Today as I sat in Dunkin Donuts with my father and his friends one of the gentleman asked me to delete some of the call history. This had me thinking about having a spiritual eraser. As part of the spiritual awakening process it is very important to begin to let that no longer serves you go. It is time to put your spiritual eraser to work and start again. Look at what you have done and what you have learned take what you have learned and move forward and use your spiritual eraser to eliminate the rest. Take action to release your past and move forward in a positive direction of your dreams by embracing today and living in the moment. In living in the moment and utilizing your spiritual eraser you will enhance your personal and professional life. The key is acknowledge any mistakes or transgressions that you may have made and forgive yourself and seek forgiveness as you use your spiritual awakening.

Spiritual Awakening: Creating Sacred Space!!!

Kandee G- 2010 December Today’s blog entry was is inspired by Coach Shantel Smith as she was the first to teach me about Sacred Space as I attended one of her gratitude workshops. Before we began the session Coach Shantel laid out some basic ground rules that the room we were in was sacred space and we were able to express our feelings with out fear of being judged. Coach Shantel had us all go to The Labyrinth and she explained the way to walk The Labryinth and how important it was to do it silently and allow our thoughts to just flow. The Labyrinth became a sacred space and the little sitting area became a place to gather thoughts and then journal allowing for major breakthroughs to occur. I learned that day that you can make any space a sacred space as long as you bring the proper energy with you.

Everywhere you are is a sacred space. Creating a sacred space assists ... In experiencing a spiritual awakening I have realized the importance of creating a sacred space everywhere you go. In your home it can be a small area inside or outside where you go to get reenergized be it through meditation or just sitting & enjoying some peaceful music or just writing in your journal. In your office it can be a quiet area that you dedicate to use for 15 minutes a day to gather yourself and re-center and ground yourself. On trips it can be place that you felt a good resonation and vibration from and decided to make this a place to practice your spirituality while enhancing your spiritual awakening. The key is to remember that your divinity lies within yourself and you yourself are a sacred being. I have often found going outside to my pool area and just quietly sitting and breathing creates a sense of tranquility that allows me to create sacred space & thus make the mind body soul connection.
