Spiritual Awakening: The Curved Path!!!

 

 

Curved Brick Path It does not matter if your spiritual path is curved or if it is straight what matters is that you allow for the spiritual awakening process to take place and embrace the changes that will make you a better person as you make a mind, body, soul connection. As you become am action taker and put the excuse maker aside you will walk a path that at times will be straight and connect you from point a to point b and at times there will be a curve that may detour you. It is at times when you hit that detour that you stop and breathe and ask what direction will best serve me. Many times we walk our curved path and we come to a choice to take the path everyone else is on or to forge our own path. It is when we come to this crossroad that we must have faith in ourselves that we will make the correct choice and follow the path as GOD has intended. Through our awakening we learn that we can walk the path but the creator of our path is a higher source who will give us direction to follow through on his master plan for us. When we stop attaching outcomes to things and realize that everything on our path is in divine order just the way it is meant to be at this moment we begin to grow personally and professionally. As a result of this personal and professional growth we begin to be comfortable in shining our life and we stop worrying about what people say or think about us.

Many times our path will lead us to a labyrinth, which is a place for use to walk quietly and think about the path we are on as we seek enlightenment. In walking the labyrinth you have an opportunity to release blockages by totally surrendering to GOD and letting go. By walking the labyrinth you can create the oneness consciousness with GOD that will lead you in the direction that GOD intended for you. The labyrinth walk is a great way to reflect and release while receiving messages that will allow you to further your personal and spiritual development.  In the labyrinth you will experience a spiritual awakening that will open up your mind to receive and thus open the channels of creativity.

Spiritual Awakening: Practicing Peace And Patience!!!

I am sitting in The Lou Bachrodt Cheverolet waiting area as a recall notice on my car gets taken care of when I realized that most of the customers need a copy of this book and can experience a spiritual awakening. I have been waiting since 11:30 AM and it is now 3:05 PM, instead of getting angry I am practicing peace and patience. I made a decision to work on a few things like setting up a fundraiser for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of West Boca Raton with Chuck E. Cheese as it can be done on-line and I have access to Wi-Fi. The TV is on CNN so I put on my ear buds and cancelled out the negativity. In taking a deep breathe and being patient I have been able to take action on a few things. I found a place to plug in and use my lap top and thus I have been able to set my area as sacred space and utilize my spiritual teachings to progress through the day.  In practicing peace and patience I have found that things tend to flow in a more positive direction for me.  In making peace and patience an anthem we are able to further our awakening and answer our calling while coming alive and being of service and value to others. In making a commitment to change and allowing things to flow and further understand  that the way things are and the way things should be allow us to peacefully move in the positive direction of our dreams.

When you practice peace and patience you shine your light bright and change the vibration of  the environment that you are in simply by being understanding. The other day I was out collecting donations for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of West Boca Raton when a man became angry with me and started to berate me as I walked in to his tattoo shop I simply said sir I did not come to argue with you I am simply doing something to help those affected by cancer thank you and have a nice day. I left and went about seeing other businesses. At the end of 1 hour I collected $21. I drove home all the while thinking how not getting angry changed my vibration and the way I was received because I was practicing peace and patience.  I then understood the spiritual lesson being given to me of detach from the situation as the person saying no or being mean has nothing to do with me, however the way I choose to react has everything to do with me. As we practice peace and patience more and more we begin to realize that the universe is conspiring to help us have success in all we do.

Spiritual Awakening: Doing The Spiritual Laundry!!!

 

As I was doing my human laundry today I began to think how it is a metaphor for a spiritual awakening and spiritual cleansing.  You put the laundry in and add soap and the water fills up an then the clothes are shaken vigorously and spun then placed in a dryer and then put away.  This is much like cleansing yourself spiritually instead of soap you just purify yourself with water washing yourself clean and preparing yourself to be filled with spirit. You then dress in comfortable attire and sit quietly in a sacred space that you have created and you pray or meditate or do a combination of both. As you finish the prayers and meditation you may feel as though you have been washed in spirit and filled with a new perspective thus allowing yourself to become an action taker.  Through this cleansing you open channels that were blocked and you begin to release that which no longer serves you. As in doing human laundry and throwing out that which no longer serves you it is with spiritual laundry you begin to cleanse and release that which no longer serves you. Through this release you will become more cognizant and aware of your purpose. As you find your purpose you will begin to do that which spirit call you to do so as to enhance your personal and professional life while being of service and value to others.

