Forward!!!!

 

 Alan Jackson ask us where we were on 9-11-2001 when the earth stopped turning as we watched in horror and disbelief as The United States of America was attacked. I was preparing to go to work at The Vista School as I was one of their substitute teachers. I remember getting to school to find parents, kids, and the staff in a state of anguish. School was cancelled for the day. I told the principal I could stay and be a set of ears and she said okay. I took a deep breath and made a decision to help people move forward. That day I didn’t have the answers as to why this happened and 12 years later I still don’t.  On that day 12 years ago I shared with all those who I knew that perhaps this was GOD’S way of alerting us and waking us up that we as people have an obligation to come together and make the world a better place. It was a wake up call to move forward and get in touch with our spirituality and to embrace the spiritual awakening.  Here we are 12 years after the attack and we still have many issues that are in need of being addressed so we can realize that we as people are more alike than we are different.  It is a time to move forward. It is a time tom honor those who stepped up on that day and continue to step up to help us to move forward in our quest to make a positive difference in the lives of others while enhancing our personal and professional life. We will not change the events that happened 12 years ago, however in moving forward we can change the way we conduct ourselves and how we treat each other.  In moving forward and putting judgment aside we begin to better understand that spiritual awakenings and messages are occurring around us all the time.

 In remembering 9-11-2001 we also begin to understand that the message of this day that created a spiritual awakening in many is to roll forward. Neil Young’s song Let’s Roll gives us all a clear cut message to take action. Is there something that you have been putting off because of fear of what may happen. For the passengers on United Flight 93 they knew they had to do something, they paid the ultimate price, Those brave action takers saved many lives as they sacrificed their own. Their actions moved many to move forward and take action to make a difference in their communities. Today as the names were read I visualized the people watching the remembrance service having a spiritual awakening and making a commitment to move forward.

Spiritual Awakening: Doing A Time Warp!!!

 

   When that spiritual awakening occurs and you begin to realize that it is when you use your time in a wise manner that you enrich your personal and professional you begin your journey to understand time. In understanding that everyone is given the same amount of time each day to use and those that use it in a productive manner tend to find a spiritual bliss that leads to a spiritual awakening and an expansion of the mind, body, soul connection. As I listened to Al Stewart’s Time Passages I came to the realization that each day one should seek time to reflect and thus see where they had success and where they should seek improvement.  It is the use of our time that we begin to discover how to better use our spiritual gifts and thus improve our personal and professional life while also enhancing the lives of others. A great thing to do in the morning is to write down the statement Today I Will Make Time to_____________. BY doing this you set an intention and thus put out the vibes to the universe of what you desire to do and as a result when you take the time to do what you made time to do you expand in spirituality and thus grow personally and professionally. It is in the making of time to do something that you enjoy that you show the universe that you value yourself and thus others will value you.  It is in the taking of action to do for yourself that you set in motion the circumstances necessary to further your personal and spiritual growth.

 In the movie Dirty Dancing the viewer learns that it is in taking the time to care for another and time to practice that leads to a stronger relationship. When we take time to pursue our goals and our dreams we put ourselves on a path to enlightenment that leads to the spiritual awakening which leads to having a peaceful and joyous life. If you plan your work and work your plan and adjust as needed you find success as you grow personally and spiritually. It is finding a way to have the tine of your life that you find peace, love, joy, and prosperity. It is in the making of time to co-create and support others that your creations come to fruition and you receive support.

Spiritual Awakening: Turning The Page!!!

 At sundown tonight (9/4/13) those of The Jewish Faith will usher in the New Year hoping to be inscribed in the book of life. It  is believed that in the next ten day leading up to Yom Kippur ( The Day Of Atonement) God will decide who will live and who will die, who will prosper, and who will struggle.  In many celebrations to questions will be asked have you lived your life in joy and has your life brought joy to others.  In is in this time of reflection that we are able to turn the page and discover a time for renewal and rebirth. It is in the next ten days that you can put into motion things you have been meaning to take action upon but have not yet?  This is the time to become an action taker and embrace your spiritual awakening. Each year at this time I begin to look at where I am and where I want to be and then I begin to further answer my calling. In answering my calling and embracing the messages that GOD is sending I am able to make the changes necessary to become more spiritually aware and create the life that I would like to have. In recognizing the fact that GOD holds the power as my co-creator  and he wants me to come alive I am able to put in motion the actions necessary to manifest and share my greatness.

