Spiritual Awakening: Boarding The Good Karma Train!!!

 Since I experienced a spiritual awakening I have learned that I am the engineer of my life. In becoming the engineer of my life I have also discovered that you are the engineer of your life. I further discovered that life is much like a train ride and in many cases it is easy to get derailed. When one is derailed they need to repair the damage and re-board the train and if the train seems to be taking them to a wrong destination it is time to get off and find another way to get to the destination. Sometimes in means getting off at an unexpected destination and reevaluating what you are doing so that you can board the right train. As I sat in Starbucks today and reflected I realized it was time to board the good karma train and thus become conscious of how I was resonating with others and what I could change to be part of a positive shift that would move the community forward in a positive direction. It was at a moment when I got to the bottom of my Caramel Flan Frappuccino that I realized if I want positivity in my life I need to be more positive. As I began to shift and board the good karma train the reaction I was getting changed. As I began  to interact in a positive unobtrusive manner the train began to fill with passengers and the interaction created more positive energy that began to shift the mood of many at The Starbucks.  As I started to just be my authentic self I felt a sense of relief and joy come over me. As I interacted with people I was able to hear some great inspirational stories such as jay a three time combat wounded veteran, a retired NYPD detective, and currently working with The Department of Children and Families. He also does a TV Show on Spike. We struck up a conversation as I was throwing out a napkin and he said 2 points, you want to go for a three pointer if you make it I’ll buy you a coffee, I wadded up a napkin went back about 15 feet, I missed the shot miserably. Thank you to jay for your insight and for boarding the good karma train.

Spiritual Awakening: Get Your Tickets To Board The Good Karma Train!!

 In getting your tickets for the good karma train you will need a deserve to serve, love in your heart,  and a welcoming smile. Once you are on the train you will want to have an attitude of gratitude that will propel you to take action to spread peace, love, and happiness to others so that you continue to move closer to your desired destination. As The train makes several stops you will want to take a moment to journal and decide if you should get off and take a look around and appreciate the surroundings that are around you. If you decide to re-board you will want to bring a want to apply the knowledge you have learned and a curiosity to explore your own divinity.  On the good karma train you will find positive reminders to following your calling and to make the changes that are required to design the life that you desire. As you exit the good karma train and explore your destination you will want to remember to come alive, find ways to serve the community, and help others to follow their dreams.

Spiritual Awakening: 2014 The Year Of Transformation!

 

 Today’s blog entry was inspired by Mercy Me’s new song, Shake. The lyric blame it on the transformation really resonated with me as many people have come up to me and told me you changed and my answer is always yes we all evolve over time and if we are not growing we are dying. As I was thinking of a theme for 2014 I came up with 2014 The Year Of Transformation. I began to think of caterpillars and how they transform into butterflies. The transformation occurs as we have a spiritual awakening and like the caterpillar we form a cocoon and begin to form our figurative wings and when we are ready GOD allows us to fly and soar. It is during the transformation that we create an inner beauty that develops into our divinity and allows us to shine our light bright for others to see.  In transforming and embracing our spiritual awakening we begin to create transformative experiences that serve to enhance our personal and professional lives. We learn how to deal with hardships and find the lessons as a result of this spiritual awakening. Through the transformation we begin to see ourselves differently. In many circumstances it when we transform and look at things differently that our lives begin to change. It is when we declare that we will transform and take action to transform that  we improve our lives and the lives of those around us.

I remember a lesson that my mom taught me year’s ago  about the butterfly representing completion. It was with this lesson that I created some transformative exercises to improve my personal and professional life. I give you some of these exercises to help you make 2014 A Year Of Transformation For You.

1: Like the butterfly spreads pollen going flower to flower you can spread your message by sharing it and thus resonating with others and while you are transforming they can transform as well.

Spiritual Awakening: The Spiritual Alphabet!!!!

 Remember in our youth when we first learned the alphabet and we were so excited to sing the alphabet song? Well the same excitement comes over me as part of my spiritual awakening as I learn the spiritual alphabet. Each time I learn a new term or a new modality my inner child awakens and I become like a sponge ready to soak it all in and then apply what I have learnt. In being awakened spiritually one finds themselves taking action and adopting many practices that dig deep into their own divinity and thus unleashes a power that enables them to move forward in the positive direction of their dreams.

Spiritual Awakening: Karma Cleanse, Jumpstarting 2014!!!

 As the New Year Approaches and we move forward into 2014 remember that what you give you get back. This time of the year is a great time to become an action taker and design an anthem for you to follow so as to continue to expand your spiritual awakening and continue on your path to awakening. In many cases your Karma Cleanse will mean making amends with those you have wronged and those that have wronged you. You may desire to severe ties with those who no longer serve you, eliminate the things that no longer serve you, and commit to being a positive light for others to see. When you begin to take care of you and get in balance you will find you are more centered and grounded and thus  more good things happen for you.