 In doing your spiritual laundry and coming alive by being in touch with your divinity and understanding that you are a divine child of GOD with a diving calling you will see doors open that might have been closed in the past. In being awake and aware you will realize just like  doing human laundry to cleanse your clothes  doing spiritual laundry is necessary to cleanse your soul. In cleansing your soul and ridding yourself of blockages you will be able to explore your higher self and get in touch with your authentic self.  In the spiritual laundry process you will begin to detach from that which no longer serves you be it people who no longer resonate with your vision or who support your personal or professional growth to things that no longer have a meaning or purpose in your life.

 The first step is to commit to purging that which no longer serves you. These things can be clothes you no longer wear, sporting equipment you no longer use,  or the material things that you don’t use anymore. In purging you and letting go you begin to open new channels to receive.

Spiritual Awakening: Kindness Rules The Day!!!!

Today’s post was inspired by an encounter I had with Arley at The Verizon Wireless Store as I walked in to get a new phone charger cord for my phone when he said today is your lucky day and gave me a free replacement. It was very kind of him I told him about Arley The Bear from www.feelthehugs.com and we ended up having a great conversation.  This led me to think about how in the spiritual awakening process kindness rules the day.  I then arrived at my clubhouse in Sunrise Lakes Phase III and thought how can I tae action to make kindness rule the day. The answer came to be to simply be kind and watch what happens when you make kindness part of your day. It doesn’t cost anymore to be kind to people and you will see a change as you resonate and vibrate with kindness. In being kind you will feel an inner connection to your divinity that allows you to come alive and manifest the type of day that you would like to have. In committing to be kind and to be of service and value to your community you put in motion a vibrational force that gives others permission to be kind. When you  step back and breathe and become aware of your emotions and you say I will approach all situations from a position of kindness you will see a shift in the paradigm that you are experience and kindness will rule the day.

Essential Oils mixed with a burning candle while you relax, reflect, and rejuvenate will help to put you in a kindness mindset. I recommend visiting an apothecary shop and picking up some oils and candles.

 Doing a random act of kindness will assist you in feeling good and creating a flow of good toward you.

 Make a commitment to be kind to all as you never know how your kindness will be rewarded.

 Keep reminders such as these to help you stay centered and grounded in your effort to allow kindness to rule the day.

Spiritual Awakening: Maneuvering Twisted Roads!!!!

 In our personal life and our professional life we will have the level of our faith and divinity tested and our spirituality may be shaken. It is at those times when you must decide to be an action taker and maneuver the twisted roads. There was a time in my life when I did many deals on a promise and a hand shake and many times these deals worked out because both parties involved understood that our integrity and reputation were on the line and that in the end GOD knew what we did or did not do. Unfortunately in today’s marketplace not everyone  holds the belief that their word is their bond and when it is all said and done people will forget what you said or did but they will never forget how you made them feel thus I now get everything in writing and spell everything out. I let the people I am working with know up front that if they violate terms of the agreement there will be extreme consequences. I truly do not like  to do this as in really conflicts with my spiritual belief that people should honor one another and honor GOD, however I have come to learn that not everyone will be as credible as I am and  without an agreement you will get burned.

Spiritual Awakening: Steeping Back To Step Forward!!!

 In basketball as in the spiritual awakening process many times you have to take a step back in order to move forward. In my years of announcing basketball I have seen many a team take a step back and then adjust to either keep the game close of to go on to win the game. This is very similar to the spiritual awakening process as the bad influences that are trying to take us down are playing touch defense and we feel they aren’t allowing us to move forward. In basketball it is the job of the defender to prevent us from making the shot, it is our job to find ways to make the shot. In our spiritual awakening the enemy will give us distractions and challenges and it is our job to defeat the enemy by staying on our path that leads to spiritual enlightenment. It is our job to stay so committed to our awakening that nothing the enemy throws at us will defeat us.  With the small steps backwards to look things from a different perspective we are able to adjust and take a few steps forward and thus stay on our path.