 When we turn the page we leave behind any regrets we may have had. I am reminded why the windshield of my car is much larger than the rear view mirror. It is because GOD intends you to look forward and not backward. GOD wants you to prosper as you help your community by shining your light. GOD wants your dreams to come true. GOD will put many situations in place that will evoke many emotions and feelings. He will ask you over the next 10 days to evaluate what is serving you and what is not serving you. In turning the page you will become stronger as you evolve mentally and physically while making the mind, body, soul connection.  There comes a time to move forward and to eliminate all that is not serving you in a positive way. How many times do you hold on only to realize that if you would have broken away you would be further along? I have heard from so many people the phrase if only I———–, to which I reply now you can. Commit to turning the page and see what is going to happen. Today you have a clean slate to write upon and set in motion the circumstances that will propel you to the greatness that is your birthright.

Spiritual Awakening: Grace and Gratitude Rule The Day!!!

 

 When one takes action after having a spiritual awakening they begin to find anthems that propel them on their path to enlightenment. Many will understand that if they are to positively impact the world they will be required to carry themselves with grace and show much gratitude.  If we are to truly evolve and expand personally and professionally we must delve into our divinity and make changes necessary to embrace our divinity so that we will come alive and be of service and value to others.  When we go out into our communities to shone our light it is important to understand that  we have a purpose and when we walk in this purpose we lift others and create and environment where dream can be realized. We make evoke different emotions as we interact with others. It is through our interactions that we can show grace and gratitude and evoke positive feelings that promote fellowship that allows for personal and professional growth.

 Yesterday (8/31/13) I had the pleasure of emceeing The La Bonita Kidz and Teenz Stepping Into Your Power Anti- Bullying Event, www.steppingintoyourpower.info where I instilled the idea of being grateful for what you can have and the ability to be a strong powerful person with the ability to do great things. As I introduced and listened to the speakers I realized that they all had one thing in common and that they showed grace in their presentation. Through them showing grace they were all able to resonate with the audience. Each speaker also show gratitude for the opportunity to share their message. It was in this flow that an important issue was  addressed and lives were touched in a positive fashion.

  Today (9/1/13) I was asked to do the invocation at The South Florida Junior Chamber International Senators South Florida Reunion. I was grateful for this opportunity. before I took the stage to deliver the invocation I asked Jesus for the words and he gave them to me and I delivered a non-denominational invocation that helped to set the tone for the afternoon of fellowship. On my ride home I was given the title for today’s entry and realized just how important it is to keep shining my light so as to serve as an example to others that service to humanity is the best work of life.

 It is when we show gratitude and create a joyful experience that we are rewarded.  In every interaction I give thanks as each time you show gratitude you put positive vibes out into the universe which will be returned to you as the law of reciprocity is in full effect.  It is in show gratitude with grace that you begin to see how you are able to step into your power and embrace your greatness. There will be times that you wonder why you are doing what you are doing and then you realize it is your purpose as directed by GOD to shine your light.. In grounding yourself and living in grace and gratitude you begin to honor GOD who in return begins to honor and prosper you. It is in the recognition of your I AM…  that you create happiness and become an inspiration for others to follow.

 In being joyful and showing  joy when giving gratitude you glorify the lord and as a result your life is enhanced. It is when you lift others to glorify GOD and alleviate limiting beliefs and give the glory to GOD that your life is improved.

 Summer seems to have flown by and now Labor Day has come and gone.   Labor Day is the unofficial end of summer and the beginning of the majestic season called “Autumn.”  I’m originally a Jersey girl and Autumn was surely one of my favorite seasons.  In the Northeast, the exquisite colors of fall are simply breathtaking! 

    I remember weekend jaunts to Princeton and Flemington where you could laze away the day in a charming little café, reading, sipping wine and nibbling on delightful hors d’oeuvres in the crisp autumn air. Roadside farms abound in this area and I would often stop by and indulge my taste buds with a sampling of cheeses or purchase homemade pies and fresh produce of which those incredibly crisp and juicy Macoun apples were my favorite! Alas, in Florida, the only color changes you see are the license plates!

     September 24, 2013 at 4:44 pm EDT marks the Autumn Equinox. The word equinox comes from the Latin words for equal night. The fall and spring equinoxes are the only days of the year in which the hours of day and night are equal as the Sun crosses the celestial equator.

    In other words, the Equinoxes are about balance. The autumn equinox corresponds with the astrological sign of Libra. The symbol for Libra is the scale which is associated with …you guessed it……balance.
     Mother Earth fully appreciates this word and she will (quite often these days) make adjustments to achieve that equilibrium.

Spiritual Awakening: GOD Answers To Many Names!!!

 

 As I watched this video it reminded that during our spiritual awakening we will know GOD by many names. In each name there is abuilding of a relationship with the one most powerful and as we awaken more and more each day we find that we become more and more powerful. In Hebrew I am known as Yusel Simcha, which translates to Jonathan The Blessing. My American Name Jonathan means sent from GOD. Like GOD we will be known by different names and each name will fit us and place us on the path of spiritual growth and development. It is when you have a spiritual awakening that you begin to understand the age old question of Why Am I Here?  It is when you turn to GOD regardless of the name you call him that you will find the answer.