Karma is the energy that surrounds us and, depending on your actions, attitudes and outlook on life. It can be generally negative or positive. Those with negative karma will feel the consequences with agonizing situations, negativity, resentments and a feeling of bad luck or that the world is against you. You can cleanse your karma and attract positive energy instead with several different karma cleansing techniques. As you begin your cleanse you are going to want to purchase a journal and a pen to write your thoughts daily on gratitude, love, forgiveness. I recommend these 4 questions:

Spiritual Awakening: It’s Beginning To Feel  Like Christmas!

As I ventured out on Friday (12/13/13) to do my Christmas Shopping I felt another spiritual awakening come over me. It was an awakening that Christmas can be an everyday occurrence as we all have the ability to give a gift. It doesn’t have to be a monetary gift or a material gift it can be a gift of spirit, a kind word, a random act of kindness, a smile, or just letting someone go ahead of you in line.  It is when we adopt the anthem to take action and come from a place of kindness and love that our spiritual channels are open up and thus we receive gifts that enhance our personal and professional life because we took the time to enhance the personal and professional lives of others.

 As I strolled through The Forest of Angels Project at The Promenade at Coconut Creek I experienced another spiritual awakening as I witnessed 22 Christmas Trees decorated by sponsors who designated a charity for their Christmas Tree to represent as this project gives money to the top 3 trees who garner the most votes. To vote on a tree you make a donation of at least $1 and place the number of the Christmas Tree you like on the ballot you receive ( a raffle ticket) you vote and then place your ticket in the chance drawing box of the prize you would like to win. My awakening was that more people are doing good than bad and we need to capitalize on the feeling and spirit of Christmas and make it a daily practice. maybe not with trees or lights or presents but with actions that will show people that they are divine creatures of GOD with a purpose and thus everyday it can feel like Christmas.

Spiritual Awakening: Taking Goodness To The Limit!!!

 

 As I was reading through my Facebook feed today I saw many great posts about the goodness people are doing to help others in their respective communities. I began to think what if we could capture this spirit of goodness and make it last all through the new year? What if we could all experience a spiritual awakening and recognize that we are all interconnected and because of that inter-connectivity we have a responsible to take action to help others in our community. I remember watching the Bill Murray movie, Scrogged, and the final scene where he speaks about miracles happening and thinking what if we could push this idea of goodness to the limit. I remember watching Jim Carey in Bruce Almighty and the scene of him with Morgan Freeman’s character, GOD, and GOD explaining what a real hero was and thinking about how true his statements were about everyday people doing extraordinary things.

 When you have a spiritual awakening you begin to understand your calling and your purpose and you find ways to push it to the limit. many things in your personal and professional life begin to change. You start to come alive and you find a sense of giving that leads to serving the community and thus taking goodness to the limit!!! In math we talk about approaching limits understanding you never reach the limit because the limit doesn’t exist. This is also true in life as there is no limit to the goodness you can do. You are capable of so much more than you think.  Many times prior to a spiritual awakening we find ourselves limiting ourselves because we buy into the negative self talk and the naysayers. It is when we dismiss the negative self talk and tell the naysayers to pound sand that we begin to push the limits of our goodness. How many times have you not pursued something because of what someone else said? If you find yourself around doubters and negative energy take a step back detach yourself from the situation and commit to moving forward to push the limit of your goodness because you are capable of much more than you think you are.  So many time we allow limiting beliefs to hold us back because of an underlying fear of moving forward and thus we never manifest our dreams. I am reminded of the scene from the movie, Accepted, when Bartlebee asks the board that is about to decide the fate of his college what they wanted to be when they were growing up and what they ended up settling for.  How many times have you settled instead of pushing the limits of your goodness?

Spiritual Awakening: Repeat After Me!!!!!

As I was flipping through the channels the other day I came across the classic film, Animal House, and the scene where the pledges are being sworn in and the leader says repeat after me I (and state your name) pledge allegiance to the frat…. I started to think about spiritual awakening  and the role that repetition plays in our spiritual awakening.  I started to think how repeating affirmations like I am a strong caring person who puts smiles on people’s faces and cash in the right places affect us as we experience this spiritual awakening. It is when we take actions that bring positivity and love into our lives as we experience this spiritual awakening that we begin to grow personally and professionally. In repeating these action we begin to open up channels that create joy, peace, love, and prosperity in our lives and in the lives of others. We begin to experience a spiritual awakening that allows us to find the positive even in what many consider a negative situation such as losing a  friend or loved one. By repeating spiritual practices daily we begin to further understand our calling and to change things that will allow us to come alive and be of better service and value to community.

Spiritual Awakening: Repeating Numbers And Their Meanings!!!!

