Spiritual Awakening: How Is Your Flow?

 During the spiritual awakening process while we become action takers it is important to answer the question how is your flow? As you get more and more in tune with your body and create a oneness consciousness you will experience great changes in your personal and professional life. As you adopt positive mantras and utilize principles of positivism you will be able to analyze when you are flowing with positive energy and when you need to repel negative energy. As I am out in the community on a regular basis I encounter many people who should be answering the question how is you flow. as they are in a negative state and thus not prospering the way GOD intends them to. I also meet people who are so positive in their flow that they are being held in GOD’s favor and experiencing the prosperity that is their birthright.  We all control the energy that we attract and project. The energy you give off comes back to you 10 fold so through out your day ask yourself how in my flow. If you feel it is at a lower level and you are not vibrating at a level that will create positivity into your life take some action to become more centered and grounded.  Remember the energy you bring to anything will determine your flow. If someone begins to become negative to you simply state your thoughts and then go in a direction that will create a more positive environment for you.

Counting your blessings not your problems has proven to be a great tool. When we practice gratitude and express gratitude we increase positive flow in our life.

Affirmations can serve you greatly when you truly internalize them and believe in them.I recently started to say money flows to me and from me easily and effortlessly and over the last few weeks I have been securing more paid gigs, won a writing contest that paid $100, and raised money for my charity of choice The American Cancer Society Relay For Life Of West Boca Raton.

 There are several book on spiritual flow. The key is to not only read the books but to apply what you read. The same goes for seminars. You can attend many spiritual seminars and workshops but of you do not practice what you have learned you will only inhibit your flow.

Using crystals properly will become an excellent source for you to move positively in the direction of your dreams. I am particular to Amethyst as it holds properties for passion and purpose. I recommend that you get a few stones a bag to carry them in and when you feel your flow diminishing take a moment and  take out the stones and ask GOD to help you get back on track by sending you positive energy.

Using spiritual practices like yoga, chakra balancing, meditation, burning of incense, saging our surroundings, and prayer will assist  you in your quest to increase your positive flow.

 I have always found that music increase my positive flow for when I focus on the lyrics I find the message that is being sent to me. As a result I am able to take theses messages and to take action.

Sometimes losing yourself in service helps you to find yourself. As a result of showing people that service to humanity is the best work of life is the greatest way to increase peace, love, joy, and prosperity in your life. Find ways to serve and after you are of service and value ask yourself how is my flow?

Spiritual Awakening: How Is Your Flow: A Case Study!!!

Today while out promoting a fundraiser for The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of West Boca Raton I encountered a lady that was very staunch about no soliciting. The property manager overheard her and I explained why I was so passionate about getting the word out. The property manager took my fliers and said she would gladly distribute them. I went about the rest of the afternoon with an attitude that regardless of what happens I will allow it to flow. As a result I collected donations, handed out 150 fliers, and may have recruited a new team.  I met some great people who understood the idea of being positive and flowing with positive energy.  What I learned was that the energy that you bring to a project or endeavor or even the simplest of tasks will determine the flow that you give and receive. So ask yourself regularly how is your flow. The choice you make will determine how you flow. Stay Positive!!!