 The small steps backward serve as lessons to propel us forward. We have all had disappointments or felt less than until we realized we are enough and if we are following our heart everything works out the way the universe intended it to. In life we have to lose sometimes so that we are put in a position to win. In the losing we learn and thus we grow personally and professionally.  In following the messages that tell us to step back and regroup we create an opportunity to move forward. In realizing that we may not resonate with everyone and that those intended to support our mission or follow our message will come to us when the timing is right.

 It is in learning for the past and stepping back for a moment that we are able to live in the present and look toward the future. I have learned over time that you can not change what happened but you can change how you reacted to it so that in the present moment you are aware and awake and as a result you begin to find the proper perspective that will allow you to stay focused, grounded, and centered on your mission.  In stepping back and looking introspectively at ourselves we begin to find what our divine purpose is and what we are being directed to do to embrace this calling.

Spiritual Awakening: Using Your Spiritual Eraser!!!

 Today as I sat in Dunkin Donuts with my father and his friends one of the gentleman asked me to delete some of the call history. This had me thinking about having a spiritual eraser. As part of the spiritual awakening process it is very important to begin to let that no longer serves you go. It is time to put your spiritual eraser to work and start again. Look at what you have done and what you have learned take what you have learned and move forward and use your spiritual eraser to eliminate the rest. Take action to release your past and move forward in a positive direction of your dreams by embracing today and living in the moment.  In living in the moment and utilizing your spiritual eraser you will enhance your personal and professional life. The key is acknowledge any mistakes or transgressions that you may have made and forgive yourself and seek forgiveness as you use your spiritual awakening.

 As part of your spiritual awakening it is important to use your spiritual eraser to erase any limiting beliefs you may have.  Look back at what may be holding you back and use your spiritual eraser to eliminate the elements that are not allowing you to thrive.  One of the techniques I learned was to use a  statement in the past and up until now I ________.

Kandee G- 2010 DecemberToday’s blog entry was is inspired by Coach Shantel Smith as she  was the first to teach me about Sacred Space as I attended one of her gratitude workshops. Before we began the session Coach Shantel laid out some basic ground rules that the room we were in was sacred space and we were able to express our feelings with out fear of being judged.  Coach Shantel had us all go to The Labyrinth and she explained the way to walk The Labryinth and how important it was to do it silently and allow our thoughts to just flow. The Labyrinth became a sacred space and the little sitting area became a place to gather thoughts and then journal allowing for major breakthroughs to occur. I learned that day that you can make any space a sacred space as long as you bring  the proper energy with you.

Everywhere you are is a sacred space. Creating a sacred space assists ...In experiencing a spiritual awakening I have realized the importance of creating a sacred space everywhere you go. In your home it can be a small area inside or outside where you go to get reenergized be it through meditation or just sitting & enjoying some peaceful music or just writing in your journal. In your office it can be a quiet area that you dedicate to use for 15 minutes a day  to gather yourself and re-center and ground yourself. On trips it can be  place that you felt a good resonation and vibration from and decided to make this a place to practice your spirituality while enhancing your spiritual awakening. The key is to remember that your divinity lies within yourself and you yourself are a sacred being.  I have often found going outside to my pool area and just quietly sitting and breathing creates a sense of tranquility that allows me to create sacred space & thus make the mind body soul connection.

Spiritual Awakening: How To Be  Spiritually Seductive!

 Do you attract people to you who vibrate on the same level as you do? Are you being spiritually seductive as you share your  experiences as a spiritually awake person? Are you becoming more inclined with the belief that you are a divine child of GOD and that you have the ability to shine your light for others to see and follow your lead?

 When two people come together and make a spiritual bond it is a beautiful thing. When their divinity and spirituality meet on the same plane and they both grow in spirit they can make their life and the lives around them better. Are you becoming a spiritual seductress and enhancing the lives of others?  Are people being drawn to you as they sense your positive aura and the spiritual gifts you possess?

 Our spirituality can be captured and awakened and shared. The question is how do we become a spiritually seductive?

The first step is to let go of all of our previous beliefs and thoughts and let GOD. By understanding that GOD is the ultimate power we begin to journey on a path to becoming  spiritual seductive. When others see you shining your light and sharing your truth and walking with GOD they will become more intrigued and enticed by you and want to be of service and value to you.