Many times I look around me and I see repeating numbers and I wonder what they mean. ON our journey of spiritual awakening we will see many repeating numbers and it is important to understand what they mean. When we see 11:11 it means to make a wish and allow that wish to manifest itself. Remember to be specific with your wish and ask that it be granted in a joyful and peaceful way.

Spiritual Awakening: Busting Out OF Black Friday!!!

 Did you fall for the hype of Black Friday or were you like the many that have had a spiritual awakening and busted out of Black Friday? I chose to bust out on Black Friday and take massive action and invest in myself by becoming a Rejuvenetics Distributor, my page is at www.rejuvenetics.net/jdogg1 where people can purchase products that will help them to look good, feel good, so they can do good. I decided that being healthy was more important than the 32″ Plasma TV that was on sale. I decided to bust out and learn about the products and spend my money on me as I know an investment in myself is more important than investments in materialistic things. After all the happiness we seek is found inside ourselves. In committing to being healthy and becoming an action taker we begin to get ourselves balanced, centered, and grounded thus allowing us to summon our inner divinity and creating our own happiness.  In awakening and busting out on Black Friday I have been able to further my calling and create a positive change in my life and in the lives of others. In making a decision to take massive action I have continued to come alive and serve others while enhancing my community. Imagine being able to show people that service to humanity is the best work of life and showing them how to live a healthy life  by educating them with information that traditional doctors don’t tell them.

 In busting out on Black Friday and deciding not to focus on the lack mentality that it promotes I have been able to accomplish many of my daily goals. I was able to get centered and grounded, start my new business venture, write my blog entries, send out media releases and further my journey of spiritual awakening. In being spiritually awake and aware we are able to choose to bust out of Black Friday and appreciate the abundance that we all have. In becoming spiritually awake and a ware we begin to understand that we do not have to do what the masses do we can be our own person and follow the messages from GOD. IN busting out of Black Friday we are able to do more to glorify GOD and thus be rewarded. A new car, or anew TV, or material things will not honor or glorify GOD, however being of service to others will. So in busting out of Black Friday we can all become more in tune with our own divinity while recognizing the divinity in others.

Spiritual Awakening: Using The N Word!!!!

 

Where did your mind take you when you saw this headline. As part of my spiritual awakening  it took me to spiritual words starting with N such as Namaste. In a previous entry I spoke about Namaste For Everyone and incorporating this N Word into everyday practices to enhance your personal and professional life. I have used this N Word to stop many disagreements that people have had with me due to issues on both sides of the fence.

 As I looked at this child I began to think wouldn’t it be great if people were more in tune with their divinity and began to shine their divine light bright for the world to see and shared the N Word Namaste. Imagine a movement where those who have had a spiritual awakening and are on a path to spiritual enlightenment took action and started hosting NAMASTE Days in their community. If we get out from behind the computer and out into the community and begin to use Namaste as a daily greeting we can make a positive shift in the community. Instead of The Knock Out Game people should play the NAMASTE Game. Instead of arguing and point fingers we should recognize that we are all divine children of GOD and that each person has a talent to bring into the world. Instead of wanting what we don’t have we can be grateful in what we do have and share our blessings with others. If  we begin each day with a greeting of Namaste and end each day with the salutation of Namaste our world will become a better place. Make Namaste one of your anthems daily &  watch what happens.

Spiritual Awakening: Changing The Oil!!!

 In order for your care to run properly you need to change the oil. In order for your infusion lamp to work you have to change the oil. If you are to maximize the spiritual awakening you must change your oil. The oil change is in the form of changing the way you do things and the way you react to things. In taking action to change your oil you will see a vast difference in your performance as you make the mind, body, and soul connection. As you look at the oil that is creating negative energy  and you change it with oil to create positive energy you will see a major shift in how things are occurring in your life. You can do a daily oil change in your life by looking at what created positive results and adding more oil to you while looking at what created negative results and draining it and replacing it with fresh oil.  The more positive viscosity you can generate in your life the better.  You change your oil in your car every 3,000 miles and what happens if you wait to long to change the oil your car becomes sluggish and doesn’t perform to its peak capacity the same is true with your mind, body, and soul thus you must be able to change your oil on a regular basis.

Spiritual Awakening: Ways To Change Your Oil!!!

 The caterpillar morphs into a butterfly by changing its internal oil. The laws of nature take over and allows for this transformation to take place. In allowing for the change to take place the butterfly lives and gives life to other creatures by pollinating different flowers.  One way to change your oil is to become a germinator and spread your positive pollen to others. When you begin to change those who you surround yourself with you begin to change your oil and find a mix that will lift you up and help you to fully experience your spiritual awakening. In making the transformation you will begin to experience more joy and fulfillment in your personal and professional life.
